Job summary

We are looking for aService Manager to shape the future and lead the delivery of our Learning Disabilities and Forensics Directorate. This is a diverse portfolio of services which span across the organisational footprint of Doncaster, Rotherham and North Lincolnshire.
AsService Manager, you will play a pivotal role inensuring our portfolio of services are delivered in line withstrategic direction whilst ensuring alignment with ourorganisational vision and priorities.
This role offers the opportunity toshape service delivery, to ensure that individuals receive the highest standard of care and support.

Main duties of the job
The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets.
They are also accountable for making sure that the Trust's strategy is executed locally and that standards of safety are maintained at all times.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that is consistent with the values of the organisation.
