Job summary

Lincoln House Surgery is seeking to appoint a salaried GP to join our established, supportive and friendly clinical team, to start in December 2026. We are offering a 6-session per week position, worked across Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Due to current patient demand and the operational requirements of the practice, we are unable to offer flexibility regarding these working days.

We are looking for a GP who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and who would welcome the opportunity to become part of our collaborative and supportive practice team. We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment.

This role is designed with sustainability in mind combining a manageable workload, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility modern general practice needs. This post offers salaried sessions within a practice that values mutual trust, flexibility, and worklife balance. Youll be joining an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Main duties of the job

  • Providing high-quality, patient-centred primary care
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development

We are proud to be part of a well-established PCN, working closely with neighbouring practices in a collaborative and supportive environment where clinicians are valued and supported to thrive.

Why Join Lincoln House Surgery?

  • A practice that embraces innovation and modern access models
  • Opportunities for training and professional development
