You will support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and youll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether thats providing personal care, helping with daily routines, or enjoying days out or quieter time at home. Your role will involve providing hands-on support, including personal care and community activities, supporting and guiding team members across multiple locations, reviewing care plans, risk assessments, and records, liaising with families and professionals, and stepping in to lead shifts and ensure high-quality, consistent support.

  • Provide hands-on support, including personal care and community activities
  • Support and guide team members across multiple locations
  • Review care plans, risk assessments, and records
  • Liaise with families and professionals
  • Step in to lead shifts and ensure high-quality, consistent support
