About us

From 1 April 2026, Ashfield Medical and Manston Surgery merged to form Keystone GP Partnership, bringing two established practices together as one partnership.

Our vision is to provide modern, collaborative and patient-centred general practice, combining the experience and strengths of both teams while maintaining the personal approach valued by our patients.

At Keystone, patients are at the heart of everything we do. We have a strong teamworking ethos, with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, allied health professionals, administrative teams, PCN colleagues and wider services working together to deliver safe, responsive and personalised care.

With an experienced leadership team, we are committed to developing a forward-thinking practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care and patient experience.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Nurse, preferably with established practice nursing experience within general practice, to provide clinical leadership across our nursing service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nurse who enjoys working autonomously while collaborating closely with the GP and Practice Management Teams and the wider multidisciplinary team.
