About us

Embrace continuity of care and build long term relationships with patients, surrounded by the natural beauty and cultural heritage of this extraordinary region. We have a diverse population and care for around 9,100 patients. We have a modern spacious building with a variety of services that run from within it, including health visitor/midwifery and podiatry.

We are a supportive team who are committed to high-quality patient centred care whilst recognising the need for a healthy work life balance.

The Team includes two GP Partners, six salaried GPs, two Advanced Clinical Practitioners, clinical pharmacist, first contact physiotherapist, healthy living link worker and a highly performing practice nursing team and highly effective non-clinical team.

Operating under the Modern General Practice ethos, we utilise an effective blend of online consults, face to face and telephone consultations. Our GP-led triage system, working closely with skilled care navigators, enables every patient to be seen by the right professional first time and makes the best use of the expertise within our team.

As a supportive and collaborative team, we operate a GP buddy system that provides fair and consistent cross-cover for clinical administration, ensuring safe workload management and continuity during annual leave and non-working days.

Non-clinical administrative responsibilities are shared equitably across the clinical team with a focus on improving practice processes to minimise unnecessary work.
