Job summary
Virtual interviews will be held on 4th and 5th November
The post holder will be part of the Research and Development Directorate team based at New Cross Hospital and will be responsible for the successful management and completion of RWT led projects, and will act as a source of advice and guidance regarding the research governance for such projects.
The successful applicant will have an understanding of research and evaluation, be required to be flexible and have a wide range of transferable skills in order to co-ordinate projects including, but not limited to, the management of the projects and ensuring the requirements for research sponsorship are met.
There will be opportunities for hybrid working.

The post holder should demonstrate excellent project management skills, be an effective leader and mentor and have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. They will ensure that the R&D Directorate provides a high-quality service in line with continuous improvement methodologies, in order to ensure effective delivery of the business support operations of the R&D Directorate. The post holder will be required to make informed decisions and solve issues within area of responsibility, guide others in making informed decisions and ensure that agreed targets are met in accordance with departmental, Trust and national standards, policies, procedures and local objectives. A high degree of initiative will be essential.
