- Support the day-to-day running of ward receptions, including handling telephone calls, messages and general administrative tasks.
- Complete scanning, uploading and filing of documents,
- Ensure patient and staff records are accurate and up to date.
- Complete general day-to-day administrative tasks to support ward teams and the wider service.
- Work flexibly across different wards and teams, adapting to changing service needs and priorities.
What we're looking for:
Someone who is organised, approachable and flexible, with the ability to work across different wards and manage changing priorities. You'll need to use your initiative, communicate well with different teams and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a busy hospital environment.
