Job summary

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our Elderly Care ward at Wexham Park Hospital (Ward 7) , part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our elderly patients.

We currently have 4 positions available: 2 permanent and 2 fixed term contracts for maternity cover (12 month fixed term).

Whether you are an experienced nurse or newly qualified, if you have an interest in elderly care and want to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you. Our team prides itself on creating a supportive, friendly, and professional environment where both patients and staff feel valued.

Main duties of the job

Working in our busy ward, you will need to think on your feet, prioritise effectively, and deliver compassionate care to patients with a wide range of needs. In return, we will invest in you by offering a comprehensive induction, preceptorship programme, and ongoing career development opportunities. You will also benefit from the support of a dedicated practice development team and a specialist education team to help you grow and flourish in your role.
