Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Main duties of the job

• Be responsible for highly specialist assessment, differential diagnosis, formulation of treatment plans, writing of full and clear clinical records and assessment reports reflecting specialist knowledge.
• Provide appropriate specialist intervention, reviewing and patients as appropriate and evaluating the treatment outcomes for each individual.
• Demonstrate good negotiation skills across a range of issues including case management in complex cases.
• Work independently, identifying own training needs and personal objectives through appraisal within an Individual Performance Framework at pre-determined intervals.
• Communicate complex condition related information from assessment to patients, carers, families and members of the multi-disciplinary team/other professions.
