Main duties of the job
<div style="margin-left:36pt;"><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;text-align:left;">As a <strong style="font-weight:700;">Nursing Associate Band 4</strong> on Longleat ward, you will:</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"> Provide hands-on, person-centred care and support to an allocated group of patients, from admission through to discharge</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"> Carry out clinical observations, including blood pressure, glucose levels and temperature, recording these accurately</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"> Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting registered nurses and other healthcare professionals</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"> Deliver a delegated workload safely and effectively, applying sound clinical reasoning within your scope of practice</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"> Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and communicate effectively, including with those who have additional communication needs</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"> Maintain accurate, contemporaneous records and feed back to the appropriate registere
