About the team:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SeniorAdministrator working for the Crisis team and other clinicians in the multi disciplinary team (MDT) across the Service.
About the role:
This is a full-time position based at Croydon CAMHS, Christopher Wren House.
The post holder will work alongside CAMHS clinicians, assisting with queries, composing correspondence, proof reading, booking appointments, diary management, minute taking and provide general admin support to Crisis team, Consultants and clinical members of the Service. The post holder will possess the ability to work on their own initiative, to liaise effectively with a broad range of professionals, families, young people and to maintain confidentiality.
In addition, the post holder will have strong links with the wider CAMHS administrative team and cover on an ad hoc basis when required.
Main duties of the job
a) The post holder will be responsible for providing a proactive, comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to a multi-disciplinary team.
b) The administrator is often the first point of contact for families/carers and other members of the service user's network and plays an important role in ensuring a good patient experience and positive image of the service.
c) Due to the focus of the team in working collaboratively with A&E and other crisis teams, the post holder must proactively create and maintain effective working relationships with these partners.
d) Managing the administrative component of the Trust patient database, i.e. inputting referral and patient information, monitoring and updating operational data quality

Oversee the administrative/contracting component of the Trust patient database ensuring patient details are updated and accurate at all times, whilst adhering to timescales and data protection
