Job summary

We welcome applications for the post of Performance and Operations Manager for the South West Cleft Service based at Bristol Dental Hospital. This is a full time permanent post; we are looking for a self-motivated and conscientious Manager to join our team.

The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the South West Cleft Service, providing effective leadership and guidance to hospital-based teams.

The post holder will work with colleagues to ensure needs around service development, staff wellbeing, procurement, recruitment actions, and patient-level activity are actioned as required.

Qualifications and Training

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Desirable

  • Post-graduate qualification in healthcare management, or equivalent evidence of continuing professional development

  • Experience of managing an inpatient service
