Modality Partnership
Birmingham Division (Mirfield Surgery) are seeking a skilled and compassionate,
experienced General Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team, full or part
time for Maternity cover. As a General Practice Nurse, you will play a vital
role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting in various medical
procedures. If you are passionate about helping others and have a strong

Main duties of the job
The role is both
the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients presenting with a chronic
condition, and the provision of preventative health care to the practice population.
for the care delivered to their patients, demonstrating critical thinking and
skills in clinical decision-making in the management of patients.
The role is not
a regular 9am-5pm job; the job requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment
and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team
to ensure tasks are completed.

- Minimum 1 years General Practice Experience
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience.
- At least 1 years recent community nursing experience.
- Experience of nurse-led management of chronic conditions.
- Experience of implementing protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Experience of quality initiatives such as clinical benchmarking.
- Audit experience.
- Clinical supervision training and experience

- Knowledge of management of patients with chronic conditions.
