The successful Co-Facilitator will be supported to deliver training to include:
o Learning disability awareness and/or understanding autism.
o Reasonable adjustments.
o Supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people.
o Communication.
TheLearning DisabilityCo-Facilitator willbe co-delivering with a facilitating trainer.
The post holder will be part of an Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Team, alongside other Experts with Lived Experience Co-Facilitator,FacilitatingTrainers, LeadTrainerand support staff.
As a Co-Facilitatoryou be an expert with lived experience and have a diagnosis ofa learning disabilityor learning disability with Autism. You will be encouraged to share your experiences ofhaving a learning disabilityand using health services during the training.

Main duties of the job
The training will be co-delivered to help NHS and social care staff understand their role in supportingpeople with a learning disability and autistic people..
The training is split into two types:
? The first type of training is an online one-hour interaction session co-delivered to 30 members of staff called aTier 1 Webinar.
? The second type of training is a one day in-person training session that is taught atCroydon Health Services NHS Trust andco-delivered to 30 members of staff. This is called aTier 2 in-person training session. The morning session is co-delivered by the Co-Facilitatorwith a Learning Disability and Facilitating Trainer, and the afternoon session is co-delivered by the Autistic Co-Facilitator and Facilitating Trainer.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to successful candidates to enable them to carry out this role and become an NHS England-accredited Oliver McGowan Mandatory Co- trainer by successfully attending the 'Train the Trainer' training.
The post holder will be part of an Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Team, alongside other Experts with Lived Experience Co- Facilitator,FacilitatingTrainers, LeadTrainerand support staff.
As a Co- Facilitator you be an expert with lived experience and have alearning disability. You will be encouraged to share your experiences ofhaving a learning disabilityand using health services during the training.

This role offers a lot of variety, where no 2 days are ever the same - you will be the first point of contact for healthcare! You will work on the wings regularly, interacting with patients during drop in sessions as well as working with the wider prison team.
Hours: This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. We will consider part time hours within this timeframe. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £28,575 - depending on experience. Interviews will be held on 16th October 2026. Main duties of the job
As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of call for the healthcare team, you will respond to emails (Practice Plus Group and NHS), receive and make calls, as well as general admin duties,
- Arrange and chase referrals and appointments (internal and external), coordinating external hospital appointments alongside the wider prison team, coordinating bed watch in external hospitals, arranging escorts for external appointments etc
- Working alongside the Patient Engagement Lead, assist with the release and transfer of patients (including follow on care and medication) and much more!
- Work on the wings for drop in sessions regularly, acting as the admin contact for prisoners and helping them with any healthcare queries, applications or issues
- Carry out group inductions with new inmates, explaining more about the healthcare service
- Minute take as necessary

This role offers a lot of variety, where no 2 days are ever the same - you will be the first point of contact for healthcare! You will work on the wings regularly, interacting with patients during drop in sessions as well as working with the wider prison team.

Main duties of the job
What you'll do
? Lead the day-to-day operation of the brachytherapy service, ensuring safe and accurate treatment delivery across gynaecological and lower GI (Papillon) pathways.
? Lead/support Radiographer-led vaginal vault insertions, including training and competency assessment of other radiographers.
? Lead, supervise and mentor radiographers rotating through brachytherapy, and support recruitment, induction and competency assessment.
? Work closely with Radiotherapy Physics to verify treatment prescriptions and plans, and ensure ongoing treatment accuracy and QA compliance.
? Deputise for the Brachytherapy Operational Manager, supporting service leadership during periods of absence.
? Lead service improvement, audit and research activity, and support the adoption of new brachytherapy techniques and technologies.
? Participate in the on-call rota and bank holiday working, with flexibility to support the service during scheduled and unscheduled linac downtime.

Job summary
The Cancer Services Team at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust has a fantastic 37.5 hour per week permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual who is looking for a challenge in a post that is both interesting and varied.
You will be responsible primarily for providing an effective tracking and administration service in the management of cancer patients to achieve National Cancer Waiting Time targets, and in line with the local standards.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include planning and organising MDT meetings, managing the patient through the cancer pathway, highlighting delays or potential issues and proactively resolving these. Maintaining accurate data on Somerset Cancer Register and ensuring the patients can be monitored through a patient tracking list (PTL) are also core duties. The role works closely with clinical teams and Operational Business Managers.You will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a patient focussed environment. You will also need to have good IT and organisational skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with people, both face to face and over the telephone, as well as work effectively as part of the team. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential. You will also need to be able to work using your own initiative and without direct supervision. Experience in a clerical / administration role is essential. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of cancer targets and patient pathways.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) Clinical Auditor to join the Stroke team on apermanent part-time basis. The post holder will be responsible for the collection and entry of identified stroke patient care data for the SSNAPclinical audit database. This will involve interpreting information from patients' medical records, electronic data and patient management systems and liaising with a number of professionals to obtain and record accurate clinical audit information. The SSNAP clinical auditor will also provide data support for Stroke services.
Main duties of the job
To ensure that the SSNAP database is updated accurately in a timely manner in accordance with departmental audit standards.
The post holder must liaise with appropriate members of the stroke multidisciplinary team to ensure audit information is complete.
The post holder will support the project manager and the Directorate management team in providing this data for key monthly data submissions and performance reports so that Cardiff and Vale University Health Board's stroke service performance is accurately represented.

Main duties of the job
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner will be a key member of the Operose Health team, tasked with delivering excellent primary care. The role involves providing care for patients through initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The practitioner must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills within the general practice. Collaboration with the general practice team is essential to meet patient needs, support policy and procedure delivery, and provide nurse leadership when required. This position requires experience in a Primary Care setting and NMC registration. Ideal candidates are encouraged to have qualifications in minor injury and illness, and a Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner designation is preferred, although candidates with accreditation on a MSc course to ACP status are also welcome.

Mersey Regional Burn Centre provides care to patients who have sustained burns. The unit has a large catchment area which includes as far away as North Wales and the Isle of Man. It serves a population of 4 million people.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably qualified Clinical Scientists to join the Cancer section within the All Wales Medical Genomics Service working flexibly for 37.5 hours per week. There are permanent, full-time positions available based at Canolfan Iechyd Genomig Cymru / Wales Genomic Health Centre. The post holders will be responsible for the provision of genetic services for a range of solid tumour, haematological and germline cancer predisposition testing guided by clearly defined policies and procedures. Experienced applicants who are not yet registered will be considered.To be eligible, candidates must provide evidence at interview of having completed at least 75% of their relevant training programme. Applicants will then be expected to achieve HCPC registration by no later than February 2027. Candidates who do not meet this threshold are encouraged to apply for the next recruitment cohort, scheduled to open in 2027.
Main duties of the job
The post holders will have managerial responsibility for an additional component of the Genetics service (e.g. Quality, Training). The post holders will undertake service developments in conjunction with the head of the section.
The All Wales Medical Genetics Service (AWMGS) provides a comprehensive clinical genetics and laboratory service clinical genetics services to the 3 million residents of Wales.
Welsh Government and the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee are investing in the All Wales Medical Genomics Service to ensure patient equity across the UK in accessing genetic testing methodologies. The investment has seen a £10 million investment over a 3 year period to ensure AWMGS stays in the forefront of genomic medicine and develops the best diagnostic genetic services for patients.
The Cancer Section provides solid tumour, haematological and germline testing via a wide range of genomic technologies and in close partnership with the AWMGS bioinformatics section. These include large panel testing, ctDNA testing, FISH and a range of targeted genomic assays. The service is currently developing in house whole genome sequencing in close collaboration with clinicians.

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will

About the Role
