Job summary
The post holder will provide comprehensive and high quality receptionist/telephonist service.
The post holder will work in a challenging environment that undergoes constant changes and will need to exercise judgement and use a combination of skills to deal with day-to-day issues.
The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a sensitive and caring attitude that is client-focused and maintain a calm and organised approach when working under pressure.
Main duties of the job
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
Deal with patient enquiries in person and over the telephone appropriately, efficiently, courteously, promptly and discreetly, recognising the different needs of individuals.
Work flexibly with other practice staff to ensure that the surgery is adequately staffed at all times.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Band 7 Specialist Podiatrist to join our Bank team on a temporary basis, working across Harrow or Brent. This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist podiatric biomechanics and musculoskeletal (MSK) care within a supportive community service while enjoying the flexibility of bank work.
As the clinical specialist for biomechanics, you will provide expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients with biomechanical, MSK and neuromuscular conditions across community clinics and local acute hospital sites. You will play a key role in developing evidence-based treatment plans and delivering highly specialised clinical advice to colleagues across multidisciplinary teams.
You will also act as a clinical leader, supporting and educating podiatry colleagues and junior staff in biomechanical assessment, MSK interventions and best practice. In addition, you will provide education and training to other health and social care professionals, as well as patients, promoting the importance of foot function in preventing and managing MSK injury, dysfunction and disease.
This temporary Bank role requires flexibility to work across Harrow or Brent, offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference while working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
- To work use your clinical knowledge/skills/influence to guide and educate the podiatry staff within your team and across CLCH Podiatry
- To motivate administration and clerical personnel to cooperate effectively with the multidisciplinary team assisting them in identifying and helping solve problems in order to provide an efficient service.
- To review established guidelines and protocols for the identification and treatment of biomechanical disorders and feed into wider MSK projects.
- To work as part of a team across various sectors of the organisation in order to develop the service in accordance with the users needs by participating in forums and analysing user feedback in order to deliver an appropriate and fitting service

The Head of EPRR is responsible for leading the development and implementation of all arrangements relating to the organisation's preparedness for significant incidents and emergencies as defined in the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (CCA). This post is fixed-term, covering a period of Maternity Leave from November 2026 until October 2027.
To provide leadership in business continuity/emergency planning, Trust policy and procedure development. The post holder will be expected to make a significant contribution to the overall success of the services in implementing strategic vision and strategy within their area of responsibility and ensuring these are delivered through clear objectives and targets.
The post holders will also be responsible for the representation of the organisation in the Local Health Resilience Partnership and for supporting the work streams arising.
Main duties of the job
On behalf of the chief operating officer/deputy chief executive / accountable emergency officer for emergency preparedness, response and resilience, the Head of EPRR will:
Ensure that the Trust meets its statutory obligations under the Civil Contingencies Act, 2004 (CCA) and complies with all relevant EPRR guidance for the NHS, including the NHS EPRR Framework 2022 and non-statutory guidance that accompanies the CCA and for business continuity and resilience preparedness.
Supports the Trust Accountable Emergency Officer (AEO) by providing specialist advice, coordinating EPRR assurance, maintaining an evidence base against the NHS Core Standards, and reporting compliance, risks and actions to Trust governance and the Board.
Develop and deliver the Trust's emergency preparedness and resilience function, improve standards of such preparedness across the organisation and provide leadership on specialist emergency preparedness and resilience issues.
Ensure the Trust policies and plans are aligned to the NHS Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Framework 2022, relevant statutory duties (including the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, NHS Act 2006 and Health and Care Act 2022), and the NHS Standard Contract.

As a Materials Management officer you will:
Establish and maintain ward/department stock profiles by physical check and identify and withdraw surplus/obsolete/out of date products and re-distribute/dispose off as appropriate.
Input and maintain computerised stock profiles and inventory levels for all wards/departments on the procurement system.
Provide a topping up service to wards/departments using Automatic Data Capture Devices (PDAs) to record replenishment information.
To manually process stock demand via electronic ordering systems for departments not serviced by a top-up service and to carry out user maintenance tasks as and when required.

We're looking for an experienced mental health nurse/mental health practitioner to join our team working in HMP Frankland, which is a high-security men's prison in County Durham.

In this role, you'll provide domiciliary and outpatient assessment and therapy for adults with dysphagia and communication difficulties, including those with acquired and progressive neurological conditions. The Oasis Unit is a ten bedded medical ward for patients who require hospital treatment, and who also have dementia or a cognitive impairment. The ward is staffed by two registered nurses and two Health Care Assistants.

Working in Aseptic Services is a vocation. It is technical, detailed, sometimes repetitive but the learning never ends.
We provide a range of injectable medicines e.g Chemotherapy and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) for patients, using isolator cabinets in a cleanroom environment.
Working as part of a team, once trained you would be responsible for making medicines using needles and syringes.
Working under supervision you also will rotate through other areas of the department e.g. assembly, worksheet and labels etc. so you need to be able to follow procedures to the letter and be able to document things clearly and concisely.
No experience is necessary for the band 2 position as comprehensive training will be given.
This position offers progression from Band 2 to Band 3 after completion of training and qualification.
Only candidates with suitable experience and NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or accepted equivalent may apply for the Band 3 position.

Main duties of the job
To aseptically prepare and manufacture products including parental feeds, clinical trials and cytotoxic regimes in accordance with written guidelines and procedures meeting daily production targets. To support the team in the provision of a safe and efficient technical service.

Job summary
Applications are invited for the post of Domestic Assistant working at Ysbyty Gwynedd, 15 hours per week Monday -Friday from 17.00-20.00.
Responsible for carrying out cleaning and other related duties within departments and public and staff areas.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for carrying out cleaning and other related duties within wards, departments and public and staff areas.
There will be 4-6 week induction period with on the job training which will include operational cleaning procedures, Health and safety, COSHH.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
