Job summary
As a senior member of the Pharmacy Department, the post-holder will:
- Lead on the delivery and development of high-quality clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation initiatives to Moorfields network sites in line with local and national objectives.
- Support the medicines optimisation agenda across the division. This includes the provision of clinical service level medicines usage reports and contribution to protocol development, and monitoring adherence to contracts to support the safe and cost-effective use of medicines.
- Monitor adherence to medication related legislation, governance, and the safe and economic use of medicines through means of clinical research and audits.
- Manage a team of network site pharmacy staff and lead on the provision of an efficient medicines optimisation and management training programme for trust staff.
- Support the Associate Chief Pharmacists in providing input and facilitating the implementation of novel medicine supply systems which include third party supply and home care related to network sites.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will be required to support the Associate Chief Pharmacist for Clinical Quality, Network Sites to deliver and develop the clinical and operational pharmacy service delivery across the whole network.
This involves clinical and operational services across all the Moorfields North network sites and the Moorfields satellite pharmacies located at Ealing, Northwick Park, St. Ann's and Stratford site.
The postholder will be required to lead on development and delivery of efficient medicines optimisation agenda at individual clinical service level across the division. This includes the safe and cost-effective prescribing in accordance with national and local agreed guidelines.
The posts holder is responsible for the overall operations of network site pharmacies including managing service rosters and ensuring safe staffing levels are maintained at all times.
The post holder will be responsible for the investigation and management of medication related incidents and patient complaints including those received via the Trust's Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
The post holder will be responsible for the development of the clinical and practical skills for network site pharmacy staff.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated band 6 pharmacy technician to join our Moorfields Private team at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous ophthalmic pharmacy experience is not required; however, a solid background in providing a pharmacy service within clinical services as well as operational running of pharmacy dispensary services would be essential.

Main duties of the job
- The post holder will carry out the role of Lead Pharmacy Technician in Moorfields Private and assist in the provision of high quality, patient focused, safe, effective and efficient Clinical Pharmacy Services for Moorfields Private outpatients, laser, day-case and paediatric patients.
- They will act as line manager to Pharmacy Technicians and/or Pharmacy Assistant Technical Officers (ATOs) and will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities and medicines management initiatives. They will provide specialist Pharmacy technical input into medicines optimisation contributing towards both operational and strategic developments.
- The post holder will oversee and support the training of rotational Pharmacists on aspects relating to the technical and operational tasks within Moorfields Private (MP) Pharmacy and contribute to the education, training and development of the Pharmacy technical workforce.
- The post holder will support and work with the Moorfields Private Pharmacy Operations and Development Manager and the Moorfields Private Specialist Pharmacist on service developments and improvements including services provided to the private patients in the Richard Desmond Children's Eye Centre (RDCEC) to ensure that Pharmacy services meet the needs of the users.
- The post holder will be required to act as an Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) as stated in departmental procedures.

Dispensary and Clinical Services
1. To oversee the development of the technical Pharmacy service throughout Moorfields Private (MP) at City Road/Bath Street and the management of the MP Pharmacy dispensary at Bath Street on a day-to-day basis to ensure that a safe and efficient service is provided to patients.
2. To supervise the management and prioritisation of the work processes in the MP pharmacy at Bath Street and to ensure adequate cover is in place at all times to maintain an efficient service, including late shifts and Saturday rotas where applicable.
3. To oversee the supply and distribution of Emergency Resus Medication to all MP wards and clinics.
4. To provide support for other technical staff in developing specific Standard Operational Policies and Procedures for their area of responsibility within the MP Pharmacy in conjunction with Specialist Pharmacists in MP.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Paediatric Physiotherapy Assistant to join our friendly paediatric physiotherapy team, delivering services to children with special educational needs in mainstream and special schools, nurseries and the community.
The team is part of an integrated Paediatric Therapy Service, providing a multi-disciplinary, family-centred rehabilitation service to children with a variety of complex needs.
The successful candidate will support clinical and school staff in delivering physiotherapy to children and young people aged 4-19 years with complex health needs across a variety of community settings.
The work is varied and requires a flexible approach, with a focus on promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the Physiotherapy Team, supporting Physiotherapists to deliver care to children with physical and movement difficulties and Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Brent.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children in mainstream and special schools, preschool settings, community settings and MSK clinics.
- Working with children who may have severe or profound learning disabilities, challenging behaviours or English as an additional language (EAL).
- Working independently with children under the guidance and direction of a Physiotherapist.
- Supporting Physiotherapists and education staff to deliver individual physiotherapy programmes.
- Adapting activities to meet each child's individual needs and help them access their curriculum and environment.
- Working collaboratively with children and young people, parents, carers, families and education staff.
- Supporting group activities within schools, community settings and MSK outpatient clinics.
- Travelling between schools and community locations as required.

Job summary
The Mental Health Specialist Practitioner will provide specialist enhanced clinical assessment and support specifically to patients who have called the London Ambulance Service for Mental Health issues, or suspected Mental Health issues.
The post-holder will follow a rolling rota that will see them complete shifts within our Emergency Operations Center undertaking telephone assessments on patients experiencing a mental health crisis and providing over the phone support to ambulance crews across the city with regards to mental health queries.
You will also have opportunity to work alongside a paramedic on our Mental Health Joint Response Car.
Working as an autonomous practitioner the post holder is expected to provide advanced assessment, clinical decisions and co-ordinated complex and challenging situations in regards to the management and treatment of this patient group. The Mental Health Specialist Practitioner will conduct telephone assessments and provide remote advice to crews on-scene with mental health patients as well as be deployed to as both a primary and an additional resource to mental health patients as well.

We are looking to recruit a clinically competent audiologist with considerable experience in Adult Audiology to provide leadership and management in the Adult hearing services at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job
Audiology staff members benefit from taking part in a wide range of educational and professional development opportunities including monthly training sessions.
Participation and completion the BAA Higher Training Scheme modules is actively encouraged. Staff members are also supported to attend external specialist training courses.
All staff members benefit from a wide range of in-house educational and professional development opportunities - these comprise of clinical training in specialist areas; monthly team meetings, and monthly case study presentations. Audiologists are also encouraged to participate in ongoing research projects undertaken within the service.
The service is working towards UKAS accreditation, so the candidate should be motivated by the need for ongoing service development and team work.
The post-holder will have the opportunity to help develop the service, interact with audiology students, and be part of a friendly, supportive and highly professional team.

Main duties of the job
The speech and language therapist will be instrumental in ensuring service user's physical health is optimised and that they can benefit from the available treatment options, they will also use a total communication approach to ensure the service users voice is represented in all stages of the service user journey.
The speech and language therapist will plan and implement individual and/or group interventions collaboratively, to enable service user to achieve valued goals. A main part of the work on the ward will also include risk assessment and planning with the MDT. The post also offers an opportunity to develop managerial skills, we would ensure that you receive the relevant training and support when you join the team as required.
The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt these skills as appropriate to situation. The speech and language therapist will independently manage a clinical caseload of service user with complex mental health needs.

This is a great opportunity to expand our step 2 team and recruit a Qualified PWP. We would welcome you to join our successful and dynamic Talking Therapies service, with lots of innovation and service development projects to get involved in.
This is a hybrid post of both remote and office-based working.
You will be based in Surbiton, a short walk away from the station, and will join a team of lively and friendly Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
Alongside high and low intensity CBT interventions, the service also provides step 2 and 3 groups, as well relational therapies such as DIT and IPT, and Behavioural Couples Therapy. We also work alongside our Primary Care Mental Health Team which includes Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists and Mental Health Nurses. We offer good quality, weekly case management supervision, as well as fortnightly clinical skills sessions and workshops, facilitated by either step 3 clinicians, or led by peers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Associate to work within the Mid Cornwall Locality in the Older People's Mental Health Community Service.
This is a newly developed role and the successful applicant will work within the Multidisciplinary team, completing mental health reviews for patients and supporting the Care Co-Ordinator's in their role.
The Mid Cornwall DOPMH Community Mental Health Service are a dynamic team who support patients presenting with acute and severe:
- Behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia of any age
- Functional mental health disorders over the age of 75
This job role will require the successful applicant to be able to independently travel to patient's houses within the Mid Cornwall area and will require loan working.
The role is for 37.5 hours per week. This will entail working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding 0.5 hour unpaid lunch break each day)
Main duties of the job
This post will entail holding a caseload of patients who requiremental health support including:
- Medication tolerance reviews
- Risk reviews
- Care Plan reviews
- Reviews of specific conditions including both functional and organic mental health disorders
- Administering long acting injectable antipsychotic medications and monitoring for side effects
- Reviews for patients under Section 117 of the MHA (1983)
This role will also require working within the Multidisciplinary Team. It will involve supporting the Community Psychiatric Nurses within the service in their roles as Care Co-ordinators and Duty Clinicians.

We are looking for candidates that can deliver a high standard of professionalism and compassion when providing a transport service to meet the needs of patients and other service users. Although no formal qualifications are specified for this role, we would expect candidates to be able to demonstrate a reasonable standard of education and personal responsibility and have evidence of delivering excellent customer care. This can be a demanding job.
Those candidates that are successful after short listing, will be required to attend an interview, a practical driving assessment and a theory test based on the highway code. Interviews to be held in Carmarthen, driving assessment in Swansea. Interviews on 08 October 2026, Driving assessment date TBC.
Course Start Date in Swansea: 25 January 2027 for 6 weeks.
You will need to be available for all the above dates.
Welsh Language level 1 skills are desirable for this role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to drive an equipped NEPTS ambulance or other vehicle as necessary, and carry out non-urgent and non-critical, planned patient journeys usually working with a colleague but sometimes working alone when dealing with patients who can walk unaided or with minimum assistance.
The post holder deals with a variety of patients and conditions, most of whom will require different levels of assistance, lifting or carrying to transfer to and from the Trust vehicle.
The post holder transports patients safely between their place of residence and designated treatment centres and clinics, provides where necessary appropriate care and assistance which is within the post holder's level of training and competence, and adheres to the Trust Code of Conduct and Standards of Professional behaviour, Service Instructions and the Trust's Standing Procedures and Policies.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Providing highly specialised clinical support: Work with CYP experiencing developmental speech and language, disorders, and social communication differences. You'll use your specialist knowledge in specific areas of speech, language, and communication needs to provide targeted interventions.
