Job summary
Neasham Road Surgery are looking for a motivated, friendly and proactive administrator / receptionist to work 30hrs per work. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly supportive reception team. They will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be required to meet the standards of care and service we pride ourselves on.
We are looking for someone who will be flexible and reliable and is self-motivated to complement our experienced and dedicated team.

Main duties of the job
Main duties of role :-
Duties will include dealing with patients by telephone and face to face, projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors to the practice. Booking appointments, arranging tests for patients, prescription enquires and general patient enquiries.
Previous experience of working in a General Practice would be a distinct advantage, however full training will be given.Experience of Systmone clinical system would be beneficial, however training would be given.Experience of using Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook will be required.
The job will require provision of high quality reception and administration service to patients, doctors, colleagues and other staff members who may attend the surgery. It includes multi-tasking with the ability to be compassionate. Good communication skills are essential to this role.

Ensuring messages and information is passed on to relevant members of staff or outside agencies
Distributing clinical documents to clinical staff
Actioning tasks assigned by Clinicians and passing on relevant information.
Reception.
Receiving patients and consulting with members of practice team
Handing completed repeat prescriptions to patient and checking name and
address.
Be able to cover all reception position as necessary
Explaining surgery procedures as required
Appointments
Process appointment requests for today / future appointments from patients by
telephone and in person.
Deal with visits requests
Scanning of documents on to patient electronic records, if required

Community Mental Health Nurses for the New Intensive Assertive Community Treatment Team for Psychosis

The Intensive Assertive Community Treatment Pathway is a new pathway sitting within our existing CMHT's. CWPT have secured funding to provide intensive treatment for people with psychosis who have risks linked to non-engagement. This is following the recommendations from the Enquiry into the Incident in Nottingham in 2023.
The service will be multi-disciplinary, consisting of OT, Nursing, Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Worker, VCSE, dual diagnosis workers, support workers and peer workers. The service works closely with health, social care, statutory and voluntary sector partners.
The focus of the pathway is to provide intensive evidence based interventions to some of the most vulnerable in society. The team will be truly collaborative to work with this challenging but rewarding client group. We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced individuals who can work confidently on their own as well as being a team player and have knowledge and ideas on how to assertively engage. Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as knowledge of the needs of people with psychosis. We also are looking for people who are motivated to be involved in innovation and service development.
Main duties of the job
You will keywork no more than 15 patients and provide profession specific support to the rest of the team. The pathway team will operate a shared caseload in their specific geographical / specialist area and will have knowledge of the entire caseload to provide truly collaborative continuous care.
There will be the expectation to complete training and deliver group and individual interventions / specific specialists roles within the pathway for example ward / police liaison as per the national recommendations for this pathway. The successful applicant for North Warwickshire will be spending one day per week working alongside the homeless team.

As a Biomedical Scientist in Red Cell Immunohaematology (RCI), youll use your scientific expertise to help deliver safe and effective diagnostic and transfusion services that directly support patients across the UK. Main duties of the job
As a Health Informatics Business Partner, you will provide dedicated, site-based analytical, data and insight support to senior hospital leaders.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our service. This is a permanent post, working full time (37.5 hours per week), providing input to inpatient wards predominantly in Newcastle upon Tyne. Consideration would be given to part-time hours.
The inpatient wards provide assessment, intervention and an MDT approach to support adults who are experiencing mental illness and require specialist speech and language therapy input for communication and/or dysphagia needs.
This post is part of the Speech and Language Therapy Inpatient Team, which supports both working-age adult and older people's mental health wards across North Cumbria, Northumberland, Newcastle, Gateshead, and Sunderland. The team works with individuals presenting with complex cognitive and functional mental health needs.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
You will work to support patients to achieve their therapeutic goals by supporting their language and communication skills. In practice, you will assess and provide a range of communication interventions with the individual both directly and indirectly with support and guidance from senior clinicians. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent awareness of communication difficulties.
You will liaise closely with fellow professionals to support communication needs and differences, and eating/drinking difficulties as part of a holistic, service user centred service and will contribute to, write and review care plans and provide high quality service user centred care.
You will have a varied caseload with opportunities to contribute to a range of wider projects within a variety of wards within inpatient settings. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to contribute to the existing multi-disciplinary team.
A qualification in dysphagia is desirable, a commitment to developing dysphagia skills is essential and a core part of the role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated pharmacist to enhance their paediatric or oncology experience and join the Children and Young People's (CYP) pharmacy team on the Sutton site at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.The successful candidate will be working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience and support the Lead Pharmacist in leading the team to deliver outstanding pharmacy services to the CYP Unit. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, dynamic, and flexible.The Royal Marsden's Oak Centre for CYP is one of the largest comprehensive children and young people's cancer centres in Europe. We treat a range of paediatric and young adult cancers (leukaemia, lymphomas, solid and brain tumours) in patients from 1 to 24 years of age. The Royal Marsden is one of the largest UK bone marrow transplant units for patients with malignant disease and are accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the International Society for Cellular Therapy and the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (JACIE). You will work to be accredited to manage patients undergoing bone marrow transplantations.The in-patient wards (McElwain ward and Teenage Cancer Trust Unit) deliver treatment 7 days a week to up to 27 patients. The Children's Day Unit is open Monday to Friday for outpatient care.
Main duties of the job
- To lead, deliver, develop and evaluate clinical pharmacy services to the Paediatric Unit in accordance with the Clinical Services guidelines
- To provide a framework for the safe, efficient and cost effective use of medicine resources within the Paediatric Unit, by the provision of effective ward based services, education and training, procedures, policies and guidelines, and medicines usage information.

Job summary
Are you an experienced Speech & Language Therapist, with a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities with communication and dysphagia? We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist to join our Adult Learning Disabilities Service, within Hywel Dda University Health Board, based in beautiful Pembrokeshire, West Wales.
You will provide highly specialist assessment, diagnosis and management of complex communication and swallowing needs, across the Hywel Dda region. Working within our multidisciplinary Community Learning Disabilities Team and wider SLT team, you will help deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will contribute to service development and work closely with supportive colleagues.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
This role is based at the Leeds General Infirmary. To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties which will include receiving and checking documentation, reports and patient information, processing appropriately within departmental guidelines, entering information onto the appropriate IT system and retrieving information as and when required.
Main duties of the job
This is a friendly and diverse team who work exceptionally hard to maintain the standards of the NHS . We embrace new ideas and encourage development. We are currently involved in some development projects which we hope will improve the service we provide for patients and are looking for an enthusiastic hard working individual to support the Service in achieving this .

Job summary
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, installation, modification and repairs to Hospital plant equipment and property including external doors, fire doors, access doors, wooden, plastic and aluminium windows, flooring, suspended ceilings, walls, fire proofing, electrical and mechanical closers, various types of locks and locking mechanisms, interior and external signage, fencing and various fixing and fixtures, glass and glazing. Maintain decorations both internal and external of all Health Board properties and cleanliness of fabric, plant and equipment.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will assist in providing day to day maintenance services and support for the Health Board. They will be part of a multi disciplinary team able to work autonomously, but will be guided by occupational policies and procedures. Will contribute to partnership working by supporting the Health Board in delivering goals and objectives by supporting continuous improvement in own performance and the performance of the directorate. Attending training, development and other activities aimed at improving own skills for the benefit of the organisation and patient care.

Health Visitors in NELFT will apply a family focused public health approach to Universal programmes and targeted packages of care and interventions as stipulated by the Healthy Child Programme. They will deliver intensive programmes for the most complex and vulnerable children and families.
Main duties of the job
The key responsibilities of this post, include but are not limited to: Use child and family centred approaches to address health inequalities, including the promotion of good health, the prevention of ill health and the implementation and evaluation of individualised programmes of care. This should involve the service user by developing child/family care plans in partnership with families. Monitor the health of children under five years of age and their families, and to involve the family in promoting optimum health and development of all children. Use strength based, problem solving/solution focused strategies and motivational interviewing skills to enable families to develop behaviour change strategies. Undertake home visits and regular reviews to support vulnerable families, groups and individuals giving information and support. Be aware of deviations from the normal in health and behaviour, and to intervene to protect vulnerable children and adults by prompt action, referral and working with other agencies as part of a specialist team.
