An exciting opportunity has arisen for Healthcare Assistants to join our Humbelievable bank and support services throughout the Trust.
Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Band 3 Healthcare Assistants to join our Bank Workforce.
Primarily the shifts for this service mainly operate within our Mental Health units based at Newbridges, Miranda House, Mill View Court / Lodge, Maister Court, Cottingham Road, Hull.
However, as a member of our bank you will be able to pick up shifts trust wide.

Main duties of the job
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to patients
- Assist with mobility, nutrition, and hygiene needs
- Monitor and record vital signs and observations
- Support clinical teams in a variety of settings, including inpatient wards and community services
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Work flexibly across shifts to meet service needs
About You
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience in a healthcare setting (essential)
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Are compassionate, reliable, and adaptable
- Can commit to working flexibly between December and March
- Are passionate about delivering excellent patient care

Job summary
Our Endoscopy Unit based at Glangwili General Hospital is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic, forward thinking Nursing Support Worker to join our Endoscopy team.
The post is full time 37.5 hours per week.
The Endoscopy unit has a friendly supportive environment, which is strongly focused on teamwork and patient care. It provides diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy services for both inpatients and outpatients. We are currently running 5 days a week. It has two procedure rooms and has JAG accreditation.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for assisting in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in Gastroenterology, Respiratory and Urology along with administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the lists.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The Royal Free has an exciting opportunity in our Renal Team. We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Renal Dietitian for a 0.5 WTE, 1-year FTC (Maternity Cover) to work in our multi-disciplinary therapy team led by a Clinical Lead Renal Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead Renal Dietitian, the team is made of dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and therapy assistants - across inpatient and outpatient settings.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated dietitian who demonstrates exceptional understanding of the complexity of a person living with CKD. They would provide specialist nutritional care to our renal patients mostly within the Haemodialysis setting. Proven experience autonomously managing people with complex nutritional diagnoses is essential. Main duties of the job

Please note: The position will be part of the Milton Keynes Wellbeing service and will therefore require community working in Milton Keynes. The trainee will also expected to travel to London for teaching during the training year.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the dedicated team of Nursing and Medical Staff within Trauma and Orthopaedics.
The Trauma & Orthopaedic Department work across both Whiston and St Helens Hospitals providing day case, in-patient and outpatient services to elective and non-elective patients. The Department is split over 3 wards - 3Alpha, 3B and 3Elective, and our outpatient Fracture Clinic all located in Whiston Hospital.
Ward 3Alpha is an 18 bedded ward dedicated to caring for patients with hip fractures, you with work very closely with the MDT consisting of dedicated Ortho-geriatricians, Orthopaedic Nurse Specialist, Discharge Co-Ordinator and ward based Therapy Staff.
Ward 4F Elective Orthopaedics is a dedicated 22 bedded elective ward caring for patients undergoing joint replacement surgery; the ward also facilitates a pre-operative education programme for patient known as joint school and runs a post-operative follow-up wound care clinic.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of the Nursing Team undertaking household support tasks and direct care tasks as delegated by the Nurse in Charge.
To support the qualified Nursing Staff in the maintenance of high standards of nursing care to patients.
To assist in providing an environment within the ward that is conductive to patient recovery and pleasant for patients and their families.
To accept responsibility for specifically delegated functions within the ward which the Nurse in Charge feels are appropriate for untrained staff to undertake.

Main duties of the job
The Child Death Review Coordinator provides specialist administrative support to the statutory Child Death Review process, ensuring that sensitive information is managed securely and statutory timescales are met. The role acts as the central point of contact for child death notifications and coordinates information gathering from partner agencies, including health services, local authorities, police and coroners. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining child death review records and the electronic Child Death Overview Panel (e-CDOP) system.

Provide assurance reports to Site Leadership team regarding infection prevention and control performance, risks and compliance with statutory requirements

Applications are invited for a Clinical Fellowship in Neurology with a subspecialist focus on neuroimmunology and demyelinating disorders, particularly neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease (NMOSD) and MOG antibody associated disease (MOGAD). The post is based at the Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust, the UK's busiest standalone neurosciences hospital, and one of two nationally commissioned centres for NMOSD in England. The service is delivered in partnership with the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. This post is also accredited as an Advanced Clinical Training Fellowship (ACTF) in MS and non-MS neuroinflammation.
The fellowship is suitable for:
- Neurology trainees seeking out-of-programme experience (OOPE)

The Cancer Services team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to recruit a full time Clinical Nurse Specialist to join its Acute Oncology Service (AOS) alongside the rest of team.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to support the expansion of our AOS service and to improve the service offering to our patients.

Main duties of the job
In conjunction with the team and clinical lead for Acute Oncology, the post holder will lead the provision of the clinical management of patients that present to the hospital who are unwell as a result of their cancer, side effects of their cancer treatment or have a new diagnosis of cancer of unknown primary.
This post will be pivotal to the development, promotion, and delivery of a new service model. The ongoing education of colleagues at all levels will also be a central component.
The postholder will apply a high level of autonomy and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
They should also possess advanced communication skills and be able to communicate complex and sensitive information.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be based at Children Centre, Princess Of Wales Hospital , however will be required to work across other health authority sites, and will be required to work in a variety of community settings: clinic, schools, nurseries, client's homes.
The post holder will manage a complex and varied caseload, assessing, identifying, planning and providing highly specialist occupational therapy (OT) interventions for children with disabilities/developmental problems. The post holder will implement the treatment plan with autonomy; taking sole responsibility for the patient's safety when undertaking home visits/school and community work, and maintain clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
The post holder will provide leadership for junior staff, support staff and contribute to their development, as a delegated supervisor and regularly supervise OT students on practice placement.
They will work in partnership across the primary/secondary care interface with voluntary organisations, local authority and other appropriate health and social care sectors.
