An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking to recruit an Accredited Clinical Coder with enthusiasm and motivation to join our dedicated, award winning and friendly team to cover a secondment opportunity that has arisen for one of our existing coders.
We are able to offer fully remote working for this post, and promote flexible working to suit individual personal commitments, encouraging a healthy work/life balance.
This is a great time to join us as we embrace increased collaborative working with colleagues at Tameside & Glossop ICFT, sharing a Head of Clinical Coding and a Training Manager. We are hopeful that this will allow for more support and consistency across both coding teams.
We are looking for candidates who are ACC qualified and who have experience coding across a wide range of specialities within an Acute NHS Trust. You should have a sound knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, be able to demonstrate competency in the use of ICD-10 and OPCS-4 classifications, be proficient in the use of digital systems and have a thorough understanding of national clinical coding standards and conventions.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and judgement skills, be methodical with a high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail; you will need to be a team player who can manage your own workload whilst contributing to meeting local and national deadlines. You will have strong interpersonal, digital and organisational skills and will be expected to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels. The role will require some interaction and collaboration with clinical and divisional staff to ensure data is accurately recorded in accordance with national standards.

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust as the commissioned provider of the NHS 111 and OOHs Clinical Assessment Service for Kent & Medway and Sussex regions is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team of GPs and prescribing Pharmacists as a senior clinical leader delivering expert autonomous practice within our 111 Clinical Assessment Service supporting patients in the out of hours period.
Working remotely within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll assess and manage patients presenting with complex, undifferentiated and potential high-risk presentations, making autonomous decisions that directly influence patient outcomes, urgent and emergency care utilisation and access to alternative care pathways.
Being a fully qualified advanced clinical practitioner with significant independent prescribing experience within the out of hours and urgent on the day primary care field, you would work within the team of senior clinicians that ensure patients presenting to the out of hours space are effectively managed through remote clinical assessment.
Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (111 - Clinical Assessment Service), you'll work as a senior autonomous clinician within our Clinical Assessment Service, delivering expert clinical assessment, leadership and professional expertise.
Clinical Practice
You'll:
Deliver advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and management to patients presenting with complex, undifferentiated and potential high-risk presentations.
Make autonomous clinical decisions in situations of complexity, uncertainty and clinical risk.
Determine the most appropriate care pathway, including remote consultation, referral, or escalation to an emergency response.
Prescribe and implement evidence-based treatment plans where appropriate.
Provide expert clinical advice and support to clinicians across Integrated Urgent Care, including care home and community based nursing teams as well as ambulance clinicians exploring alternative non-conveyance pathways.
Safeguard vulnerable patients while promoting person centred care and shared decision making.
Communicate highly complex or sensitive information with empathy and professionalism.

Job summary
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to help make a real difference to adults in acute care mental health services in North Wales. This senior post is to provide psychological input and oversight in acute care psychology services in the Ablett Unit, Glan Clwyd Hospital.
Core aims will be to provide psychological leadership for the continued development and delivery of a biopsychosocial MDT for acute care, MDT interventions within adult mental health inpatient settings, and to lead the provision of expert advice, consultation, training and supervision in psychological approaches within these settings with the acute care pathway in mind.
The post holder will provide psychological interventions, staff training, support and supervision within the acute care pathway and inpatient adult mental health units.
The post holder will also be required to provide direct expert psychological clinical input to service users and families.
The post holder will receive professional and line management support from within a friendly and growing AMH Clinical Psychology & Psychological Services Department.

Main duties of the job
- To be an active and integrated member of the inpatient multidisciplinary mental health team.
- To provide a highly specialised clinical psychology service to clients of the sector, providing specialised psychological assessment and therapy to clients, and consultation to staff.
- To work autonomously in accordance with The British Psychological Society Code of Conduct, Ethical Principles and Guidelines 2004, and Health and Care Professions Council.
- To plan and provide individual, and group interventions, both directly and via the guidance of MDT members.
- To carry a specialist clinical psychology caseload of adult clients who present with complex mental health presentations and in an inpatient setting, including offering specialist neuropsychological assessments, formulation, individual and group interventions.
- To provide effective clinical leadership by demonstrating and promoting excellence in the provision of highly specialist assessment, formulation, evidence-based intervention and offer advice and consultation in complex clinical cases to other health professionals.
- To act as a highly specialist resource to the wider professional community.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be expected to implement identified plans of care for service users under the direction/supervision of qualified staff to meet the needs of the individual's identified care plans. They will also be responsible for documenting details of the patient's participation in the care plan.
Another key element of the role is to empower service users as much as possible in decision making and involve them in a wide range of appropriate activities using local facilities. You will accompany the service user on Section 17 leave in the community and and other arranged visits.

The BCUHB Older Adult Clinical Psychology Service is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced band 8a Clinical Psychologist, or band 7 Clinical Psychologist, as part of fully supported development post. The post is to be based and work in the county of Flintshire (Wepre House, Connah's Quay).
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a well-established department, with excellent clinical and research links with the School of Psychology and the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) Department at the University of Wales, Bangor. The BCUHB Older Adult Psychology department consists of a friendly and supportive team of colleagues spread out across North Wales but with excellent ongoing peer support and supervision, where the successful candidate will be well supported, mentored, and provided with further opportunities for training and advancement. The post holders will also benefit from cross-specialty BCUHB wide links across North Wales, with opportunities for research and clinical networking in both North Wales and All Wales wide. The countryside of North Wales offers an excellent quality of life with both the great outdoors on your doorstep or alternatively easy links to the more cosmopolitan hubs of Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.
Main duties of the job
This is a permanent 8a (or band 7 development post dependant on experience), and the post holder will be expected to provide specialist clinical input and support to both the Memory Assessment Service MDT and the Older People's Community Mental Health Team (OPMH CMHT). For successful applicant recruited to a band 7 developmental post, the post holder will be able to progress from band 7 to 8a once they demonstrate that they meet the competencies for band 8a level.
The role is varied, interesting and involves delivering tailored individual and group psychological therapies to an Older Adult clinical population, undertaking specialist neuropsychological assessment and formulation, and pre- and post-diagnostic support and intervention. As well as providing direct clinical input to clients, this will also involve working through others by training, supervision, and formulation work. The post holder will be expected to integrate well and form good working relationships with their multi-disciplinary (MDT) colleagues, providing specialist psychological knowledge, expertise and consultation to the team. It will also involve attendance at clinical MDT meetings, team referral meetings and service-wide business meetings. Enthusiasm and commitment are essential.

Main duties of the job
This is a permanent 8b post, and the post holder will be expected to provide specialist clinical input and support to both the Memory Assessment Service (MAS) multidisciplinary team and the Older People's Community Mental Health Team (OPMH CMHT). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our sexual health service team in Blackpool.
The post holder will be required to assist doctors and nurses in order to provide a high standard of care to patients attending all areas of Sexual Health Services ensuring they promote the patient dignity and comfort. Main duties of the job
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist the Doctor or Nurse throughout the clinical examination or clinical procedure of patients in sexual health clinics.
- To offer emotional support to patients during the examination procedure.
- To act as a chaperone to both medical and nursing staff as required according to trust policy.
- Following training perform basic observations (such as BP, pulse, weight, height and BMI) and other screening tests for patients within the sexual health care setting, for example, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, urine Chlamydia tests reporting the results to trained nurses.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working within the ADHD Service pathway delivering high quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people on the ADHD pathway.
As a Mental Health Practitioner you will be expected to support the Specialist ADHD Nurses across The Bay, working within a systemic and holistic framework undertaking needs led and evidence-based assessments within the ADHD pathway.
You will work with children, young people, parents, carers and schools in a variety of ways to help provide support and management of child or young person's diagnosis. The role will include completing initial assessments, participating in referral screening and triage, participating in duty rota supporting families with queries they may have, providing appropriate follow up appointments to young people receiving medication as part of their treatment in line with NICE guidelines.
Within in the role of the ADHD practitioner you will liaise with other professionals in order that the child and family/carers receive an integrated multi-agency approach. And you will participate in the monitoring, research and evaluation of the ADHD pathway.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an individual who has experience in working with children and young people ADHD services within mental health services and who has a good understanding of childhood development.
Successful applicants will be required to co-work effectively with colleagues and maintain good clinical records and data collection.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Staff Nurse within the Community Intervention Team, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating acute and planned nursing interventions to patients in their own homes and residential care settings. Patients supported by the service often have complex health needs requiring advanced clinical assessment, treatment, and ongoing management.
You will be expected to demonstrate a wide range of clinical skills including:
- Administration and monitoring of IV antibiotic therapy.
- Venepuncture and line care.
- Catheter care (TWOC's) and management.
- Assessment and management of long-term conditions.

- Supporting patients with complex physical health needs.

You will be part of the East Staffs Community Hospital Team and will work closely within the multi-disciplinary team members including Discharge Liaison Nurses, Discharge facilitators, Therapists, Social Workers Social Care Assessors, Nurses, Partner Agencies and Community D2A Teams.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the personalisation and social inclusion agenda, in line with the principles of the Care Act 2014. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and innovative individual who possess excellent communication and organisational skills and has a good working knowledge of the Care Act 2014.
Main duties of the job
This is a dynamic post that requires the post holder to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams/agencies in addressing a range of care/support issues, enabling individuals to remain in their own home through the promotion of independence; preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the health and wellbeing of the population served.
The successful candidate will have a flexible approach and be a team player who is able to forge excellent working relationships with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced community hospital environment whilst producing a high standard of recording Statutory assessments and other documentation that support the discharge pathways. The applicant will work within a range of relevant principles including Recovery and Personalisation; empowering individuals to take control through personalised, strengths and asset based models of assessment and intervention and putting them at the centre of everything we do, recognising the rights of all individuals to gain access to valued roles, relationships, activities and facilities within their local community.
