Job summary
The Senior Activities Programme Assistant will play a key role within Jewish Cares Community Support team at the Michael Sobell Jewish Community Centre and new Dementia Community Centre. Working 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, the postholder will take a lead role in designing, organising and delivering meaningful, person-centred activities and events for older people, including those living with dementia. The role involves adapting activities to reflect individual interests, abilities, culture and needs, using creative, reminiscence and sensory approaches, and supporting a calm and dementia-friendly environment. You will provide guidance and coaching to Programme Assistants and volunteers, support the day-to-day running of both centres and deputise for the Centre Coordinator when required. The role also involves supporting care planning, safeguarding, risk assessments, accurate record keeping and members wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a creative, compassionate and experienced Senior Activities Programme Assistant to join our Community Support team at the Michael Sobell Jewish Community Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role across our established community centre and new Dementia Community Centre, helping shape and deliver a varied programme that supports social connection, wellbeing, independence and inclusion. You will lead meaningful activities and events, support people living with dementia, and adapt your approach to different abilities and needs. You will also guide colleagues and volunteers, support the Centre Coordinator and deputise when required. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be able to undertake assessments of needs of service users, working in partnership with service users and their families, to formulate Personalised care and support plans and risk assessments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Payroll, Pensions, Expenses, Benefits and Reward Officer to join our busy and forward-thinking service for 12 months to provide maternity cover.
We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of payroll administration who can quickly become effective within the role and contribute during an exciting period of service transformation and continuous improvement.
Working as part of the Payroll, Pensions, Expenses, Benefits and Reward Services team, you will help deliver an accurate, timely, responsive and customer-focused service. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Transactional Hub, including Recruitment, Employee Services, Temporary Staffing, eRostering, Workforce Information and Statutory and Mandatory Training, as well as managers, Finance and other key stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will:
- Process payroll changes accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Review payroll information and identify errors, discrepancies and potential overpayments.
- Respond professionally and promptly to payroll, pension, expense, benefit and reward queries.
- Support the administration of the NHS Pension Scheme and other workplace pension arrangements.
- Process and validate employee expense claims in accordance with organisational and HMRC requirements.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and a clear audit trail.
- Use ESR and other payroll, expenses and case-management systems effectively.
- Work collaboratively with all services within the Transactional Hub to ensure that workforce information is processed accurately and on time.
- Build effective working relationships with managers, People Services, Finance and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with data-protection requirements.
- Contribute to service improvements, system developments and the modernisation of payroll processes.
- Support the identification, recovery and prevention of salary overpayments.

Job summary
The Senior Payroll, Expenses, Benefits and Reward Officer is responsible for delivering a comprehensive, accurate and customer-focused payroll, expenses, benefits and reward service to employees and managers across the Trust.
The post holder will undertake complex payroll administration and advisory activities, administer employee expenses and benefits schemes, provide specialist guidance on payroll, pensions and reward matters, and ensure compliance with NHS Terms and Conditions of Service, Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of Service, NHS Pension Scheme Regulations, HMRC legislation and Trust policies.

This post is a Fixed Term of 9 months in the Cambridge and Peterborough Arts Therapies Service.
This post offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly enthusiastic and motivated Music Therapist who is passionate about placing young people's needs at the centre of their clinical work and who is interested in delivering a high standard of clinical Music Therapy sessions for young people. This post is supported by Youth Music grant funding via the CPFT Head to Toe Charity and provides community-based Music Therapy which presently takes place at the Child Development Centre in Peterborough. Music Therapists previously involved in the Youth Music project have been recognised through national awards; CAPHO, HSJ, and with a publication through Public Health England and have presented the project at the Royal College of Psychiatry.
The Music Therapist will be managed and clinically supervised within the CPFT Arts Therapies Service which innovatively promotes recovery and resilience. Music Therapists within the Arts Therapies team are experienced and have a wealth of knowledge to share with the appointed Music Therapist and so this post offers an opportunity for a Music Therapist to develop their existing skills.
Main duties of the job
To provide specialist Music Therapy assessment and intervention, both individual and group, and to review the effectiveness of interventions using outcome measures as required by the Arts Therapies Professional Lead.
To work collaboratively with people, their carers and families, and multidisciplinary teams and to plan Music Therapy interventions.
To manage a specialist case load, providing assessment, diagnoses, treatment and monitoring of individuals identified needs across the Arts Therapies Service.
To participate in multi-disciplinary/ multi agency working within the Arts Therapies. and with key partners.

We are seeking experienced health and care professionals to join our pool of Clinical Reviewers (Independent Clinical Experts) for Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TRs).

As a Clinical Reviewer, you will work as part of an independent review panel alongside an Expert by Experience and a delegated Chair to review the care, treatment and, where applicable, education arrangements of children, young people and adults with a learning disability and/or autistic people who are at risk of admission to hospital or are currently receiving inpatient care.
The role involves providing an independent clinical perspective, offering a respectful, professional challenge and scrutiny, and supporting robust, person-centred reviews that ensure people receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place. Reviews aim to improve the quality of care and treatment, reduce unnecessary lengths of stay and support timely discharge planning.
Main duties of the job
You will not have employee status.
Care, (Education) and Treatment Review (C(E)TRs) provide the opportunity that the care and treatment are effective and that they are supported to leave hospital as soon as possible. This is through key lines of enquiry (KLOE) and subsequent recommendations.
C(E)TRs are carried out by an independent panel of people. This includes a commissioner who funds the person's care ('Chair' - or a person delegated on behalf of East of England PC), an expert by experience (EbE), who is an autistic person or a person with a learning disability or a family carer with lived experience of services. The panel also includes a clinical expert who is qualified to work in health & care.
The East of England Provider Collaborative (EoEPC) includes six NHS trusts delivering specialised mental health and learning disability, autism inpatient care.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Mechanical Estates Operations Manager the post-holder is responsible for providing leadership to the operational mechanical engineering team, the development of standardised practices and processes within their area of responsibility (trade group) and to support the delivery of modern maintenance services meeting compliant standards within a customer care focused environment

A vacancy has arisen for an External Cleaner to join the Patient Services Department at QA Hospital.
SHIFT - 12.00pm to 8.00pm - Monday to Friday
Candidates will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions as part of their duties. A full uniform and any required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Patient Services provides a comprehensive cleaning service across QA Hospital. We are specifically looking for candidates with an interest in Head and Neck Surgery.
The Theatre Directorate covers a wide range of surgical specialties including Cardiothoracic, Day Case, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, General surgery, Breast, Colo-rectal, Urology, Head and Neck, Trauma and Orthopedics and Robotic surgery, allowing the successful candidate to develop their existing skills and knowledge.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for candidates who have skills in all three areas of peri-operative care but particularly Scrub and Anaesthetics.
