To identify rota issues and put in place solutions in conjunction with GIM Management Team where appropriate.
Review unexpected absences on a daily basis and in conjunction with GIM Management Team put in place solutions to ensure gaps are mitigated and services are able to provide a safe level of cover.
Contact doctors where urgent cover is required, supporting medical staff new in post with rota/shift management.
Request and monitor Bank/shifts for GIM, providing a weekly submission to the GIM Management Team, liaising with the medical staffing department.
Receive and respond effectively to annual leave and study leave requests for junior doctors ensuring the Trust authorisation process is followed.
Monitor sickness, study and annual leave requests for junior doctors, maintaining accurate records, ensuring sufficient cover in place for periods of leave.
Ensure paperwork available for Consultants/Operational Managers carrying out return to work interviews following periods of sickness.
Escalate any issues to the GIM Management Team.
Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
Our Healthcare Support Workers are at the heart of providing direct patient-centred care, supporting the Registered Nurses and Nursing Associates as well as the wider Multi-Disciplinary Teams.

Loading, unloading, assembling and dismantling equipment to setup and prepare our blood donation session.
Driving a 7.5 tonne van and 15-seater minibus as and when required (training and assessment will be provided).
Learn and develop practical healthcare skills, including donor health screening, venepuncture and post-donation care.
Work as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality donor care and service excellence.
Maintain accurate donor records and support the safe handling, reconciliation and transportation of blood products and samples.

The post holder will undertake rotation supervision, learning about different medical and surgical conditions to enhance learning. Other responsibilities may include attending and actively contributing at MDT meetings and board rounds to discuss patient cases.

The Clinical Lead will provide expert clinical leadership and technical advice across all functions of the Integrated Care Board (ICB), ensuring that strategic and operational decisions are underpinned by robust clinical evidence, governance, and population health priorities. Operating at a Senior level, the postholder will play a pivotal role in aligning clinical insight with system transformation, commissioning, quality improvement and service delivery.
Clinical Lead time will be allocated to key areas of work on a project basis. This role fosters multi-disciplinary collaboration and ensures that clinical excellence is embedded throughout the ICB's work.
Main duties of the job
- Provide high-level technical clinical advice to all ICB functions, including commissioning, transformation, digital, finance and workforce

An opportunity has arisen to join our successful Project Delivery team within the Digital and Technology Services [DATS] Directorate.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be depended upon to deliver the overall management and optimal delivery of multiple digital projects. They will be responsible for the full project life cycle with a significant focus on change management and service modernisation.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and driven to see projects through to completion with a desire to deliver high standards. A solid understanding of managing technology projects in a large organisation is essential to fulfil the role.

The Project Manager role is key to the success of the DATS delivery programme and is accountable for the coordination, implementation and control of assigned projects. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administration assistant to join our diverse and dedicated CAMHS Single Point of Access Team. The post holder will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive administrative and clerical service for specialist mental health services for children and adolescents in the Black Country.
Main duties of the job
- 1. Act as a point of reference for incoming telephone queries, taking appropriate action personally or redirecting as necessary.
- 2. Carry out general administrative and clerical functions including photocopying, filing paper and electronically as required.
- 3. Process the client referral system and associated paperwork in accordance with departmental systems.
- 4. Maintain effective and efficient departmental systems and office procedures including adequate supplies of departmental forms/leaflets and stationery requirements.
