Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced, resourceful dental technician to join our busy conservation Technology Department providing technical services to our clinical team. This senior position requires significant post qualification experience in crown & bridge work. Applicants will need an entry level qualification acceptable to the GDC for registration as a Dental Technician plus a post graduate level qualification in Conservation Technology. Current registration with the GDC is essential. Applicants will also need to demonstrate a high level of manual dexterity, specialised knowledge of Restorative Dental Technical procedures, communication skills and a commitment to quality. This post will also require a broad range of experience in both conventional techniques and digital production methods, hence a keen interest in computer technology / working knowledge of dental design software would be advantageous
Main duties of the job
To provide technical support to a major specialised service, performing a range of work which is often highly complex, specialised work as required. To provide occasional mentoring & informal teaching support to student Dental Technicians and also advice and support to clinical staff and students at the LDI, commensurate to the expertise and experience of the post holder Support the work of the relevant technical department in the effective and timely production of custom-made medical devices and other technical work with a combination of conventional and digital workflows including: (Conservation Posts) A broad range of temporary and permanent dental crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays, which will include some implant retained units. The restorations may be manufactured using metals, ceramics, composites, zirconia and acrylic polymers and using both conventional, and in-house design for digital production methods with digital design software such as 3 shape, In-Lab and Real-guide in regular use). More routine products will include study models, Denar articulations, diagnostic wax-ups, memosil indexes, radiographic stents, splint dentures and bite-raising, bite rims and trays. We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join the antenatal administration team within Womens Services at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Based primarily at St Jamess University Hospital, you will support the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccination pathway for pregnant patients. RSV is a common respiratory virus that can cause serious lung infections in babies; vaccination during pregnancy helps protect newborns in their first months of life. You will coordinate clinics, book appointments, promote vaccine awareness and help maximise clinic utilisation. You will maintain accurate records, provide clerical and data-entry support, respond professionally to enquiries, assist with meetings and present relevant information at the Obstetrics Access Meeting. The role includes cross-site working when required, so you must be able to travel between Trust sites independently or use the staff shuttle.

This is a unique 36-month Therapeutic Radiographer Apprenticeship opportunity to work and train within the Radiotherapy Department at University College Hospital London, in the heart of central London. You will complete the Level 6 BSc (Hons) Therapeutic Radiography Degree Apprenticeship with the University of Hertfordshire. The role involves direct contact with patients and their families, alongside working closely with medical, nursing, physics and wider multidisciplinary teams.

Main duties of the job
Successful applicants will be embedded within the Radiotherapy department working 80% of their hours alongside the team, and study with the University of Hertfordshire for the remainder of their time. Upon completion of the three-year course, they will gain a BSc Honours in Therapeutic Radiography and be eligible for professional registration with the HCPC. This fully funded programme allows the applicant to study and earn a wage at the same time, with extensive workplace learning and practice, supported by academic learning at the University and through distance learning, and self-study.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Homeless Health Inclusion Team to support people experiencing homelessness who attend the Accident & Emergency Departments across Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will be part of the Homeless Health Inclusion Team and report directly to the team. However, they will work independently within the Accident & Emergency Department, acting as a key link between patients, clinical teams, community services, housing providers, and partner organisations to ensure timely support and safe discharge planning.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who can work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident working autonomously while remaining closely connected to the wider Homeless Health Inclusion Team. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as you will work closely with patients, hospital staff, local authorities, housing teams, and voluntary sector partners.
Main duties of the job
- Work with ED colleagues, the hospital Homeless Health Team, local HIU ED Case Worker and Borough HIU Care Coordinators to implement referral and feedback mechanisms for homeless people and HIUs.
- Act as the central point of contact for referrals of people experiencing homelessness from ED and other hospital departments.
- Provide immediate support: o Provide direct support with housing, financial, and wellbeing needs, including access to primary and specialist health services on discharge.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with ED staff, HIU teams, GPs, ambulance services, police, mental health professionals, social services, community teams, and third sector partners.
- Proactively identify and act on safeguarding issues for vulnerable adults and children.
- Provide housing and homelessness advice to ED staff and contribute to teaching and awareness sessions.
- Actively identify and address own learning needs, keeping up to date with housing legislation, welfare reforms, and local service provision.

A fantastic opportunity has become available in the Calderdale CAMHS Learning Disability Team for a Learning Disability Nurse. The opportunity has arisen due to career progression.
The Learning Disability Team in Calderdale is a small, welcoming, friendly team who have strong relationships with partner agencies which supports collaborative working and transition to adult services. The team are visible within community settings and participate in panels and meetings to ensure that children and young peoples needs are understood.
The team have won a SWYPT Excellence Award in 2025 due to the Behaviour in Bitesize group they offer to parents and carers. This group is held in high regard and receives positive feedback. The team are now extending this group offer to specialist schools to support the work they deliver.
The successful applicant will provide community-based nursing care for children and young people (aged 0-18) with learning disabilities and associated complex health needs. Due to this the role is varied as the team offer assessment, formulation, 1.1. work, group work, care co-ordination and support to partner agencies and professionals through consultation. The team also support a local university with teaching and student nurse placements.
The team is closely aligned to other professionals within the other CAMHS pathways and as such, advice and support are provided to CAMHS colleagues as required.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Band 7 Heart Failure Nurse Specialist with a broad range of clinical experience to join our team. The role requires a flexible approach to work with commitment and the ability to prioritise workload in the fast-paced environment.
The role of the Band 7 Heart Failure Clinical Nurse Specialist is to provide specialist advice and guidance to clinical teams, patients and carers in the inpatient and community settings. Their role includes; direct clinical assessment, medication prescription and detailed specialist guidance for the MDT caring for a patient with confirmed heart failure. Essential to the role is excellent written and communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and within the broader heart failure MDT.
The ideal candidates will be Independent Prescribers who are experienced in Cardiology. However, candidates who do not meet the full personal specification would be considered for a Band 6 developmental position (moving to Band 7 on completion of specialist competencies) if they have other relevant experience that may be advantageous to this role.
You will have access to study and training opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge and will be able to share your expertise through teaching colleagues and providing patient/carer education.
Main duties of the job
The aim of the post is to facilitate the early identification of patients admitted to hospital with heart failure by the detection and gathering of patients already known to have heart failure or patients who are admitted with heart failure.
To provide clinical leadership, advice, support and information to staff in respect of all aspects of heart failure care to all staff groups. The role will include the development of care pathways, improved discharge planning and improvements of discharge information. The post holder will contribute and maintain links across primary and secondary care.
The post holder will be a key member of the Heart Failure Team, providing specialist-nursing care to all patients referred to the Heart Failure service, utilising advanced nursing practice skills and knowledge to enable streamlining of the care pathway.
The post holder will act as a source of expertise and knowledge for patients, relatives and health professionals.
They will be expected to liaise with the MDT to provide assessment and follow-up of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure - ensuring optimal therapy and promotion of education towards self-management. They will be expected to liaise with GPs, community services and social services to develop a multi-disciplinary approach towards improving the care and management of patients with a diagnosis of Heart Failure.

Due to our recent re-location, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Technical Officer, to help us deliver a high-quality service to our patients.Assistant Technical Officer required to support the clinical trials team in our very busy Pharmacy Trials Unit and Cancer Services. Duties include assisting clinical trials team with smooth delivery of clinical trials, dispensing of medication, receipt of trial medication, filing and assisting in monitoring temperature where clinical trials medication is stored. There will be requirement to work in the Cancer Services prefill area dispensing chemotherapy treatments. Creating databases and inputting information.
The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust is a large teaching hospital with an extensive R&D portfolio. The Pharmacy Department has close links with the Undergraduate School of Pharmacy at Wolverhampton University and is actively involved in teaching undergraduate students.
Qualifications required are four GCSE's to include English, Maths and a Science subject or working towards Level 2 NVQ in Pharmacy Services Skills. On the job training will be given. Experience of Pharmacy work and computer skills is required. Previous experience of dispensing is essential for this role.
Main duties of the job
Assist the Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists in the provision of the broad range of services provided by the Aseptic Services unit working under the supervision of the Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists.
Provides pharmacy service including dispensing drugs to patients, and other supportive duties in the pharmacy aseptic unit.
Support the work of the Aseptic Services in the provision of an early start, late night, weekend and bank holiday service.

We are looking to recruit a positive, reliable, and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team on a full time (1.0 WTE) permanent contract.
Main duties of the job
In this development post you would be supported with extensive supervision and training to progress to a Band 6 role within an agreed time frame (expected 18 months) and having met specific requirements as outlined in the attached job description document.
This is an exciting position to support to our patients with swallowing and/or communication difficulties following surgery, prolonged intubations, recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries, stroke, hypoxic brain injury etc. We help rehabilitate patients from critical care to home, using evidenced based treatments and approaches. We lead an established FEES service and collaborate with our SALT colleagues at Liverpool University Foundation Hospitals to deliver a weekly videofluoroscopy clinic.
You will have the opportunity to support patients on critical care as well as on our surgical and medical wards. You will take a lead role within our stroke team, contributing to weekly MDT meetings and staff training.
Due to the nature of our patients, it would be favourable if you had an interest in developing skills in instrumental swallowing assessments.
