The service will work in collaboration with the South London Partnership (SLP) Crisis service.South London Partnership is CAMHS New Models of Care Programme and aims to transform services through partnership-working, delivering bestpractice consistently to support young people and their families. The SLP is a collaboration between Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, South Londonand Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust.The CAMHS Crisis Line aims to provide short-term, targeted telephone interventions to support young people in distress, as well as providingadvice and support for parents and carers who have concerns about their child or young person's mental health.
Main duties of the job
With support from the senior clinician on duty, to undertake an immediate risk assessment of the young person using yourcommunication skills and knowledge to ensure that any advice or guidance given is appropriate and robust.Provide immediate crisis counselling support to children and young people in significant distress, offering a friendly and supportivevoice during this time.Help the child or young person engage in any safety plan they have formulated with their community teams, in order to minimise anypotential risk issues that may become apparent during the call.Communicate with parents and carers to provide child and adolescent mental health expertise and advice in relation to their child oryoung person, reminding them of any plans put in place by CAMHS. If unknown to services, to help them formulate a plan that helpsmeet the immediate risk issues in relation to the child or young person which would allow their parents or carers to feel supported inmanaging them at home.Liaise with other mental health professionals, as well as the emergency services to provide support and advice regarding children andyoung people they may have been called to attend out-of-hours.Work across the clinical systems used by the South London Partnership to access the clinical notes of children and young people toprovide an individualised crisis response.

Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our innovative Home Treatment Teams (HTTs). This exciting role provides specialist medicines management support for people experiencing acute mental health crises who are receiving treatment in the community.
Working as an embedded member of multidisciplinary teams across two HTTs, you will play an important role in improving patient outcomes through medicines reconciliation, medicines optimisation, supporting medication adherence, physical health monitoring, and promoting the safe and effective use of medicines. Working closely with pharmacists, prescribers and other healthcare professionals, you will help ensure high-quality, patient-centred pharmaceutical care is delivered across community mental health services.
There are 2 posts to cover our 4 Home Treatment Teams. Locations are outlined in the job description and site preferences can be discussed at interview.
Main duties of the job
The Pharmacy Technician supports the HTT Pharmacist and the wider HTT in the day-to-day operational management of medicines, including stock control, safe storage and disposal, and support for medicines reconciliation and training activity. The post holder will help ensure HTT medicines processes are compliant with Trust policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be an organised, flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will require this person to:
- Deliver a clinical pharmacy medicines optimisation service to allocated HTTs
- Complete medicines reconciliation for allocated HTTs
- Provide medicines related information and responding to enquiries within scope of role and competence from HTTs
- Work collaboratively towards the goals and objectives of the HTTs and Pharmacy services

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Specialist Pharmacist to join our innovative Home Treatment Teams (HTTs). This exciting role provides expert clinical pharmacy leadership for people experiencing acute mental health crises who are receiving treatment in the community. Working as an embedded member of multidisciplinary teams across two HTTs, you will play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes through medicines optimisation, independent prescribing, medication reviews, physical health monitoring, and specialist pharmaceutical care. There are 2 posts to cover our 4 Home Treatment Teams. Locations are outlined in the job description and site preferences can be discussed at interview.
Main duties of the job
The Advanced Specialist Pharmacist provides embedded, expert clinical pharmacy input within the Home Treatment Team (HTT), supporting safe and effective medicines management for patients experiencing acute mental health crises who are being treated in the community.
The post holder will lead on medicines reconciliation, support patient adherence, provide specialist input for high-risk medicines, and manage complex pharmaceutical care plans, working as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team to reduce medication-related harm and support safe transitions of care. The post-holder will work across two HTT's. The successful candidate will be an organised, flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work on their own initiative to:
- Lead and deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services
- Practice as an independent prescriber or work towards this role
- Work collaboratively towards the goals and objectives of the HTTs and Pharmacy services.

The role will include regular review of operational policies and procedures to ensure that the quality of care that we are providing is safe and effective.
The lead Nursery Nurse will have an active role in ensuring that Jasmine Lodge are providing a specialist perinatal service, this includes specialist therapeutic activities and interventions.
Main duties of the job
The job will include the following:
- Completing management supervision and appraisals for the Nursery Nurses
- Actively working towards the unit meeting the CCQI standards
- Having clinical supervision with ward psychologist
- Providing clinical supervision to Nursery Nurses
- Attending leadership meetings
- Working directly with mothers, their baby and the wider family unit to ensure the care being provided is effective

Job summary
Mechanical Engineering Services (MES) is a technical engineering consultancy and manufacturing service, provided as part of the Rehabilitation Engineering and Aids for Living (REAL) unit, within Northern Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering (NMPCE).
he service offers 2D and 3D design facilities, coupled with manufacturing capability in support of a number of Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals clinical services and other internal and external stakeholders. There is a significant amount of collaboration with the Regional Technical Aids Service (RTAS), in delivering bespoke equipment solutions to suit the needs of individuals living with complex disabilities.
The Clinical Technologist's role incorporates the design, manufacture and installation of mechanical solutions for service users, working closely with partner services, especially those providing assistive aids and wheelchairs to patients.
Activities include the modification of, or the initial manufacture of items to customer specification, research support, prototyping and production of single items, or small batches utilising the latest technologies and materials.

Main duties of the job
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified, capable and motivated engineer or technologist, to join the team based at the Freeman Hospital, to support the delivery of our services, which include assessment of need, problem solving, risk analysis, design, manufacture and documentation.
The successful applicant will be educated to degree level in an engineering or science-related subject or equivalent (e.g. a HNC or HND qualification with in-depth, relevant experience), with specialist knowledge of engineering design, materials and manufacture, including a proficiency in milling and turning, utilising both manual and CNC machine tools. Experience of fabrication and TIG welding is desirable, although training provision is available to the successful candidate if required.
In addition, if not already registered or eligible for registration, the post holder will be required to complete the IPEM Clinical Technologist Training Scheme, resulting in professional registration as a Clinical Technologist with either the RCT or AHCS, with training available to support achievement.
This is a demanding but rewarding role, requiring excellent technical awareness, communication, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience in the application of a range of IT packages (Microsoft Office, Databases, 2D / 3D CAD Modelling) is essential, as is a full valid UK driving licence, as regular region wide travel is a remit of the role.

Job summary
Medicine and Emergency Care Division are looking for an agile, dynamic and delivery focused leader to join our Division as Centre Manager for Emergency & Acute.
Urgent and Emergency Care services within the Trust are challenged, and we are seeking a candidate who has a track record in successful partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders to support transformation.
Accountable to the Divisional & Deputy Director of Operations post holder has the responsibility for the business and performance management of the Centre. Ensuring that key performance targets and strategic objectives are met, including managing capacity and demand in order to achieve targets. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the Trust and wider health economy, you will demonstrate a strategic approach to service improvement and best clinical pathways, supporting process/pathway redesign and produce business plans/business cases to support development within the centre.

The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of all services of the Centre.

Alexander Devine Childrens Hospice Service (Alexander Devine) is a local charity that provides specialist care and vital support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, across Berkshire and into surrounding counties.

To be responsible (under the supervision of the dentist) for preparing premises and equipment for treatment and screening sessions and domiciliary care.
