Based between Brighton & Worthing Probation offices, you will work closely with partner agencies, including the Probation Service and CGL, delivering high-quality, evidence-based, psychologically informed interventions to people with complex and often marginalised needs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical governance, data collection, and service development under the supervision of the Clinical Lead (Principal Psychologist). With appropriate support, you will undertake psychological assessments and deliver tailored interventions. You will also benefit from being part of a wider psychological professions network, supporting your ongoing professional development and career progression.
Experience within the Criminal Justice System is desirable, but not essential
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Play a key role within the MHTR pathway, supporting and enhancing the psychological care provided to service users. This will include delivering psychological assessments and interventions appropriate to your level of training and experience, alongside contributing to the ongoing development, evaluation, and improvement of the service.
- Work autonomously within the role, with workload, objectives, and professional development supported through regular supervision from an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist.
- Assess service users' suitability for psychological interventions and provide support for up to 12 sessions, depending on individual need.
- Carry out risk assessments and collaboratively plan care with service users.
- Develop and agree intervention goals in partnership with service users, ensuring care is person-centred and outcome-focused.
- Implement and monitor pre- and post-intervention outcome measures to support evaluation of progress and effectiveness.
- Build professional and therapeutic relationships with service users that respect their views, autonomy, culture, and individual experiences.
- Respond calmly, sensitively, and empathetically when supporting individuals experiencing distressing or emotionally challenging circumstances.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in all aspects of the role.

Main duties of the job
Specialist Physiotherapist providing high-quality assessment, treatment, intervention, evaluation and discharge planning within multidisciplinary clinical pathways.
Deliver person-centred care across a range of settings, adapting practice to meet complex patient needs and maximise wellbeing and independence.
Manage a designated caseload, prioritising referrals and coordinating care in line with service priorities and Trust response times.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, families, carers and external agencies to ensure a holistic, needs-led approach to care.
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement by promoting evidence-based practice, maintaining professional standards and supporting high-quality care delivery.
Participate in and lead clinical case reviews, providing specialist physiotherapy advice and recommendations as appropriate. Support effective service delivery through workload management, delegation and care coordination.
Supervise Band 5 and unregistered staff, contribute to clinical supervision and deliver training to colleagues and wider services.
Maintain effective communication using explanation, motivation, negotiation and sensitivity to support positive patient outcomes.

Main duties of the job
- The post holder will act under the leadership and management of the NHSP Local Manager and be responsible for carrying out hearing screening on babies in both inpatient and outpatient settings as required.
- The post holder will also have shared responsibility in ensuring the recording, collection and data quality of all patient data for the service.
- The post holder will carry out the necessary administrative tasks associated with the patient journey.
- The post holder will be expected to work as part of a team, altering working patterns to accommodate the changing needs of the service, across 7 days a week, 365 days a year with regular working during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), bank and public holidays including on Christmas day.

Tapping House is a leading provider of palliative care services in Norfolk. We are an independent charity delivering innovative and specialist rehabilitative therapy, end of life care and bereavement services. The Dr Hugh Ford Inpatient Unit has nine beds, dedicated to delivering outstanding palliative and end of life care.
Hours to be worked on a rota basis including weekends, bank holidays and nights.

Main duties of the job
This post, working under the guidance of the registered nurse and the therapy lead, supports the Inpatient Unit team to deliver high quality person centred care and a range of interventions to meet the needs of patients within the IPU setting using a holistic approach. The post holder plays a critical role in empowering the IPU team to embed the principles of rehabilitative palliative care.

Job summary
Required to work at any location at any time throughout the duration of their contract within the RDaSH footprint or set out under terms of their contract. Travel outside the RDaSH footprint may also be required. The base for this role at the time of advertising will be Kimberworth Place, Rotherham.
The post will be working in both generic CAMHS and ADHD.
Most of the clinical work will take place at the central clinical base. However, the post holder will be required to undertake assessments elsewhere, for example, Paediatric Wards, A &E, schools, GP surgeries, occasional home visits. Expectation is that 60% or more of work time is spent onsite.
The postholder will cross cover for non-Consultant doctors for annual leave etc.
The postholder will also contribute to writing repeat prescriptions and checking blood results.
There is a dedicated ADHD Team, led by an ADHD Specialist Prescribing Nurse. You may spend some time each week supporting the ADHD post diagnostic nursing team in prescribing and monitoring ADHD medication.
The postholder will attend one of the weekly Clinical MDTs, chaired by the Consultant Psychiatrists.
Main duties of the job
o The post holder will be expected to provide appropriate care to patients within the Rotherham area mainly through working closely with the multidisciplinary team through the assessment and treatment of appropriate patients.
o Provide consultation on individual cases where psychiatric opinion is needed to members of the Rotherham multidisciplinary CAMHS team.
o Attend a weekly CAMHS MDT Clinical Meeting, in which the above patients are discussed.
o Attend multiagency meetings and Team around the Child etc as required.
o Provide medical support to the Nurse-led ADHD team. This will include prescribing and monitoring ADHD medication, alongside the ADHD nurses.
o Patient contact will take place mainly in outpatient clinics but may also occur in other community settings including A&E or paediatric wards at Rotherham hospital. Appointments may also occur remotely via MS Teams or sometimes by telephone.
o Provide on-going monitoring and pharmacological treatments in ADHD, depression, OCD, etc.
o All practice will be supervised by a senior doctor or a specialist prescriber.

Job summary
Harbourside Family Practice is looking to recruit a friendly, motivated and reliable Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our expanding clinical team on a part-time basis.

The post holder is a key team member in the delivery of occupational health services to Kings College Hospital NHS Trust and associated external contracts. The Band 8a Occupational Health AHP Lead is a senior clinical and managerial role responsible for the leadership, governance and development of the Occupational Health Therapy service within the organisation.
