Job summary
We seek an experienced and ambitious Head of Radiopharmacy to lead our large, regional, MHRA Specials Licenced Radiopharmacy Service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape service delivery and support the growth of Nuclear Medicine services within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and the wider region. This role provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant production and supply of radiopharmaceuticals, leading a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
The post-holder also acts as regional coordinator for Radiopharmacies across the South Yorkshire and Humber area and will be key to developing a regional strategy for the future provision of regional radiopharmacy services to improve service delivery, capacity and resilience. They are expected to provide a key link for the region into the UK Radiopharmacy Group.
Face to face interviews will be held on Thursday 8th October 2026.
Departmental tours prior to interview can be arranged.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will:
- Lead the Radiopharmacy Service and its workforce.
- Ensure compliance with MHRA and other regulatory requirements.
- Drive service development, innovation and quality improvement.
- Work closely with both the Nuclear Medicine Section Head and Technical Manager to manage resources, budgets and workforce planning effectively across the whole service.
- Work closely with Radiopharmacy teams in other Trusts across the region in provision of robust regional radiopharmaceutical supply.
- Support research, education and the introduction of new radiopharmaceuticals.
- Build strong relationships with clinical, scientific and managerial colleagues.

This exciting new post will provide specialist psychological care in a multi-disciplinary Crisis Support Team in Bridgend Local Authority Children's Services.
The team work intensively to prevent the breakdown of family and foster care for children with complex, acute and challenging emotional, behavioural and relational needs. You will provide assessment, formulation and direct interventions to children and families as well as enabling and supporting colleagues to develop psychologically informed understandings and care approaches.
You will be passionate, experienced, skilled in supporting colleagues to provide psychologically informed care, keen to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, and will enjoy developing services. You will be embedded within the Local Authority Crisis Support Team, whilst being supported and professionally led by the Consultant Clinical Psychologist for Children and Young People's Community Mental Health Services in the Health Board.
Main duties of the job
To provide clinical and strategic leadership in the development and delivery of trauma informed psychological care to young people presenting in crisis and experiencing significant and acute emotional distress and behaviours of concern. This includes care experienced young people as well as those at the edge of care, at risk of family or foster care placement breakdown.
To be embedded and present face to face within Bridgend Children's Services' multi-disciplinary Adolescent Crisis Team (ACT) which delivers intensive, short-term interventions to young people at risk of entering care or requiring tier four services.
The post holder will provide clinical leadership through undertaking psychological assessments and developing individualised formulations to inform psychological intervention planning and support.
Delivering a range of evidence-informed interventions to young people and their families/carers, tailored to complex presentations.
Providing clinical supervision to ACT team members, supporting them to deliver care which is psychologically and relationally informed.
Offering consultation and advice to professionals across health, education, and social care to build shared understanding and co-ordinated responses for young people in crisis.
Supporting the development and delivery of training, coaching and reflective practice across the wider system to embed psychological and trauma-informed approaches.

Main duties of the job
The ultrasound department at BTHFT is split across the two main sites of Bradford Royal Infirmary and St Luke's hospital. On the BRI site we have the maternity ultrasound department in the women's health unit, a two room vascular ultrasound department in medical physics and the six room main ultrasound department in radiology, where a range of interventional procedures, both radiologist and sonographer lead, take place.
The two room ultrasound department at St Luke's hospital is mainly an out-patient service.
In addition, we have a brand new two room ultrasound department in the Bradford community diagnostic centre.
As a qualified sonographer you will work in some or all of these departments, depending on your individual skill mix.
As part of the team you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the area in which you work, using good time management and clinical judgement to prioritise patients and to deal with situations as they arise, in order to deliver an efficient high quality patient service.
Experience in scanning and reporting in your ultrasound speciality is essential.
As an independent practitioner you will be required to mentor and supervise students, trainees and newly qualified sonographers.
This post is suitable for the newly qualified sonographer who would be supported and mentored by a team of experienced sonographers during a period of preceptorship.

Job summary
The Estates Supervisor is a key member of the Estates and Facilities team, responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of estates maintenance services supporting Stamford Hospital and Peterborough City Hospital retained buildings.
The post holder will provide operational leadership for maintenance activities, ensuring that planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, statutory compliance inspections and minor works are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to clinical services.
Working closely with the Estates Manager, clinical teams and external contractors, the Estates Supervisor will ensure that the ward and outpatient environments remain safe, compliant, functional and fit for purpose for patients, staff and visitors.
The Estates Supervisor will coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors, monitor service performance, prioritise workloads and ensure that all works are completed in accordance with Trust policies, statutory regulations and health and safety requirements.
This role will cover all 3 sites.
Main duties of the job
Provides specialist technical advice and guidance to the Trust in respect of Estates maintenance, engineering services, statutory compliance and health and safety matters, ensuring that the management and supervision of the estate withstands scrutiny from internal and external auditors in relation to compliance, value for money, service standards, NHS guidance and all relevant statutory requirements.
Supports the Estates Manager in identifying, managing and addressing any areas of non-compliance across the estate, ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are implemented and monitored. Ensures that critical plant, equipment and engineering systems are maintained and available to support the delivery of clinical and operational services, contributing to the development and implementation of contingency arrangements to minimise disruption in the event of system or equipment failure.
Maintains oversight of the Building Management System (BMS), ensuring system information remains accurate and up to date through amendments, additions and deletions as required, whilst monitoring system performance and responding to operational issues and alarms as appropriate.

Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment team (CRHT) are currently looking to recruit Band 6 practitioners to join the team, the footprint covers Halton, Warrington, St Helens & Knowsley

Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care within the framework of Effective Care Co-ordination (ECC).

The team will work to assess and provide treatment to service users with complex needs. Alternative options to admission will be considered where possible.
The post holder will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values service users' choice and works alongside them and their carers to ensure they are at the centre of care planning.
The post holder will be expected to participate in a 24hr roster system 7 Days a week, on a rotational basis as and when the service demands.

An opportunity has arisen for a Dietitian with an interest in paediatric allergy to join our team of 17 Paediatric Dietitians and 4 Dietetic Support Assistants. This will be a maternity cover post. You will be the clinical lead responsible for providing dietetic support to the Paediatric Allergy service and will work closely with the other members of the paediatric allergy multiprofessional team.
We are looking for an experienced dietitian who is enthusiastic, motivated and innovative with good clinical skills and a broad knowledge in the area of paediatric dietetics. The paediatric dietitians at St Georges provide a service to general paediatric medicine, as well specialist areas such as neonatology, gastroenterology, allergy, HIV, ketogenic diets and PICU. Additionally, you will be actively involved in the research, audit and the Clinical Governance objectives of the department and the Trust.
We are a base trainer for student dietitians and are actively involved in the training of other staff.
Main duties of the job
You will be a clinical lead specialist responsible for the nutrition and dietetic management of paediatric allergy patients and patients on acute medical wards under the care of the Children's Service Delivery Unit.
You will take the clinical lead and will work independently to deliver the service and be an expert in your field. You will have a significant in-depth level of understanding across paediatric disease groups acquired through experience within the specialism, and continuing post graduate training and study.
You will work within the multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate expertise within this specialist area. You will play a key role in the nutritional management of this patient group, and will provide highly specialist advice, education and support to patients, carers and other health professionals. Job responsibilities
- As a clinical lead specialist, to be responsible for the development and provision of a specialist, evidence based paediatric dietetic allergy service to the paediatric allergy unit at St Georges Hospital.
To take the lead in providing highly specialist dietetic advice to the multidisciplinary team through attendance and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and ward rounds.
To provide expert advice to clinicians, patients and carers regarding provision of nutritional support for paediatric patients based on clinical evidence. This will involve nutritional assessment, to include the calculation of nutritional requirements for highly complex clinical cases, based on the analysis and interpretation of biochemistry, anthropometry, clinical condition and other physical parameters.

To initiate and participate in regular research and audit within the area of paediatric medicine in line with departmental research and audit procedures. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Main ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will deliver specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for patients with stroke and a range of neurological conditions. You will support early discharge from hospital, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time in the most appropriate setting. You will work across both the inpatient setting on Sapphire Ward and within patients homes, supporting rehabilitation in real life environments. This approach allows you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes, helping individuals regain independence as quickly and safely as possible. Alongside your clinical work, you will support junior colleagues, students and therapy assistants, contributing to the development of the wider team. Main duties of the job
To supervise the Pharmacy Procurement and Distribution department, supporting the efficient and effective procurement and distribution of medicines.
Ensure that all legal and departmental practices including Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs), MHRA Rules and Guidance for Pharmaceutical Distributors, COSHH, Lifting and Handling Regulations and all Trust Policies and Procedures are followed.
To supervise and oversee the training of all operational staff within the procurement and distribution department.

Main duties of the job
- Provide operational leadership and management across the Waltham Forest 0-19 Service, including Health Visiting and School Nursing.
- Provide visible clinical and professional leadership, supporting staff to deliver safe, effective and high-quality services for children, young people and families.
- Lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, ensuring services are responsive to local population needs and national priorities.
- Support the strategic development of the service in line with national policy, public health priorities, commissioning intentions and local health needs.
- Lead service transformation, redesign and mobilisation projects, ensuring delivery of commissioned outcomes and contractual requirements.
- Oversee service performance, quality assurance and governance arrangements, ensuring achievement of KPIs, quality standards and statutory requirements.
