Job summary

In the Community Complex Care Team pride ourselves on our delivery of excellent, holistic patient and family centred care within the home, school and a variety of community settings. All of our client group (Adults and Children) have highly complex physical health needs, from needing support with their breathing to managing challenging seizure activity and everything in between!
We are a large, expanding team covering the whole of Staffordshire, with office bases in Stafford, Stoke-On-Trent and Lichfield. We operate in a Hub system, which is, based on geographical location allowing us to ensure a supportive, small team feel across all hubs. We provide a 24/7 nurse on call service, ensuring a constant point of contact where support can be accessed.
We are looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our team. We do cover a 24-hour period so there is an expectation that you would be able to work days and nights and the shift times are individual to each package of care. The whole of your shift will be spent with one client, so you will get the opportunity to really make a difference.
During interview you will be able discuss which geographical location you would be able tocover. You must be able to travel to areas and for shift times where public transport is not available.
Main duties of the job
To work in patient's homes or other designated settings to deliver high quality care to patients with complex physical health care needs, including but not limited to management of tracheostomies, ventilators, enteral feeding, complex seizures and medication administration.
To assess patient care needs on a daily basis, implementing and evaluating care plans produced by qualified nurses with patients and their families.
To assess care plans, risk assessments and contingencies, in conjunction with the qualified nurses, on a regular basis to ensure consistency and reflect up to date care needs.

We would like to appoint an experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work in the Adult Mental Health (AMH) Neighbourhood Mental Health Services (NMHS) in Worcestershire to particularly work with people who present with Psychosis or Bipolar. The NMHS teams have integrated psychological pathways for individuals who present with moderate/severe, severe/enduring, psychosis/bipolar and emotional regulation difficulties. We aspire to encourage a sense of empowerment in our service users through working with trauma informed service delivery.
The post holder will deliver Clinical or Counselling Psychology core values and clinical practice, will work with a diverse service user group presenting with Psychosis and Bipolar with a range of complex mental health needs.
The post holder will input into teaching, training, research and supervision. We have excellent links with the local doctorate training courses and offering a training placement would be encouraged.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be an integral member of the NMHS, working with other psychologists and mental health professionals. They will be a valued member of the psychology provision within the Trust.
The post holder would work individually, providing psychological assessments and formulations with individuals presenting with Psychosis or Bipolar with complex psychological presentations. Group work will also be provided for service users and their families. Team consultation, reflective practice, supervision, research and teaching would also be delivered by the post holder as appropriate for the working hours. We provide both in person and virtual interventions alongside applied psychological ways of working with MDT colleagues.
The post holder will receive both clinical supervision and line management. Priority will be given to wellbeing and personal and professional development.

Job summary
We would like to appoint a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work in the Adult Mental Health (AMH) Neighbourhood Mental Health Services (NMHS) in Worcestershire to particularly work with people who present with Psychosis and Bipolar. The NMHS teams have integrated psychological pathways for individuals who present with moderate/severe, severe/enduring, psychosis/bipolar and emotional regulation difficulties. We aspire to encourage a sense of empowerment in our service users through working with trauma informed service delivery.
The post holder will deliver Clinical or Counselling Psychology core values and clinical practice, will work with a diverse service user group presenting with Psychosis or Bipolar with a range of complex mental health needs.
The post holder will have the opportunity to input into teaching, training, research and supervision. We have excellent links with the local doctorate training courses and offer training placements.
This post is a Band 7, development role, which will move to a Band 8a upon successful completion of a development plan. We welcome applications for full time working but would be happy to discuss alternative working hours as necessary.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be an integral member of the NMHS, working with other psychologists and mental health professionals. They will be a valued member of the psychology provision within the Trust. As a development role supported personal and professional development will be a priority.
The post holder would work individually, providing psychological assessments and formulations with individuals presenting with Psychosis or Bipolar with complex psychological presentations. They would also be involved with Group work. The post holder would be supported to provide team consultation, reflective practice, supervision, research and teaching as appropriate for the working hours. We provide both in person and virtual interventions alongside applied psychological ways of working with MDT colleagues.
The post holder will receive both clinical supervision and line management. Priority will be given to wellbeing and personal and professional development.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic technician to join our Electro-Biomedical Engineering (EBME) team to carry out maintenance / repair on a wide range of diagnostic medical devices across the county of Warwickshire. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Dietitian with an interest in children and young people's mental health to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team. This is a full-time post (part time would be considered), based in our Tier 4 unit. We are looking for an experienced Dietitian who is ready to take their next step in their career and keen to make a difference to our children and young people.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
As part of the Trust's Information Management and Technology (IMT) Strategy, the IM&T Clinical Programme will radically alter the way that Trust staff interact and use technology to inform and support the care they provide.
Although Information Technology (IT) provides the opportunity to achieve these changes, the primary aim is to provide more effective and efficient patient care, not just implement new IT/clinical systems. Subject matter expert input is fundamental to the successful completion of these changes, and this role is crucial to the successful and safe implementation of the IM&T Clinical Programme.
The post holder will be one of the project managers for the IM&T Clinical Programme and will act as a role model and expert for all staff.
The core function of this role will be to enable the successful delivery of IM&T systems and functionality within the scope of the Programme and to support change as a result.
Main duties of the job
Use persuasion and negotiation skills to engage key stakeholders with complex and/or sensitive service changes in relation to process and/or service re-design and overcome resistance to change from staff (technical and non-technical) at all levels of the organisation.
Communicate, in the most appropriate manner, technical and non-technical information, and sensitive issues to internal and external stakeholders, and suppliers.
Ensure effective communication of business change plans and the associated benefits to staff and other identified stakeholders.
Lead multiple work streams ensuring projects are supported and delivered in-line with the agreed scope and timescales, delivering the functionality and benefits identified.
Respond to feedback on the IM&T clinical systems, where possible resolving complex problems and dealing with unanticipated issues, escalating to the relevant person(s) where necessary.
Help with communicating sensitive information about project delivery to key stakeholders in routine formal presentations.
Provide advice to Managers with regards to implementing new practice/processes.
Liaise with relevant Managers to report on the progress of the IM&T clinical projects and the effectiveness of the implementation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) for a highly motivated senior developer in the Information & Performance Department. This is an 18 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will be developing and supporting the Trust's Data Warehouse and Business Information systems and ensuring the Trust's new EPR, Oracle Health (Cerner) currently being implemented, will integrate into the Data Warehouse.
This team is a key part of the Information & Performance Department which provides a wide range of operational and performance reports to the Trust through its Business Intelligence systems. You will be mostly working from home but will have to attend the occasional on- site meetings or events.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in database management and practical experience of MS SQL server in a complex NHS organisation. A robust understanding of database concepts and programming techniques is essential. You will have excellent technical skills and knowledge backed up by previous experience of data warehousing. You will have the ability to interpret complex user requirements and translate these into deliverables. Knowledge of Insource's Data Academy and/or experience of Oracle Health (Cerner) would be a great advantage.
