We have an opportunity for you to join us as a Care Sourcing Officer.
We are establishing a new approach to Care Sourcing within Adult Care and to deliver this business critical function we need to grow our team who play a key role in meeting our statutory duties through ensuring the right advice, care and support is provided, at the right time and at the right costs.
Under the direction of, and support from the seniors in the team, our Care Sourcing Officers work on allocated cases to deliver consistent, high standards in providing the right advice and sourcing the most appropriate, cost effective, care and support across all care types, at the right time, within agreed costs.
Their work includes identifying options, sourcing, processing, securing and reviewing provision which fulfils referral requirements and outcomes. Providing exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining effective relationships, they work collaboratively right across the directorate, and make a real difference to the lives of adults with an assessed eligible need.
How our team works is just as important to us as what we do and you will be expected to embody the Councils values as together the whole team establishes our new function, embeds new ways of working and fosters a collaborative, supportive, caring and learning culture.
Main duties of the job
You will be:
- An officer with experience in providing excellent customer service, who are comfortable working collaboratively, competent in building positive relationships and have exceptional communication, persuasion, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Someone who can solve problems, are well organised, pay attention to detail and deliver a high level of accuracy whilst also meeting tight deadlines.
- A team member who has knowledge, understanding and experience in either business related subjects, adult social care, health care, sourcing or other aspects of commissioning.

Job responsibilities
The Care Sourcing Team is a business critical function for ACCW and plays a key part in helping the Council meet its adult care statutory obligations and duties within allocated budgets. The Care Sourcing Officer will deliver consistent, high standards of established best practice through their cases, to provide the right advice and source the most appropriate, cost effective, care and support across all care types, at the right time, within agreed costs, for adults with an assessed eligible need. Including identifying options, sourcing, processing, securing and reviewing provision which fulfils the referral requirements and outcomes, where complex care rate negotiation is not required.
1. The Care Sourcing Officer will work under the direction of the Care Sourcing Senior Officers on allocated cases for securing care and support packages which meet the identified requirements and outcomes of adults, with an assessed and eligible need, in a way which enhances choice, promotes independence, meets duties and standards and achieves the best value for money.
2. They will provide excellence in customer service with consistent high standards of delivery, meeting urgency of tight deadlines, and establish and maintain effective relationships through extensive daily liaison with practitioners, providers, partners and individuals. Ensuring a shared understanding, collaborative working practices along with two way professional challenge and support.
3. They will use the teams systems, processes and working practices to provide information and advice to practitioners and individuals about various support options, including market and local provider insights, costs and service quality, which supports informed decision making.
4. Under the supervision of the Care Sourcing Senior Officers, they will source and deliver packages and placements that are proportionate and appropriate, in line with the established ACCW commissioning and contractual arrangements, prioritising the use of existing frameworks and contracts in order to secure the greatest value and benefit in each individual case, securing quality, timely care and support, with prompt and accurate financial arrangements.

They will support cost effective delivery through commercially astute brokerage, implementing end-to-end financial processes, checks and monitoring, securing commitments and utilising contractual levers when sourcing from providers who can deliver the care and support which best meets tailored requirements and specified outcomes, enhances choice, promotes independence. They will enable timely provision, achieve the best value for money, along with prompt and accurate payments.
6. They will contribute to monitoring and reviews in a sensitive and caring manner, to ensure appropriate, cost effective, care and support is provided, at the right time, within agreed costs, and that it fulfils the referral requirements and outcomes. With escalation to the Care Sourcing Senior Officers where required.
7. They will assist the Care Souring Senior Officers and Team Leader in identifying risks, safeguarding vulnerable adults, resolving or escalating queries, as well as meeting deadlines and agreed quality standards.
8. They will maintain the Councils databases, case and management information systems ensuring the validity of data with accurate, timely and comprehensive records in all instances for the end-to-end souring process.
9. They will provide data and analysis (for example relating to sourcing performance, usage, quality and finance) to support the production of intelligence and insights which facilitate informed decision making, commissioning plans and continuous service improvements.
10. They will support and implement new ways of thinking and working, contributing to a reflective, learning culture which supports continual improvement in practice, processes and systems.

Job summary
You should possess lived experience of accessing the Mental Health Treatment Requirement service or lived experience of the criminal justice service.
Under the supervision of a qualified practitioner, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary community mental health service for individuals within the service. You will do this through providing emotional support to offenders and their families within the MHTR service to help them meet their treatment goals. Through sharing your own experience, you will inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible, helping individuals to feel more positively about their future.
The role of a PSW has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of recovery from mental health challenges and who have engaged in treatment from a mental health service as well as the criminal justice service. Applicants who do not indicate they have this lived experience will not be considered.
With support from the multi -disciplinary team (MDT) your role is to provide support to individuals who are accessing the Trust, through appropriately sharing and drawing on their own lived experiences, to inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible.

Main duties of the job
To model principles of hope, recovery and self-belief in all aspects of their work with offenders and their families.
Share coping, self-help and self-management techniques with offenders and their carers, in an appropriate and supportive manner.

Support offenders who may be struggling with transitions out of, or across, services.
Liaise with representatives from universal services, as appropriate, and facilitate and model good communication between services.

To be actively involved in the continued development of the PSW role in the MHTR Service and the wider service, including training and on-going evaluation.

Engage in a period of induction, supervision and work-related training, as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with Trust Policy.

Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust (LPFT) delivers an NHS Talking Therapies service. An opportunity has arisen for either a qualified Interpersonal Therapist Band 6 or a Trainee Interpersonal Therapist Band 5 to join the Lincolnshire Talking Therapies service based in Lincoln although you may also be required to cover alternative bases to meet service need. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work within a team environment and be thoroughly conversant with the use of clinical systems.

Are you a Pharmacy Technician with a strong history of project delivery who's seeking a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to spearhead our biosimilar switching projects.
The use of high cost drugs is a significant cost pressure to the NHS. This role will be key in delivering savings across Lincolnshire by implementing the use of biosimilar or generic products, releasing key savings back into the NHS.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to lead on our biosimilar implementation projects, working closely with our High Cost Drugs Specialist Pharmacists, Procurement team, and clinical teams, you will facilitate the seamless transition of patients onto biosimilar medicines.
You will horizon scan and identify upcoming product releases that will have significant financial benefits to the NHS and develop implementation plans to ensure the swift utilisation of these products, using EMIS and the Blueteq database to project impact of upcoming product releases on budgets and annual high cost drug budget.
You will improve and maintain systems and processes for high quality data reporting and analysis, working closely with colleagues in finance to facilitate this.

We are establishing a new approach to Care Sourcing within our Adult Care Directorate and seek an experienced, motivational manager to help us establish this business-critical function and play a key role in meeting our statutory obligations and duties through ensuring the right advice, care and support is provided, at the right time and at the right costs.

What we are looking for:
- A relevant degree level qualification or extensive relevant professional experience in commissioning and public procurement; the social, health care profession; programme and project principles which support strategic commissioning; delivering change management within a complex organisation. Ideally with a Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Professional Qualification or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge, experience and direct application of principles which support strategic procurement and deliver commissioning outcomes and value for money. Job summary
If you are a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant with experience of providing support at a senior level, we have an exciting opportunity for you, based at our Trust's Headquarters.
This role will require high levels of confidentiality, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast moving and sometimes highly pressurised environment.

Main duties of the job
To provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to two members of the Executive Team / Trust Secretary.
To provide efficient and effective administrative and minuting support to Board Committee and subgroup meetings.
The postholder will be expected to act on their own initiative and provide cross cover/support for other team members as necessary, in order to facilitate effective service function.

Job summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic scientist to join our team.
The Radiotherapy Physics department provides a specialist technical radiotherapy physics service to the Lincolnshire Oncology Centre, contributing to safe treatment of patients for radiotherapy. It is responsible for ensuring the accurate calibration, according to national recommendations, of all radiotherapy treatment machines and providing a routine quality control service for all equipment used in simulating, planning, verifying and treating radiotherapy patients.
This role will include:
- To contribute to routine clinical service provision in all areas of radiotherapy physics.
- To work as part of the clinical scientist group, across machine quality assurance & dosimetry, treatment planning & brachytherapy.
- To contribute to developmental and project work within the section, taking a lead or supporting role as appropriate.
- To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing effective, caring and compassionate services to patients.
Main duties of the job
Participate in Radiotherapy duties as required, assisting in the dosimetry and maintenance of Radiotherapy Treatment machines and associated equipment, and assisting Treatment Planning as required.
Work scheduled late shifts and weekends to facilitate software upgrades, commissioning, QA etc, and work flexibly to support the service; Participate in the morning run-up when required.
Manage clinical development projects assigned to them by senior scientists.
Keep careful records of all work performed and complete other appropriate records.
Be an active member of the radiotherapy physics service.Be managerially responsible to the Head of the Radiotherapy Physics service through area leads.
Perform/assist in quality assurance, maintenance and repair work related to external beam and brachytherapy treatment machines, simulators, the CT Scanner and associated equipment.
Participate in the maintenance and calibration of physical assets used for dosimetry, ensuring that all equipment is working effectively and safely.
Participate in performing inter-departmental audits at local, national and international levels.
Perform treatment planning and treatment planning related developments.
Participate/assist in radioiodine ablation therapy.
Attend and participate in training courses as required and to participate in scientific meetings and conferences, as appropriate.
Be state registered as a Clinical Scientist with the HCPC and maintain such registration.

An opportunity has arisen for two pharmacists to join our expanding, friendly, diverse and inclusive pharmacy team at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

30 hours a week, however may incorporate some night shifts. Working 7am-7.15pm / 7pm- 7.15am including 1 weekend in every 4 weeks.

This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary up to £39,340 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
- Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links with our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within, and feel proud of
- Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of shared learning.

Qualifications required:
- Registered nurse Adult
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Experience of line management, audits, governance
