Mole Valley Neighbourhood mental health team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our in the Brief Interventions pathway will work closely with GP Practices. This role is 33.75hrs can be spread in 4 or 5 days a week.
This rewarding role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with established mental health needs, helping them achieve recovery goals and maintain independence within their local community. The post holder will manage a complex caseload, undertake comprehensive assessments, deliver psychosocial interventions, and work collaboratively with service users, carers, and partner agencies to ensure effective and coordinated care.

Main duties of the job
You will take a key role in developing and shaping a major new and transformative approach to providing mental health care within the community.

We are delighted to offer the opportunity for three qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist posts at Band 6 based in the Ashfield, Bassetlaw and Rushcliffe Local Mental Health Teams (LMHTs). The LMHTs have a range of mental health professionals working within them and support people who experience a variety of mental health difficulties, including complex trauma, psychosis, depression, anxiety, dissociation, self-harm and life-threatening behaviours. The successful applicant will work alongside two experienced Clinical Psychologists working in the team and will support them with the provision of psychological interventions with patients who are under the LMHT. The post holder will be a key member of the multidisciplinary LMHT, providing direct individual and group clinical work.
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.

Main duties of the job
Clinical Associate Psychologists will be working alongside qualified Clinical Psychologists as a part of the psychological services contribution to the multidisciplinary community teams. This post will enhance the current workforce provision serving the mental health needs of the local community. In this role the CAP will provide a flexible community offer as they are competent in the planning, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based psychological interventions.

Main duties of the job
This is a patient-facing role requiring clinical assessment and treatment using specialist medicines knowledge across specific disease areas. You will be registered with the GPhC or about to complete your foundation training in order to register as a Clinical Pharmacist with the GPhC. You may already be an independent prescriber or working towards this qualification. The role involves proactively supporting patients with complex polypharmacy, particularly older adults and those with multiple long-term conditions. As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will be supporting our 2 Week Wait, Dermatology contract across Greater Manchester, primarily around Oldham. You will be responsible for collecting stock and equipment for the clinic, setting up examination rooms for clinicians, and acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures. As a Healthcare Assistant Dermatology Technician at HealthHarmonie, you will play a vital role in supporting our dermatology services and ensuring a high-quality patient experience across our clinics.
You will be responsible for accurately capturing high-quality images of skin lesions and securely uploading them to our Tele Dermatology platform to support clinical assessment and diagnosis. You will work closely with clinicians and administrative teams, ensuring all patient records and data are handled accurately and efficiently.
In addition, you will enhance the patient journey by delivering a welcoming and professional experience, carrying out GDPR and relevant health and safety checks, and supporting the smooth running of clinic operations.
