An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our multi-disciplinary team within aPsychologically Informed Planned Environment (PIPE)at HMP High Down.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering trauma-informed care in a prison setting and is committed to supporting individuals with complex psychological needs and learning difficulties. You will work closely with service users and staff to create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that fosters personal growth, rehabilitation, and relational security.
You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team where reflective practice, relational working, and psychological safety are central to our approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and innovative environment, while developing your clinical and leadership skills.
Main duties of the job
Work as an independent OT practitioner with men presenting with complex & challenging needs who reside on thePsychologicallyInformedPlannedEnvironment units, engaging in the PIPE Outreach service & those where referral to OPD services may be considered.
Working within the MDT to provide a comprehensive service to men with learning disabilities and personality disorder resident on the PIPE unit& to contribute to ensuring the PIPE is a successful environment. Working as part of a team supporting men on normal location in High Down, through the OPD Outreach service.
Lead on the planning & delivery of enrichment activities & a therapeutic social setting & to an Enabling Environment as defined by the Royal College of Psychiatrists. The Progression PIPE is working towards the Enabling Environment award currently, and this role is key in developing the environment to achieve the award.
Work with the wider OPD Pathway to integrate careful selection of assessment tools & interventions with personal recovery principles which will engage individuals in activities & occupation.
Apply a high level of understanding of the impact of mental & physical health conditions; providing training & advice on lifestyle changes & adaptations.
Work with the Clinical Lead to continue to develop & deliver a comprehensive OT Service within a learning disability progression PIPE, including assessment, intervention & evaluation which is underpinned by an evidence base & personal recovery principles.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated qualifiedPsychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our team at CNWL Talking Therapies Service Brent. We are a large, well established service based in a diverse borough of London. Our service provides low and high intensity therapies at Step 2 and Step 3, alongside our Step 3 counselling service. We are passionate about the work we do and care provided to service users, and work by the trust values of compassion, respect, empowerment and partnership. Our team is key in the work we do and service provided to the population of Brent.
We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who are adaptable, enjoy challenges and diversity and demonstrate an enthusiasm for primary care work. We particularly welcome applicants who speak other languages and who have enthusiasm for and experience of working with diversity.
Main duties of the job
You will be working within a stepped care model, providing assessments and delivering evidence based low intensity interventions for people with common mental health problems. Assessments and interventions may be delivered face to face, via digitals platform (Teams) or via the telephone. You would also be expected to deliver psychoeducational workshops and become involved in working within the local community and establishing links with voluntary service organisations to promote the service.
You will receive regular clinical supervision and support from a qualified therapist and work closely with other clinical practitioners within the team. The Brent Talking Therapies service has close links with other IAPT teams in CNWL, as well as, wider links with other mental health teams within Brent. We have a strong tradition of supporting staff development and further progression onto higher training.
About us
The catchment area of the post is the London borough of Brent. The main hub for the service is based at Fairfields House in Kingsbury and there is a satellite hub at Bell House in Willesden Green. You will be required to work across both hubs and in other parts of the borough, e.g. GP surgeries and community settings.
We operate an agile working policy where staff combine remote working and being on-site to deliver face-to-face appointments and other service commitments that require a hub-based presence. The post-holder will work full-time hours and may be required to work at any times between 8am and 8pm on weekdays including an evening clinic as required by the service. Wellbeing is important within our service and we are a collaborative and cohesive team. We are pleased to advertise three vacancies for Assistant Neuropsychologist posts in the Neuropsychology service at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

The two full-time posts are predominantly intended to work within the epilepsy workstream of the service, and the third 0.6wte post is predominantly intended to work within the neuro-oncology and general neuropsychology workstreams. The posts would suit highly motivated individuals interested in neuropsychological assessment of children with neurological conditions.
Applicants should have a first-class degree in Psychology and/or an MSc in Neuropsychology or related subject, good interpersonal skills, and experience of working with children. Prior experience of psychometric/neuropsychological assessment is essential, and experience of working with individuals with brain injury or neurological conditions is desirable. The postholders must have a high level of attention to detail and ability to sustain focus.
The service is involved in clinical research, and data management and research skills will also be valuable.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will also be part of the wider Psychological & Mental Health Services in the Trust. There is regular formal supervision and informal support, including a large assistant psychologist group, and excellent opportunities for professional development within the Trust.

Main duties of the job
This role offers the successful applicant the opportunity to manage a specialist caseload, delivering high-quality psychological assessment and intervention for adults adjusting to life following acquired or traumatic brain injury, as well as a range of neurological conditions. You will work therapeutically with individuals experiencing cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and psychosocial changes, helping to support recovery, adjustment, and quality of life.
The postholder will also provide specialist psychological advice, consultation, and training to colleagues and other professionals within the multidisciplinary team, contributing to integrated and holistic care.
In addition, there will be opportunities to contribute to service evaluation, audit, research, and policy development. The role includes offering appropriate clinical and/or research supervision, supporting the development of peers and less experienced psychologists, and actively promoting psychologically informed practice across the service.
You will join a friendly, supportive, and dynamic team of psychological professionals, working closely with Consultant Clinical Psychologists and fellow Psychologist colleagues. Job summary

The main department at UHW provides a general radiography service to A+E, the Children's Hospital for Wales, outpatient, inpatient and GP patients with rotations into fluoroscopy, theatre and mobile imaging.

UHW offers excellent training and development opportunities for band 5 radiographers and has a wide range of modalities on site; MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Cardiology and Interventional Radiology.

- To work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team, within professional boundaries
- To undertake clinical assessments in hearing function in children of all ages, including those with complex needs, using a wide range of behavioural and electrophysiological test procedures in line with departmental practice and protocols, operating a comprehensiverange of electromedical equipment and analysing and interpreting complex clinical data

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Pathology Department at Airedale General Hospital for a Part Time Phlebotomy position of 18 hours per week.

Working hours will Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 08.15 and 18.00 depending on the needs of the service. We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Trainee PWP) to join our team.
Our dedicated Psychological Well-being Practitioners offer a range of psychological therapies & services to treat and support people in their recovery. TalkPlus is committed to developing staff to reach their full potential.

Main duties of the job
This is a training role within the NHS talking therapies service. The post-holder will work within the talking therapies service providing high volume, low intensity interventions whilst undertaking a programme of training for this role. The training post will equip the postholder to provide a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions to clients with anxiety and depression. The post-holder will attend all taught and self-study days required by The University as specified within the National Low Intensity curriculum and work in the service for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.
The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.
This is a training role within the NHS talking therapies programme and the trainee will take an active role in the service.

NHUC is a not-for-profit Community Benefit Society, working in partnership with the NHS. NHUC provides services through two divisions, Same Day Care (SDC) and TalkPlus.
SDC provides services through the Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) contract which covers the in Hours Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) and Out of Hours (OOH) provision for North Hampshire, North East Hampshire and Farnham & Surrey Heath places which are part of the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight ICB and Surrey & Sussex ICB respectively. We also provide an Urgent Treatment Centre at the front door of Frimley Park Hospital whilst also holding some smaller contacts supporting Community Hospitals OOH and Flu response. Finally, SDC has a virtual care arm supporting patients at home.
TalkPlus provide NHS Talking Therapies, supporting people with common mental health problems in Northeast Hampshire and Farnham place. TalkPlus offers a range of treatments to people who are experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, panic, phobias or OCD. TalkPlus has care pathways to provide timely treatment for perinatal and military veteran referrals.

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist Sonographer to join our established Head and Neck Ultrasound Service at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will independently perform, interpret and report specialist Head and Neck ultrasound examinations and undertake ultrasound-guided Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) procedures within a high-volume one-stop diagnostic service. Working as an autonomous practitioner, the post holder will support rapid cancer diagnosis, multidisciplinary decision-making, service development, clinical governance and workforce development.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sonographer with substantial expertise in Head and Neck ultrasound, advanced clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centred care within complex cancer and diagnostic pathways.
The role works closely with ENT Consultants, Radiologists, Pathologists, Clinical Nurse Specialists and wider multidisciplinary teams to provide expert diagnostic services supporting ENT, Maxillofacial and Head & Neck Cancer pathways.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.
Main duties of the job
- Independently perform and report specialist Head and Neck ultrasound examinations.
- Undertake ultrasound-guided Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) procedures.
- Assess and manage complex Head and Neck diagnostic pathways.
- Support rapid access and one-stop neck lump and cancer diagnostic services.
- Review relevant imaging and clinical information to inform patient management.
- Work collaboratively with ENT, Radiology, Pathology and Oncology multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide expert clinical advice to colleagues and contribute to MDT discussions.

Job description Job responsibilities The Clinical Specialist Sonographer (Head & Neck) will be an autonomous practitioner responsible for delivering a high-quality specialist ultrasound and ultrasound-guided intervention service, supporting both routine and urgent cancer pathways.The post holder will independently perform, interpret and report complex Head and Neck ultrasound examinations, providing expert clinical assessment and contributing directly to patient diagnosis and management. The role includes undertaking ultrasound-guided Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) procedures within established governance frameworks and supporting one-stop diagnostic clinics.Working within a multidisciplinary environment, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with ENT Consultants, Radiologists, Pathologists, Oncologists, Clinical Nurse Specialists and allied healthcare professionals to ensure timely investigation and management of patients with suspected Head and Neck pathology.Key responsibilities include: Independently perform and report advanced Head and Neck ultrasound examinations.
