Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Senor Mental Health Nurse to join our multi disciplinary team.
The Crisis Response Team provide interventions to young people at the point of mental health crisis.
The team provide a 24/7 service which allows for flexibility from a 9-5 working pattern as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, the post holder will provide high standards of evidence based client centred care to children and young people with mental health [CYPMH] problems within the THRIVE Framework for service delivery.
The post holder will be expected to provide interventions, advice, consultation and supervision to both colleagues and colleagues within external partner agencies in line with THRIVE and clinical competency.
As the post is identified within the CYPMH strategy, it is expected the role will continue to develop in line with national and local initiatives.

The post holder will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values service users' and their carers.

Job responsibilities
To hold a caseload of both specialist and generic work dependant on clinical competence and experience.
To undertake assessments, treatment and consultation work based upon a conceptual framework and employing research based evidence.
To provide direct therapeutic interventions in line with the grading of the post, including assessments, formulation and therapeutic input into children, young people and families referred into the service.

To be responsible for the screening of referrals to children and Young Peoples services.
To participate directly in the teams duty rotas.
To exercise responsibility and autonomy, within supervisory, managerial and accountability structures, for the assessment, treatment and discharge of clients
To deliver care co-ordination, ensuring effective assessment, care planning and risk management processes are maintained. Involve the views of children, their families, referring agents and other professionals involved in the network of care including organising multi-agency meetings.
To produce a clinical formulation and intervention plan founded on evidence based practice in co-operation with the child young person and carers
To hold responsibility for standards of clinical practice within area of specialist knowledge
To work jointly and collaboratively with other team members in order to enhance and develop the provision of services to young people and their families.
To have an effective knowledge base of other modalities so as to engage and work effectively with colleagues in other disciplines.
To provide consultation, advice and guidance to junior colleague. To promote effective multi-agency work.
To contribute theoretical knowledge to the process of managing risk within the multi-agency network
Undertake risk management for all children including the protective and risk factors present in the network of significant relationships.
Identify and respond appropriately to child protection issues, as described with the guidelines of Local Safeguarding Childrens Board and Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust safeguarding policies
Maintain clear and comprehensive electronic clinical records, to ensure information is accurate and complies with Data Protection Act and professional body and Trust standards.
To engage with using routine outcome measures as clinically appropriate including their use in clinical practice and inputting data into clinical records.
To work collaboratively with children, young people and their families and contribute to the trusts service user participation agenda.
COMMUNICATIONTo communicate in a skilled and sensitive manner information concerning the assessment, formulation and treatment plans of clients and to monitor and evaluate progress during the course of both multi and uni disciplinary care.
To effectively communicate professional opinions, verbally and in writing to other relevant professionals.
Attend Child Protection Case conferences as a representative from children and young peoples mental health services.
Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive or contentious information to children, young people and families and to other professionals with in young peoples services.
Communicate effectively with children, young people and their carers, when in crisis and in challenging family situations
Organise and facilitate multi-agency meetings and reviewsElicit highly sensitive information using engagement/ communication skills which are appropriate to the young persons stage of developmentWork, as part of an integrated multi professional team, ensuring good communication and working relationships with other professionals
Provide written reports detailing the progress of the mental health intervention.
TEACHING, TRAINING AND SUPERVISION.Participate in regular supervision, engage in reflective practice and committed to continued development.

To provide specific training and /or presentations to other agencies, statutory and voluntary, and promote and deliver specialist training programmes

Job summary
The post holder works under indirect supervision of the local anticoagulation lead and is supported by the whole of the clinical and non-clinical anticoagulation team to meet the needs of patients enrolled within the IntraHealth Anticoagulation service
The post holder will:
Provide efficient and safe near patient testing for the anticoagulation service by measuring INRs with point of care equipment
Ensure maintenance of anticoagulation kit and equipment
Be a physical point of contact for patients using the service who will either visit a primary care venue or be visited in their own home
Support and work collaboratively with the AMS clinicians (nurses, pharmacy technicians and pharmacists) and admin team by ensuring all documentation is up to date after each patient encounter. AMS clinicians will use the data generated by the AMS HCA point of care INR testing to provide the other clinical aspects of the service including:
Support to patients, relatives, and other health care professionals involved in the patients care.
Therapeutic adjustments and titration of oral anticoagulants within the Anticoagulant Protocol to ensure patients are kept within their target INR limits.

Occupational Therapist - Home Pathway
Band 6 - £45,953 - £54,254 inc HCAS per annum

The post holders will promote independence utilising rehabilitation and enablement interventions, working collaboratively with a vast range of key health and social care teams and services within the community, as well as voluntary and public sector providers, to ensure the successful delivery of the Home Pathway Service in Bromley.
Your role will encompass completing complex assessment and treatment plans, developing and leading education and treatment, and occupational therapy service development. The post will primarily involve working with elderly patients and their families with a focus on goal-orientated treatment planning within their home.
Band 5 Occupational Therapist with previous rehab and rotational experience are welcome to apply as this will be a supported position.
This is a static community rehab post however; there is a possibility this will become a rotational post in the future. It is expected that the job holder will work across and support all community based and in-patient therapy services, as operationally required.

This role is crucial in supporting the Registered Nurses on an evening to enable patients to remain at home and avoid hospital admission.
Main duties of the job
You will support the Registered Nurse, responding to intervention call outs between the hours of 5pm and 10pm.
You may also work alongside a colleague and visit patients to deliver planned care.
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year.
Your hours of work will be 17.00pm - 22.00pm.
The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care.
The contract is for a minimum of 10 hours (2 evenings) up to a maximum of 27.5 hours (6 evenings one week and 5 hours the next week each fortnight).

This is an exciting opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in medicines procurement while contributing to the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services across one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country.
As a Pharmacy Technician within the Procurement Team, you will play a key role in supporting the timely and cost-effective supply of medicines across MFT's four hospital sites. Working collaboratively with Pharmacy Technicians, Assistant Technical Officers, Pharmacists, and wider multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure that patients receive the medicines they need, when they need them. Key duties include:
- Undertaking daily medicines ordering activities for North Manchester General Hospital.
- Conducting risk assessments for unlicensed medicines to support the safe and timely procurement of medicines for patient care.

- Assisting with the management and coordination of medicines recalls and drug alerts.

An exciting position has arisen within our Lichfield Mental Health Support Team. We are looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Education Mental Health Practitioner.
Youwill continue to build on the fantastic work carried out within your allocated schools. The role is varied & no two days are the same, you may be setting up and delivering group work & assemblies one day to delivering assessment & interventions the next, as well assupportingschools to develop their whole school approaches to mental health & wellbeing.
You will be skilled & experienced in conducting mental health assessments of children and young people (CYP) presenting with common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and low mood. You will conduct risk assessments & identify the right level of support for CYP you come into contact with.
Alongside the clinical aspect of your role, you will play an integral part in supporting schools with their whole school approaches. There is scope for creativity and opportunities to work alongside CYP & parents/carers to drive the whole school approach agenda.
This is an opportunity to be involved in an established team within the wider CAMHS structure, as a joint initiative between health & education. You will work across the Staffordshire locality as well as supporting other MHSTs across South Staffordshire. You will work deliver parent, staff well-being, 1:1 & group work sessions.
Main duties of the job
MPFT will offer a welcome bonus of 5% of first year salary- at 50% on commencement of employment and 50% following 12 months employment.
- Assess and deliver outcome focused, evidence-based interventions in educational settings for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working at all times in collaboration with and giving respect to the education function of the setting in which the post-holder is deployed.

This is an integrated clinical and care and support service that provides short term reablement intervention to enable people to maximise their independence and meet their health and social care needs within Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).

The Home First covers South Staffordshire, Burntwood, Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton, Uttoxeter and surrounding areas, providing clinical support for patients in the community to either avoid potential hospital admissions or to support people returning home through the Discharge to Access Pathway 1 following a period of acute care.
The role will require working 5 days over 7 including Bank Holidays.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of the Allied Health Professions (AHP) service providing Occupational Therapy and will work in a variety of settings.
This is a dynamic post that requires the post holder to work closely with uni/multi-disciplinary teams/agencies in addressing a range of care/support issues across the spectrum of conditions, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and improving the health and wellbeing of the population served. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Therapy Practitioner to join the Home First in the North of Staffordshire. Main duties of the job
The role involves managing a caseload of adults in close liaison with the Home First Team. Many of these patients will have multiple complex health needs. Within scope of practice this role provides the opportunity for you to undertake independent, holistic assessments with service users in their normal place of residence using manual assessment techniques, analytical and clinical reasoning skills.
TheAssistant Practitioner role supports the work of a range of different professions ensuring that the individuals' physical, psychological, and emotional needs and preferences are met.
- To carry out and progress rehabilitation programmes set by qualified therapists
- To complete secondary assessments following hospital discharge, including triage, subjective and objective assessments for appropriate patients. Within the scope of practice and competency for the role, responsible for identifying clinical need for input from MDT. To set and review SMART goals for individual patients.
- To discharge appropriate patients from the service, following appropriate pathways, completing appropriate onward referrals, completing timely discharge summaries and to signpost to community and voluntary groups.

We are offering a rare opportunity to join our well-established Lighthouse MMHS in Shropshire Telford and Wrekin. We are a Psychology led, values driven team, providing a service for families (including partners) who have experienced birth trauma, pregnancy/neonatal loss, or moderate to severe distress related to fear of pregnancy/childbirth. The team hold a significant amount of expertise, with our clinical lead and several clinicians having also been involved in delivery of the Maternity Review Psychology Service for families who were part of the Ockenden Review.
We are looking for a compassionate, family focused Psychologist with a keen interest in maternal mental health, to work collaboratively with colleagues in providing a service to families experiencing moderate to severe distress related to birth trauma, loss, or fear of pregnancy/childbirth.
The post holder will work closely with specialist midwives, consultants and other mental health services, to offer a holistic service for families
Main duties of the job
- Provision of a Psychology service within the Lighthouse Maternal Mental Health Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, including complex mental health needs. This is to involve providing specialist psychological assessments, leading to psychological formulations of distress; interpretation & opinion; and forming judgements to inform service provision & providing necessary psychological interventions.
- The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the service's policies and procedures. In so doing, they will be responsible for adhering to relevant Trust policies and professional ethics & standards. The post holder will be accountable for both professional & clinical actions.
- As a senior clinician, the post holder will develop a field of expertise that is a basis for providing advice to the service within which they work and will contribute to service and project development across the wider Trust area. This to include leading or contributing to training, supervision and governance aspects of the specific models of service delivery.
- The post holder will supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy provided by more junior Psychologists within Lighthouse and provide peer supervisory support to colleagues as appropriate.

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 MRI Radiographer based at West Berkshire Community Hospital (WBCH) in Newbury, part of the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. WBCH is a Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) and forms part of our growing cross-site MRI service.
Due to the expansion of our MRI service, we have vacancies for enthusiastic Band 6 Diagnostic Radiographers with demonstrable post-registration MRI experience. An opportunity has arisen for a Hospitality Assistant to work at Isebrook Hospital, Wellingborough. Job summary
An exciting opportunity to specialise in the field of Renal and Cochlear Implant Psychology based at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd has arisen due to the departure of the existing post holder. The post holder will be required to undertake clinical work within the Renal (0.3wte) and Cochlear Implant Services (0.1 wte) in (BCUHB Central), working directly and indirectly with patients, families and staff members. Service development, audit and evaluation will be key aspects of the role.
Main duties of the job
Within the Renal Service you will co-lead with another Consultant Clinical Psychologist colleague to develop the Pan BCUHB Renal Clinical Psychologist Service. Within the Cochlear Implant Service you will have sole lead responsibility for developing this service across BCUHB. This service is for young people and adults- age 11+ years. The role will additionally involve being jointly and solely responsible for the governance of the Renal and Cochlear Implant Service across BCUHB, including becoming the professional and line manager for more junior psychologists within these services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

We have an Exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist in West Hertfordshire NHS Trust to join the Inpatient Therapy Department at Watford General Hospital. Job summary
The Community Engagement Implementation Manager will play a key role in leading the delivery and coordination of community engagement activities as part of the Perinatal Equity and Anti-Discrimination Programme (PEADP), a national programme of work commissioned by NHS England to address racism and discrimination in perinatal services, being rolled out in 158 maternity and neonatal sites across England. The programme delivery is being led by the Observatory in partnership with Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua), Inspiring Hope, and White Ribbon Alliance UK.
Reporting to the Head of Implementation, the postholder will lead the delivery of PEADP community listening and engagement activities and contribute to the Observatorys wider community engagement strategy. Working closely with Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) leads, Trust community engagement leads, and community organisations across England, they will deliver activities using anti-racist and trauma-informed approaches. This work will deepen understanding of the experiences and outcomes of minoritised communities in maternity and neonatal services and inform improvements in care led by NHS senior leaders participating in the programme. The postholder will also work closely with the Senior Implementation Programme Manager to ensure operational alignment across the programme.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the planning and delivery of community engagement and listening activities that support the Perinatal equity and Equality Anti-Discrimination Programme (PEADP).
- Build trusted relationships with maternity and neonatal service users, communities, voluntary and community sector organisations, NHS partners and other stakeholders to ensure lived experience informs programme delivery.

Job summary
The Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6) is responsible for delivering high-quality specialist occupational therapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and discharge planning for patients within acute services. Main duties of the job
You will develop your skills in customer services and dispensing to provide medicines to patients safely and efficiently. You will be fully supported by our dedicated educational team and advice will be given if you wish to extend your career further and use this as a step towards gaining a professional qualification as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
Your job will involve providing the right medicines, to the right patient at the right time and maintaining stock so it is available to nursing staff 24 hours a day. Our semi-automated department uses robots, computers and use of digitally secured medicines storage cabinets. There is a significant amount of heavy lifting involved in the role. Manual handling equipment and full training will be provided in use of all systems, equipment and processes.
You will be required to provide operational services (dispensing/distribution/stores/porterage) at both Eastbourne District General Hospital and Conquest Hospital on an as required basis but will be appointed a base site at Eastbourne for which you'll spend most of your time.
