Job summary
We are looking to recruit Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse with a passion for working with people with mental health condition.
This is a well established, high performing team delivering compassionate care in the community to adults who suffer from mental health problem. You will be working in a team that is diverse in background, highly motivated, friendly, agile, flexible and responsive.
The post-holder will provide effective and timely care within a multidisciplinary team setting for working age adults who present with functional mental health problems who are residing in the London Borough of Enfield.
The post holder will carry a defined caseload and will work closely with other members of the team, including Psychologists, Medical professionals, Social Workers, Nurses other Health & Allied professionals to ensure that the best quality of care is provided.
This work will be underpinned by a bio psychosocial model of care and the post holder will ensure that best practice psycho-social interventions are offered wherever possible within their skill set.
Main duties of the job
- To work as a Care-coordinator within the team in the planning, delivery, co-ordination and evaluation of assessments and formulation
- To work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team including Psychologists Medical professionals and other Allied Professionals to provide optimal
- To carry out complex person-centred assessments.
- To ensure that all care offered is evidence based and all interventions take into account specific physical, cultural, psychological and spiritual needs of service users.
- To assess care needs, devise care programmes, packages of care including Risk assessment, Dialog+ and implement and evaluate these in collaboration with individual service users and their carers.
- To support and mentor less experienced staff, support workers and students from related professional backgrounds who are on placement within the team.
- To undertake duties designed to extend clinical and managerial expertise as delegated by the Team Manager when required.
- To undertake comprehensive outcome monitoring of all referrals.

Redbridge Mental Health Support Team (MHST) are hoping to recruit a Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about early intervention for CYP MH.
What is an MHST?
MHSTs are a national initiative in response to the Governments plans to transform children and young peoples mental health provision.
MHSTs have three core functions:
- Delivering evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild-moderate mental health difficulties
- Supporting the senior mental health lead in the delivery of their whole school/college approach
- Giving timely advice to school and college staff and signposting to external specialist services
Redbridge MHST:
In Redbridge we believe that we are an innovative service that responds directly to our local needs. Established in 2021, our MHST sits alongside well-established outreach teams such as our Specialist Teaching Service, Educational Psychology Service, who are committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people and Redbridge Educational Well-Being Team (REWT) a creative and well-regarded team providing universal whole school support to our schools. Our MHST offers a consultation model of service delivery which values a systemic and relational approach.
Main duties of the job
This is a fantastic opportunity for an applicant who is passionate about supporting early intervention around children and young peoples mental health. We are seeking applicants from Educational/Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers and Systemic Family Therapists and are open to shaping the role depending on professional expertise. The main duties of the role involve:
- delivering evidence-based intervention directly to children, young people and their families, both individually and in groups.
- supervising Education Mental Health Practitioners who deliver low-intensity CBT based guided self-help interventions to children, young people and their families. This includes group supervision and individual case management supervision.
- providing whole school mental health support to school staff and the wider community. This may include a range of work from training and projects to parent/carer support and borough wide campaigns.
We welcome applicants who hold a post graduate diploma in Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Supervision, and can offer the opportunity to undertake this funded training for applicants who have not yet completed this.

The Supervisor will support the development of the MHST initiative within Redbridge, under the direction of the team manager.

Main duties of the job
The duties of the Specialty Doctor in ED will be predominantly clinical. However, there will be involvement in the teaching and support of junior staff. The post holder will be supported in their professional development, will gain excellent clinical experience, and would be especially but not exclusively of interest to anyone considering undertaking Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR). If required further experience in the allied specialties such as Paediatrics, Critical Care, Acute Medicine etc. can be arranged.

Additional sessions can be arranged at mutual convenience and scope exists for flexible working and individualised job planning subject to service needs. There will be a requirement to work a variety of shifts on the rota which compromise of day, afternoon, evening, twilight and night shifts.

Study leave of up to 10 days per year for specialty doctors will be provided and funded, and the hospital holds APLS, ALS and ATLS training courses. Specialty doctors must also maintain a record of CPD activities and support will be available to help with annual appraisal and revalidation requirements.

As our services continue to evolve, with new and innovative pathways being introduced across Hepatology and Liver services, we are seeking a motivated and organised individual to play a key role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

As a key point of contact for patients, families, clinicians and colleagues, the post holder will provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive patient experience by supporting all administrative aspects of care.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will act as the main point of contact for all administrative matters relating to patients' pathways of care. We are looking for an experienced and motivated static B6 Physiotherapist to join our supportive, dynamic Crisis Response Team in Trafford.
The Crisis Team is part of South Manchester Community Response Service which also includes Discharge to Assess and Community IV team. This is an exciting time to be part of our integrated multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team providing specialist rapid assessment and interventions to our local population. Our progressive working environment manages crisis on a daily basis, providing a 7-day, extended hours, urgent and timely response to referrals from community and acute colleagues, and directly from the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS). As a member of the Crisis Response Team you will work closely with highly trained advanced clinical practitioners as well as the wider MDT, supporting service users to be treated in the community.
Rapid assessment and community intervention from Crisis Response helps to support adults for up to 48 hours with health or social care needs at home, and preventing unnecessary A&E attendances. Your clinical skillset will contribute to people being able to remain safely and supported in their own homes.

Here in Bradford CAMHS we are looking to appoint a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner. There will be an opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with young people and their support systems, whilst assessing risk and mental health needs. Main duties of the job
The UEC Programme Director will provide strategic leadership for the Trust's Urgent and Emergency Care Recovery Programme, ensuring delivery of recovery objectives through effective programme management, organisational influence and system-wide collaboration.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the postholder will lead the Trust-wide UEC Recovery Programme, overseeing seven interconnected workstreams covering front-door standards, patient flow, ward processes, discharge, intermediate care, admission avoidance, Emergency Department performance and demand reduction.
Working closely with Executive Directors, Divisional Leadership Teams and system partners, the postholder will provide visible leadership across organisational boundaries, bringing together operational, clinical and transformation teams to deliver measurable improvements in patient safety, patient experience, access standards, flow, productivity and financial sustainability.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ipswich hospital, ESNEFT to join the Maternity Infant Feeding Team as a Band 3 Support Worker provide infant feeding advice and support to families with newborn babies, to help them get their feeding journey off to the best start and continuing to provide ongoing support in the early postnatal period.
This is a full-time position, but job share will be considered for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Infant Feeding Lead in planning, implementation and maintenance of UNICEF baby Friendly Initiative (BFI) standards.
The post holder will have working knowledge of clinical and public health guidelines relevant to local and national breastfeeding agendas.
To meet the needs of the Trust with regard to Induction, mandatory and statutory training
To meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Midwife.
To ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines

HR Officer - Neighbourhood Mental Health Team
One post will be dedicated to supporting our Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, acting as the team's designated HR Officer. In this role you will oversee the delivery of effective recruitment service across the Division, supporting managers and applicants throughout the recruitment & onboarding journey. You will ensure recruitment processes are completed accurately, safely, and within agreed timescales, while providing a professional and responsive service.
HR Officer - Trust-Wide Recruitment Support
The second post will support recruitment across a diverse range of Trust services. This role offers the opportunity to build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders while gaining a broad understanding of how recruitment supports service delivery across the organisation. We are seeking someone who is confident in providing advice and guidance, willing to constructively challenge inefficient practices, and committed to continuous improvement. Alongside core recruitment responsibilities, the successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute to recruitment and workforce projects, providing valuable exposure to wider HR initiatives and organisational priorities.
