We are seeking a dynamic Learning Lead to provide expertise in the design, delivery and evaluation of leadership, management and colleague development across Provide Community.
You will lead the Provide Community Corporate Induction and champion development for all colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and digital learning solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll ensure learning initiatives align with organisational values and strategy, driving colleague growth and capability.
This role sits within the Talent and Learning team and requires the post holder to demonstrate creativity, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to make Provide Community a leading organisation where colleagues deliver outstanding experiences for patients and service users.
Main duties of the job
Main duties of the Learning Lead role are:
- Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of leadership, management and colleague development programmes, ensuring they are aligned to Provide's values and priorities
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative management and leadership opportunities that strengthen the capability of Provide's management population, equipping managers and leaders to meet both current and future organisational challenges
- Lead on the delivery of Provide's Corporate Induction to ensure it is best in class and provides a positive and engaging experience to all new colleagues
- Oversee mandatory training compliance at organisational level to ensure colleagues and managers complete the required training
- Ensure the annual personal development reviews (PDR) and personal development plans (PDP) are in place for all colleagues and evidenced in the learning management system
- Identify opportunities to modernise learning delivery and improve colleague experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pharmacist to join the Unscheduled Care Pharmacy Team within the Emergency Quadrant at Glan Clwyd Hospital on a Band 8a maternity cover basis.
This post will play a key role in the development and delivery of a high-quality clinical pharmacy service across Unscheduled Care, including the Emergency Department (ED), Acute Medical Unit (AMU), Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) and Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC).
The successful post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior pharmacy colleagues, contributing to service development, education, leadership and quality improvement within a fast-paced clinical environment. This role offers excellent opportunities to further develop advanced clinical practice, leadership and service improvement skills.
Main duties of the job
- Provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service across Unscheduled Care areas, including ED, AMU, SAU and SDEC.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, effective and timely use of medicines within unscheduled care pathways, improving patient flow and supporting early discharge where appropriate.
- Contribute to clinical decision-making, including medication reconciliation, complex medicines management, prescribing advice and discharge planning.
- Support and lead the education, training and professional development of junior pharmacy staff and members of the wider clinical team.
- Participate in leadership, service development, audit, quality improvement and research activities within the Unscheduled Care pharmacy service.
- Work collaboratively with digital and informatics teams to support the development and use of integrated electronic systems, improving medicines safety, patient flow and continuity of care across primary and secondary care.

Main duties of the job

You are required to have experiencewith extensivewound care management and a broad scope of podiatry practice. The goal of the service is to enable patients to make informed choices about how to manage their condition, so that they can stay as well as possible for as long as possible, and reduce their risk of diabetes-related complications. Patients are empowered to self-manage wherever possible.
This a full-time post, but applicants who are looking for part time hours or job shares will be considered.
The post will involve some travelling throughout Powys.

The team works collaboratively with internal and external partners to support the needs of individuals in an acute mental health crisis and offer support to their family /carers to support to prevent hospital admission. Job summary
You will work as part of an existing team of podiatrists in Powys and will have a specialist interest in the management of the high-risk patient and wound care. You will be given opportunities in the longer term to develop their own specialist knowledge, skills and competence. The successful candidate will be supported to gain an independent prescribing qualification if they do not already have one.
You should have proven specialist clinical skills and be keen to take an active part in contributing to ongoing development of our service. You will need to have excellent communication, motivationaland organisational skills, a flexible approach to workto deliver a high standard of care
You will be based in Welshpool or Newtown and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the wound care service providing specialist podiatry services to patients with diabetic foot complications in a busy clinical environment. You will undertake advanced wound care and casting techniques. You will be responsible for the clinical supervision of junior team members, students, and other support staff within the team.
The goal of the service is to enable patients to make informed choices about how to manage their condition, so that they can stay as well as possible for as long as possible, and reduce their risk of diabetes-related complications. Patients are empowered to self-manage wherever possible.
Main duties of the job
There has been considerable investment in PTHB AHP Leadership Team who are forward thinking and innovative embracing current strategy, and this filters down to all staff. Recent developments, to support evolving health care needs resulting from the remote locality of Powys and Covid 19 pandemic, have included rollout of digital records and video consultations so the location of this post is not fixed.
This a full-time post, but applicants who are looking for part time hours or job shares will be considered.
The post will involve some travelling throughout Powys.

While palliative care experience is desirable, it is not essential to join our Hospice team as a Registered Nurse. We welcome newly graduated nurses and nurses with experience in other fields interested in a career change.

The successful candidates will join an experienced and diverse team of analysts who support UCLH's Epic EHR and our wider digital partnerships. Our current opportunity is in the outpatient team which supports the following modules; Ambulatory (incl. Beacon), MyChart, Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, EpicCare Link, Cheers.

Our team also supports the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) and will play an important role in future Epic Connect partnerships.
Main duties of the job
The post holder leads the design, configuration, build and testing of their application module, ensuring delivery against governance, quality standards and project plans. Working with clinicians, operational managers and subject matter experts, they analyse service needs, define best practice workflows and support system optimisation aligned with Trust strategic objectives.
They develop and support analysts, collaborate across integrated EHR teams, and contribute to upgrades, testing and safe deployment of new functionality. The role includes resolving incidents, providing specialist end user support, and maintaining strong relationships with departmental leads to ensure effective, clinically aligned system use.
It is a requirement that candidates hold Epic certification or accreditation, ideally but not necessarily within the applications we are recruiting into. If you do not have certification/ accreditation within the relevant application, you will be required to undertake a period of training to obtain this. You will be fully supported by your manager and team throughout this process.
You should have a good understanding of NHS services, experience in configuring Epic, & have enthusiasm to improve services through digital technology.

GI Surgery is delighted to be offering four General Surgery Resident Doctor positions.
General Surgery SHO posts x3 (without teaching element):
This post provides specific training and experience in General Surgery, experience on the wards, clinics and in theatres. Duties include clerking patients, initiating management plans, and supporting patient flow to ASU or the wards when other team members are in theatre. The post holder will also provide support and leadership to more junior staff on the team. This position offers equal training opportunities for all members of the team and so the post holder can expect to have sufficient training during this post. There will be opportunity to attend theatre sessions, weekly ward rounds and outpatient clinics.
General Surgery SHO post x2 (with teaching element 20-30%):
This fellowship (split between two SHO post-holders) is equally split between educational (20-30%) and clinical duties (70-80%), designed to provide a teaching opportunity within the undergraduate MBBS programme at UCL and a simultaneous clinical training opportunity at UCLH. It will suit an enthusiastic post-foundation year doctor with an interest to develop his/her career in surgery and to enhance their CV to apply for a National Training Number (NTN) or an Academic clinical fellow.
Both positions will participate in the General Surgery on-call rota.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
Clinical Rotations:Engage in core and specialist stroke roles, including hyperacute and acute stroke units, general and specialist stroke clinics, and the 24/7 mechanical thrombectomy service. Participate in pre-hospital video triage and assessment for potential stroke cases in north London.
Patient Care:Deliver comprehensive care at all stages of stroke management, from pre-hospital to post-hospital. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as cardiology, neurosurgery, and haematology for integrated stroke care.
Governance and Quality Improvement:Involve in clinical governance activities like audits, case reviews, and quality improvement projects to enhance stroke care services.
Teaching and Education:Engage in the teaching program, including grand rounds, bedside teaching, and tutorials. Participate in weekly protected teaching sessions related to the stroke curriculum.
Research and Development:Support clinical research at the NIHR-designated hyperacute stroke research center. Contribute to service development initiatives to improve stroke care delivery.
Supervision and Mentorship:Receive supervision and mentoring similar to stroke SHO's with NTNs. Mentor junior doctors and medical students within the stroke service.
Collaboration with Neurology Services:Collaborate with the neurology team at NHNN, gaining experience in specialist neurological clinics and the Neuro-SDEC model.
