Job summary
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, highly motivated, innovative, dedicated and experienced registered Mental Health Nurse to provide clinical leadership to our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team in North Lincolnshire as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.As the Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have responsibility for the promotion and assistance in the maintenance of the highest attainable standards of nursing care provided by the teams through the provision of senior clinical support and advice to the team members, ensuring you are visible to all staff. You will have the lead role of coordinating the team from a clinical perspective across a 24/7 rota, including clinical supervision, group supervision and MDT reviews. You will also work closely with the team, focusing on projects identified by management, ensuring improvement of service provision and practice. As a result, you should have demonstrable experience working as a Band 6 Nurse in an Acute Care Pathway.
Main duties of the job
We know that service users recover quickly at home, and you will be responsible for ensuring that this is done in a safe and specific way as an alternative to hospital admission. With these skills and leadership, you will be integral in ensuring that all patients under the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team will have complex, detailed and meaningful care plans, risk management plans with a view to ensuring that discharge is seamless between us and community teams. You will also be responsible for working with the Crisis House and Inpatient Wards to help facilitate appropriate and timely discharge. This will involve taking the lead with both our inpatient colleagues and community-based services, ensuring that the patient is at the centre of our care.

Skylark Ward is a specialist 11 bedded unit providing inpatient service for female older adults.
The Unit provides assessment and interventions for clients, operates seven days a week and is accessible 24hrs per day.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Recovery Support Worker to join our team at the Skylark Unit, Avondale, Royal Preston Hospital. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, offering the successful candidate the chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to patients. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, resilient, and committed to delivering person-centred care within a busy inpatient environment.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for highly motivated staff who can demonstrate compassion and excellent interpersonal qualities. The successful candidate must be willing to work in fast paced environment, have a positive outlook and ensure that delivering a quality service, which genuinely engages with service users, carers and other stakeholders, is a key priority.
The successful post holder will be expected to be able to work shifts covering 24 hours, seven days a week.

Main duties of the job
Based in the Care Coordination Centre (CCC,) the Team Administrator will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and safe and efficient administrative support to our Health Visiting 0-19 clinical services in our CCC Tri-borough Team.
They will be required to liaise with parents/ carers, healthcare professionals and other colleagues on a frequent basis dealing with a wide range of standard administrative tasks including booking appointments and answering general enquiries via the telephone and email. The Team Administrator will work with their team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLA's.)
The CCC is open 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm, 365 days a year including Bank Holidays. Our Triborough administrators work on a fixed 4-week roster and work shifts that cover 8am-6pm, i.e.: 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm.Please refer to the job description and person specification for more information should you wish to apply. We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our Children's Occupational Therapy team.

Job summary
We are seeking an an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Speech and Language Therapist with relevant experience to join our Neurorehabilitation Service based at Orpington Hospital as part of the South Sites of Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
The post holder will provide Speech and Language Therapy services across this specialist clinical area for 22.5 Hours per week. The post holder will be supported to develop a wide knowledge base and range of skills within adult neuro rehabilitation population. Line management will be provided by the Clinical Lead Speech & Language Therapists within the neuro rehabilitation team.
Main duties of the job
With proven clinical skills in the management of patients with rehabilitation needs, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to teach and develop more junior staff and students. Working in a department which offers a wide range of experience, you will be encouraged and supported to develop your clinical, teaching, and managerial skills as well as contribute towards service development. You will be part of a well-structured CPD program and responsible for wider service level projects with access to relevant MDT in-service training programs.
The Neurorehabilitation Speech and Language Therapy team works closely with SLTs on all King's sites. Led by the Head of Speech & Language Therapy and Band 8A/B Clinical Leads, the service offers an established supervision system, including action learning groups, plus a range of opportunities for learning and participation in both self and service development.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The role of the Ambulance Care Assistant involves the transportation of non-urgent patients to and from health/social care premises and private residences. This is a responsible role which requires a professional and caring attitude, as well as teamwork.
You will work in a team of two, or on your own, undertaking duties in a variety of vehicle types.
You need a full UK manual car driving licence, with one years driving experience.(Please note that a maximum of 3 penalty points will be considered for a minor motoring offence only.)
Your role with EEAST PTS would start with a 3 week paid training course (Monday - Friday). The training involves clinical training to be a 'First Person on Scene' and patient transport driver training.

Due to investment, we have a new role for a band 6 nurse within the Croydon Community stroke rehab team. The post holder will work collaboratively with the other professionals within the well established MDT, enabling people who have had a Stroke to maximise their independence in the Community. Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be responsible for taking bloods for patients having radiotherapy treatments. They will also provide skin and wound care, as well as general care for patients who are in the department for long periods of time. They will work closely with our On Treatment Review Therapeutic Radiographers as well as our Brachytherapy and Gamma Knife Teams.
They will have excellent communication skills to reassure the patients throughout the radiotherapy department and will be able to demonstrate a calm and caring attitude with patients.

Band 3 Senior Booking Clerk
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working staff members to work in our busy Central Booking Service (CBS) within the Children and Families Division.
The main duties for the post holder will be to provide support to the Central Booking Service and Operational Team Leader in order to provide a prompt and professional appointment booking service to parents/carers/service users. The post holders will work as part of the CBS Team to ensure that patient appointments are booked with parents/carers over the telephone and also on the RIO system in line with the Central Booking Service processes.
The post holder will also ensure that there is prompt and accurate inputting of the clinical activity data onto the RIO system.
Main duties of the job
To work within a team in the Central Booking Service (CBS) providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective appointment booking service in order to meet the Trust's patient waiting times targets.
The Central Booking Service (CBS) is often the first contact a parent/carer will have with the Children & Families Division and may be regarded as the 'shop window' for the Community Paediatric, Inclusion Services, Health Visiting Services and Educational Health and Care (EHC). The post holder will be required to provide excellent customer service to all service users ensuring that they are polite and courteous at all times.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of their own workload and will be expected to develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services included within the Central Booking Service (CBS) which will enable them to deal with any service related queries. This is a multi-skilled and multi-tasked role, and therefore the post holder will be expected to rotate with other staff members to cover all areas within the CBS on a regular basis.

Main duties of the job
As Radiotherapy Late Effects Manager, you will provide specialist clinical and operational leadership for the service, combining advanced clinical practice with service development and professional leadership.

To create opportunities for children and teenagers have access to play whilst at the hospital and to foster an environment where play contributes to their overall development, helping to bridge the gap between hospital and home, and creating a positive environment and patient journey. Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
The Band 6 Community Children's Nurse will provide high quality, evidence based care to children and young people with acute, complex and long term health needs in their homes and community settings. The post holder will undertake holistic assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and ensure safe, effective and family centred care.
Managing a delegated caseload, the post holder will work collaboratively with children, families, schools, GPs, hospital teams and partner agencies to coordinate care, support hospital avoidance and facilitate timely discharge from acute services.
The role includes supporting children and young people with complex healthcare needs, life limiting conditions and palliative care requirements, helping families to manage care safely within the community. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of specialist palliative and end of life care, including participation in the out of hours on-call service.
As a senior member of the team, the post holder will provide clinical leadership, support colleagues and students, contribute to service development and quality improvement, and maintain high standards of safeguarding, clinical governance and record keeping. They will also provide education and support to families and carers, promoting independence and improving outcomes for children and young people across Birmingham.
