Neonatal Ward Clerk: Part time (18 hours)
We are seeking a professional, motivated, flexible person to join our team. The successful applicant will be expected to be computer literate, have effective communication skills and maintain strict confidentiality.
The role will require a range of duties, both administrative and reception, to assist the Dr's, Nurses and Support staff within our busy Neonatal Ward, helping maintain the smooth running of the ward.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, and the ability to be calm and patient under pressure. A smart and professional appearance and attitude is essential as the Ward Clerk is often the first point of contact with women and their families, visitors and staff.Please note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship this role is unfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Health and Care Worker/Skilled visa route. This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £25,000 and the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration.

Main duties of the job
Administrative/Clerical
1. Responsible for collection of notes for the clinic, filing all relevant results in patient records, tracking and returning notes.
2. Greeting patients and visitors to the ward
3. Reception duties whereby all relevant paperwork is compiled and notes are attended to.
4. Answer the telephone and take and record messages whilst adhering to the telephone standard applicable throughout the Trust and alert the Nursing staff to any action required.
5. Provide clerical support to the Nurses and Dr's in relation to filing, emailing, faxing and obtaining patient records and results as appropriate.
6. Responsible for the ordering and collection of stationery and ensuring all appropriate documents, Patient Information Leaflets and general items required are well stocked and readily available.
7. Inputting data onto relevant databases
8. Passing on information to the Nursing team
9. Issue client car park permits and direct them to the general office.
10. Assist with the paper results daily by checking for appointments, filing and issuing letters to the patient as instructed by the Nurses
11. Provide holiday and sickness cover for other clerical staff as required.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and innovative mental health serviceinside HMP Buckley Hall.
The service principles are based around social therapy, and we have an extensive offer of social prescribing activities that the successful applicant will help facilitate and develop.

Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our innovative, supportive team in Epping.
The successful candidate will deliver specialist stroke and neurological speech and language therapy as a member of the Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team, providing care to adult patients who have had a recent stroke or are diagnosed with a neurological condition as part of the specialist in-patient service (Beech Ward, St Margarets Hospital) and Early Supported Discharge Team (community). The caseload will include in-patient, domiciliary and clinic based activity, with a focus on stroke rehabilitation.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be based at St Margaret's Hospital, Epping but will be required to provide services across West Essex.
The successful candidate will deliver person centred, goals-focused assessment and intervention to an adult stroke and neurology caseload, both within the inpatient unit and in patients' own homes.
The successful candidate will assist in service development, including supervision of more junior colleagues, supporting students on placement, and delivering education and training programmes to the multidisciplinary team.
There are regular opportunities for continuing professional development both within the team and through meetings and engagement with speech and language therapy teams within EPUT and also at PAH. We have access to regular videofluoroscopy clinics at PAH with the plan to develop a jointly run clinic in the near future.

We have nine teams across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and local communities.
As a Band 4 Nurse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting registered nurses and the wider team to provide person-centred care, carrying out delegated clinical tasks, and helping patients manage their health needs effectively.
Our service operates between 8am and 9pm, with core hours of 8am-5pm. You will work a minimum of one weekend in four and two late shifts (1pm-9pm) over a four-week period.
This role is not applicable for sponsorship and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK.

Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, compassionate care under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Carrying out delegated clinical tasks such as wound care, observations, and supporting medication administration within your scope of practice.

- Contributing to health promotion and service improvement initiatives.

However, such factors contribute towards the dynamism, enthusiasm and up skilling of highly supportive teams. The Acute Inpatient Service collaboratively and compassionately supports individuals in their experience of crisis. LYPFT are invested in reducing the use of restrictive interventions, especially within inpatient services. We provide care for individuals who receive treatment under the Mental Health Act and those who are admitted informally. Teams have enthusiastically worked to embed the Safewards model into everyday culture and practice and are actively working on the implementation of further initiatives to improve the experience of services users.

Job summary
As a Support Service Administrator/Receptionist, you will work as part of a team to provide a welcoming, efficient, and customer-focused administrative and reception service. Acting as one of the first points of contact, communicating with service users, carers, visitors, staff, and external professionals both face-to-face and via telephone and email. Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service by carrying out a range of administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and ensuring information is processed confidentially and in line with Trust policies. Main duties of the job

The post holder will take day to day professional responsibility and be accountable for leading and developing clinical practice and training programmes for theatre staff ensuring safe delivery of quality patient care.
To support theatre staff in achieving demonstrable delivery of safe, cost effective clinical care within a high quality learning environment. The post holder will be responsible for leading clinical practice and training staff new to the Orthopaedic speciality in both Elective and Trauma, and also in the use of any new technologies that are introduced.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the specialist neuro-rehabilitation team at Danesbury Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, supporting adults with acquired neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, progressive neurological disorders.
You will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention for adults with communication and/or dysphagia needs within an inpatient neuro-rehabilitation setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to rehabilitation planning, goal setting and discharge preparation to maximise independence and quality of life.
As part of our wider Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service, you will benefit from close links with colleagues across acute, acute stroke, inpatient rehabilitation and community services, providing excellent opportunities for shared learning and professional development.
We offer regular supervision, access to continuing professional development and opportunities to contribute to service improvement initiatives. This role would suit a Speech and Language Therapist with experience in adult communication and swallowing disorders.

- Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

The post-holders will work closely with the Speech and Language Therapy team and the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team to provide assessment, diagnosis and management of adults with acquired communication and swallowing needs and demonstrating effective clinical practice through continued learning, reflective practice and supervision. The post-holders will also be involved in providing support for more junior members of the team including newly qualified SLTs and SLTAs.

Job summary
We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of the team.
The Sterile Service department at Broomfield hospital is a very busy, efficient and effective service.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Sterile Services Technician who can organise and schedule staff and production and be a part of a team who are methodical and meticulous to detail, to wash, inspect, pack and sterilise surgical instruments, to help us to provide an essential decontamination service to our customers.

Main duties of the job
- To assist the management team with change and contribute to ideas and efficiencies.
- Do you have demonstrable experience within Sterile Services?
- Are you interested in working for the MEHT Sterile Services Team?
- Can you follow standards and procedures?
- You will:
- Plan and prioritise own workload
- Liaise and communicate with staff, management and service users on Production issues both orally and in writing to maintain effective high levels of service delivery.
- Assume responsibility and direction for prioritising work and assisting in Training of staff
- Ensure the documented policies, procedures and established standards for best practice are employed throughout the department
- Identify and report any issues, concerns or failures as appropriate.
The Department is open 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and 8:00am to 4:00pm on a Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. You will be required to work on a rota basis with shifts between the above hours (Monday to Friday), weekends and Bank Holidays shifts.
These hours are subject to change to meet the needs of the Trust.
