Job summary
An interesting and varied vacancy has become available for a 0.80 qualified Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate. The role will be in the Community Mental Health Team function within the wider Older Adult integrated Mental Health services.
The core responsibilities of the post will be to oversee and monitor your own caseload and support senior staff in delivering quality care and treatment programmes to patients with mental health challenges with a focus on supporting with monitoring physical health needs of patients. Supervision will be provided to support you in the role
Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about the role and, its development, and be driven to provide excellent mental health services to the local older adult population.
In addition to core professional skills, the post holder will also be expected to undertake a range of other generic clinical duties to support the team functions and be responsive to the needs of patients, their family and carers

Job summary
The Specialist Medicine Therapy Team at the Royal Derby Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to work within the team. You will work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other Support Workers, providing treatment to a variety of patients across several specialities including Respiratory, Cardiology, Endocrine and Diabetes, Renal, Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
You will be working under the supervision of qualified Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy staff, to undertake a variety of tasks assisting in the treatment of patients, which includes activities of daily living, mobility, and respiratory problems.
There will be a number of non-clinical duties, such as clerical or housekeeping tasks, which aids the efficient running of the department.
We are asking for an excellent communicator, team player, and to have a basic working knowledge of IT programmes.
Recent experience in a hospital or community setting, and moving and handling patients is essential.

Main duties of the job

To be able to communicate effectively with patients to gain informed consent to treatment. Assess patient's understanding of treatment proposals, and have the capacity to work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent to treatment.
Must maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up to date treatment notes, in line with legal and departmental requirements for each patient.

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and supportive teams as a Senior Assistant Physiologist within the Cardio-Respiratory Department at Queen's Hospital Burton (QHB) and the Clinical Measurement Department at Royal Derby Hospital (RDH). This role is ideal for someone with extensive previous experience and a broad depth of practical skill and knowledge of a range of non-invasive Cardiac diagnostics investigations. Building on your training and competencies you will work to help the CRM physiologist team by providing support with home monitoring systems including analysis of implantable loop recorders and administration duties plus assisting with exercise tolerance testing, MUSE and HUTT testing. Services are primarily delivered from QHB & RDH and with additional clinics based at our Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) such as Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital. This role will require support of stores and deliveries during holiday, short staffing and sickness periods. This will involve manual handling of possible heavy goods.
Your shifts will be set within a shift system and there will be a requirement to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on rotation with other team members. Plans for a 24/7 rota in under progress.

To establish and use data and information about the diversity of current patients, service users and workforce as appropriate, to evidence impact, highlight issues, risks and to support decision making in relation to EDI development, such as:
- Capture and analysis of diversity and health inequalities data for existing patients and service users and comparing these against our local population
- Reviewing the data on the demographics and diversity profile of the local population to make comparisons against internal data
- Identifying gaps in available internal diversity data recommendations to improve availability and reliability of data
- Identifying and ensuring key internal EDI performance indicators are produced internally

To work collaboratively and in partnership internally, and externally with other health, social care, and voluntary providers, organisations and community groups, to increase Phyllis Tuckwells reach and support for underrepresented communities in our catchment area.
To establish and use data and information about the diversity of current patients, service users and workforce as appropriate, to evidence impact, highlight issues, risks and to support decision making in relation to EDI development, such as:

About Our Service:The North East Thames Regional Genetics Service is based at Great Ormond Street Hospital and provides specialist genetic and genomic services to a highly diverse population, encompassing a wide range of cultural, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, of approximately 5.5 million people across London and the surrounding region. Main duties of the job

On CUH campus, hot food is available 24/7 and at a reduced cost for colleagues. Recently we launched the first of our staff pod break spaces. Located in the Deakin Centre, we have a purpose-created colleague-only caf, with free tea and coffee, a break space and private outside area for colleagues to rest, refuel and recharge.
