An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our small, friendly front-of-house team based at Lake House, Scarborough which is a child and adolescent community mental health Service.
Previous NHS experience not essential, although may be helpful.
This is a full-time opportunity however consideration will be given to part-time hours too.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focussed Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. Reception duties include greeting service users, carers, staff and visitors and answering queries via telephone and email. The ability to remain calm and communicate clearly is essential as well as promoting a positive culture for young people living with mental health issues and/or neuro diverse conditions.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform admin tasks, update calendars, maintain visitor logs, issue access cards, deal with incoming & outgoing post and calls, photocopying, scanning and ensure that all information in the reception area for staff and public is clearly displayed and updated as appropriate.

Join our specialist Voice, Stammering and Upper Airway Disorders Team within the Community Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service.
We are a small, friendly and motivated team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. We welcome applications from developing Band 5/6 clinicians interested in this specialist area. The role offers a varied outpatient caseload including Dysphonia, Inducible Laryngeal Obstruction, Cough Hypersensitivity Syndrome and Stammering. You will be supported by the Clinical Lead and Clinical Specialist, with training, supervision and opportunities to work alongside experienced colleagues.
Therapy is delivered across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, with regular team meetings and CPD to support learning and service development. Our wider county-wide service has strong links with acute colleagues and a dedicated administration team. With around 30 clinicians from Bands 48a, we prioritise holistic care and support staff to develop their skills and interests.

We are pleased to advertise a full time, Band 5 Maintenance Fitter to work at Salford Royal Hospital which is part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.
You will provide a comprehensive mechanical service to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
Main duties of the job
As a Maintenance Technician (Mechanical), you will have a mechanical or building services engineering background and will be able to carry out maintenance, repairs and installation with minimum supervision throughout estate. You will be expected to complete first fixes of other trades, for which suitable training for shall be provided to ensure an efficient service is provided to our Trust sites. You will also act as the Trust representative in the absence of the Estates Officer/Supervisor when requested to do so as and when the need arises by line management.
You will be working on the full range of estates building services equipment which require comparison of complex facts requiring analysis to resolve technical issues on multi-faceted equipment/situations many of which have a direct impact on patient safety and the built environment. You will be responsible for calibration, maintenance and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment including steam raising plant and associated equipment, steam sterilisers, medical gas systems, nurse call systems, fire detection, building services controls, standby generator plant, heating and ventilation control systems and refrigeration and a range of other mechanical plant and equipment.

Job summary
As a Trust, we deliver community and respite services for children and young people (CYP) across Coventry, Warwickshire and parts of Solihull, alongside a regional tier 4 CYPMH service in Birmingham meeting the needs of the whole child across physical health, learning disabilities and mental health pathways.
The post-holder will be a key member of the Directorate Senior Management Team and one of five Operational Leaders ensuring safe and effective delivery of care to children and young people's Mental Health, Physical Health and Learning Disabilities services.

Main duties of the job
- Provide visible and effective operational leadership across Parkview Inpatient Services and Children's Crisis Pathway

- Lead service transformation and innovation in line with local population needs and national policy.
- Work collaboratively with partners across the Integrated Care System (ICS) and Commissioner Collaboratives, including local authorities, primary care, acute providers and the voluntary sector.
- Ensure robust clinical governance, patient safety, safeguarding and quality assurance frameworks are in place.
- Respond to complaints, concerns and incidents, embedding lessons learned into practice.

We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a full time permanent Band 3 Screening Officer within the District Nursing Contact Centre.
This opportunity has arisen at an exciting time of development for the team and offers an ideal opportunity to contribute towards and be a part of its evolution.
You will provide a comprehensive support service to the District Nursing Team which is an integral part of the Adult Community Services Division with the Integrated Care Directorate.
You will be responsible for the processing of new referrals and discharging patients via the relevant trust systems. You will be responsible for managing the relevant team Microsoft Outlook inboxes and relaying messages to the clinical co-ordinators in a timely manner.
The service runs Monday to Sunday between the hours of 08:00-18:00 and you will work 5 shifts per week between these hours and days.
Main duties of the job
- To provide a customer friendly, responsive service at all times ensuring all contacts are dealt with confidentially and sensitively
- To screen and process District Nursing referrals by booking clinic appointments or arranging home visits, in a timely and effective manner, following the correct escalation policy when required.
- You will need to input patient information and/ or referrals accurately and efficiently into various database systems and be able to demonstrate attention to detail when handling sensitive personal data.
- You will be required to be an effective team player and be able to work on your own initiative, with excellent organisational skills, prioritising your own workload when necessary.
- To use a range of communication skills to develop excellent working relationships with staff in the team and other users of the service.
- Receive and respond to a range of enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- To alert the clinicians promptly to urgent referrals and other patient information and to understand and implement escalation processes should they be required

Main duties of the job
- Undertake a top-up service to wards and departments, ensuring a timely replacement of stock medicines.
- Prioritise all in-coming requisitions and faxed orders according to urgency, obtaining a signed authorisation before the medicines are issued from the pharmacy.
- Assemble ward requisition and top-up orders, endorsing picking note orders and packaging appropriately for delivery. This will include handling heavy boxes of fluids and enteral feeds and replenishment of liquid nitrogen flasks.
- Check for accuracy any orders assembled by other distribution staff.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to help make a real difference to adults in acute care mental health services in North Wales. This senior post is to provide psychological input and oversight in acute care psychology services in the Ablett Unit, Glan Clwyd Hospital.
Core aims will be to provide psychological leadership for the continued development and delivery of a biopsychosocial MDT for acute care, MDT interventions within adult mental health inpatient settings, and to lead the provision of expert advice, consultation, training and supervision in psychological approaches within these settings with the acute care pathway in mind.
The post holder will provide psychological interventions, staff training, support and supervision within the acute care pathway and inpatient adult mental health units.
The post holder will also be required to provide direct expert psychological clinical input to service users and families.
The post holder will receive professional and line management support from within a friendly and growing AMH Clinical Psychology & Psychological Services Department.

Main duties of the job
- To be an active and integrated member of the inpatient multidisciplinary mental health team.

We are seeking a GDC Registered Dental Nurse to join our Maxillofacial Department
The successful candidate will be based within a busy Maxillofacial Service working across two District General Hospital sites. This role requires an adaptable and motivated individual who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced environment.
The post holder will undertake a range of assigned duties involving both direct and indirect patient care, working in accordance with agreed protocols, policies and procedures. Main duties of the job
- Provide high quality dental nurse care across a broad range of specialities.

Job summary
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to help make a real difference to Older Adults in acute Older Adult functional and dementia inpatient care in North Wales.
This senior post is to provide psychological input and oversight in acute care Older Adult psychology services in the in BCUHB East area.
Core aims will be to provide psychological leadership for the continued development and delivery of a biopsychosocial MDT for acute Older Adult functional and dementia care, MDT interventions within older adult dementia care inpatient settings, and to lead the provision of expert advice, consultation, training and supervision in psychological approaches within these settings with the acute care pathway in mind.
The post holder will provide psychological interventions, behavioural and neuropsychological assessment, staff training, support and supervision within the acute dementia care pathway in Wrexham and Flintshire. The post holder will also be required to provide direct expert psychological clinical input to service users and families.
There is the potential for this post to be combined with the concurrently advertised Adult Mental Health Acute Care Principal Clinical Psychologist posts. Please enquire if interested in this.
Main duties of the job
- To be an active and integrated member of the inpatient multidisciplinary mental health team.
- To provide a highly specialised clinical psychology service to clients of the sector, providing specialised psychological assessment and therapy to clients, and consultation to staff.
- To work autonomously in accordance with The British Psychological Society Code of Conduct, Ethical Principles and Guidelines 2004, and Health and Care Professions Council.
- To plan and provide individual, and group interventions, both directly and via the guidance of MDT members.
- To carry a specialist clinical psychology caseload of adult clients who present with complex mental health presentations and in an inpatient setting, including offering specialist neuropsychological assessments, formulation, individual and group interventions.
- To provide effective clinical leadership by demonstrating and promoting excellence in the provision of highly specialist assessment, formulation, evidence-based intervention and offer advice and consultation in complex clinical cases to other health professionals.
- To act as a highly specialist resource to the wider professional community.

The Catering Department at Maelor Hospital provide meals, snacks and beverages to patients, staff and visitors.
The Cook is a key member of the team and has responsibility for carrying a range of duties related to food production and service in a busy kitchen environment.

Main duties of the job
The Cook responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking meals from base and raw ingredients and the regeneration of bought in specialist meals and cook freeze foods.
- Supporting Catering Supervisors in the day-to-day supervision of staff.
- Ensuring a clean safe environment is maintained.
The cook needs good teamwork, leadership, communication and organisational skills. They need to be self-motivated, be able to work unsupervised, have a flexible approach to shift alterations and have a friendly and professional approach.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will utilize their skills and knowledge of Mental Health Services, drawing on recovery based strategies and role modeling hope. They will work within the MDT at the house and play a fundamental role in developing and supporting current practice in the Crisis Prevention House. These posts will have a clinical caseload by working directly with people referred to the Crisis Prevention Houses. In addition, working closely with the clinical team, and Peer worker colleagues.

Post Holder to respond within the hour to crisis referrals from acute hospital teams, community CAMHS teams and other stakeholders who refer into the Service.
To conduct biopsychosocial risk assessment and clinical formulation of the crisis to be able to make a care plan to reduce crisis.
Co-ordinate MDT meetings with CYPS professional network as part od discharge planning meetings for complex cases.
Identify frequent attenders and work collaboratively with community team to formulate a crisis plan to build resilience in CYP.

Utilise the support of clinical team to support in assessment and planning.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to work on a shift pattern, to assess patients across the urgent care pathway, working autonomously and flexibly to manage the day-to-day assessments and/or advising on management of CYP under the age of 18 years and their families presenting to A&E Diversion Hubs based at Chase Farm, A&E and ward admissions to Barnet hospital or North Middlesex University Hospital with self-harm and acute mental health difficulties.

Job summary
The Sheffield Adult Autism Neurodevelopmental Service is based at Lyndhurst Road.(SAANS) which provides assessment ,diagnosis and multi-disciplinary interventions with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder(ASD) (including disorders formerly known as Asperger's Syndrome) and associated neurodevelopmental disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) SAANS also provides a national assessment and diagnostic service as well as follow-up appointments and counselling subject to funding by the clients local Clinical Commissioning Group.
Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a visa which allows you to work in the UK, you are welcome to apply for this role however our policy requires you to have at least 12 months on your visa at commencement of your employment for training and operational reasons. Main duties of the job
The Receptionist role will work as part of a team of administrators to provide an efficient and friendly service to all patients and visitors attending the base. We are looking for an experienced receptionist or administrator to perform all allocated administration tasks required to meet the needs of the service and to contribute to the smooth running of the office by providing effective administrative support for the SAANs Service. The candidate should posses' good organisational skills and be able to ensure the professional image of the department and Trust is maintained at all times. Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
