Job summary
Are you organised, approachable and looking for an administrative role where you can make a positive contribution to patient services?
We have an exciting opportunity for an AACCC Administrator to join our central business administration team, providing essential support across Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Children and Young People's Continuing Care (CYPCC) and Complex Care services.
This is a varied role at the heart of the team. You'll provide day-to-day administrative support to our clinical and business colleagues, respond to enquiries, coordinate meetings, manage correspondence and help maintain accurate information across our systems.
As an important first point of contact for the service, you'll communicate with a wide range of people, including patients and members of the public, NHS colleagues, GPs, community teams, social services and care providers. You'll therefore need a professional, helpful and confident approach to communication.
We're looking for someone with administrative or office experience, good IT skills and the ability to organise and prioritise their workload. You'll enjoy working as part of a team while also being confident using your own initiative.
If you're positive, adaptable and keen to develop your administrative experience within a supportive NHS environment, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
As an AACCC Administrator, you will provide effective day-to-day administrative support to the AACCC service, helping our clinical and business teams deliver individualised commissioned services across Continuing Healthcare, Children and Young People's Continuing Care and Complex Care pathways.
You will act as a first point of contact for the department, responding to telephone, email and other enquiries in a professional and helpful manner, providing information where appropriate or directing enquiries to the relevant colleague.
Your responsibilities will include organising meetings, preparing correspondence, letters, minutes and reports, managing incoming and outgoing post and emails, and supporting wider departmental administrative activities.
You will input, maintain and retrieve information using computerised systems and support the production of reports, ensuring information is accurate, appropriately handled and presented professionally.
You will also support the effective running of the office, including maintaining supplies and helping new starters understand relevant administrative systems and processes.
Working within agreed policies and procedures, you will manage and prioritise your own workload, respond flexibly to changing demands and deadlines, maintain confidentiality and contribute positively as part of the wider AACCC team.

Reference: 321-CSS-7958453-B8a
Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving department of Psychological Medicine in a large University Hospital NHS Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic and able individual to provide clinical input to the renal and transplant unit at the Churchill Hospital Oxford.
The Renal and Transplant Clinical Psychology service supports patients experiencing end stage renal failure, living on dialysis, and moving towards and living with organ transplant. This includes kidney, pancreas and intestinal transplants.
Main duties of the job
Evidence-based psychological treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance-Based therapies (ACT) are integrated within the service, and we welcome anyone with skills across any of these models. You will be supervised and managed by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist within the renal and transplant psychology service. They have a special interest in ACT and other 3rd wave approaches, including Internal Family Systems, and supervision would therefore sit within these models. You will be involved in carrying out individual and joint assessments, and one-to-one psychological therapy. You would also be expected to develop skills in transplant assessments. Psychology is highly valued within the multidisciplinary teamsand there is plenty of opportunity for you to develop your consultation, supervision, and teaching skills. Previous experience of working within a physical healthcare setting is desirable, and if not, we would want to see a strong interest in developing skills in this area. The service also covers 6 satellite units across the region (Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Stoke Mandeville, Banbury, and Great Western Hospital) and hence a car would be preferable.
