We are seeking an enthusiasticClinical or Counselling Psychologistto join our CAMHS Tier 4 Alternative to Admission Day Hospital and Home Treatment service. Our service provides interventions for young people(ages 12-18) presentingwith complex mental health issuesincluding eating disorders, psychosis and mania, OCD and emotion dysregulationrequiring Tier-4 level care, but whobenefitfrom a more flexible,community basedapproach.

Working within an innovative and supportivemultidisciplinaryteamand supported by senior clinicians, you will deliver high-quality psychological assessment,formulationand evidence-based interventions. You will support with risk management and liaise with external agencies whererequired.You will contribute to the team's learning culture through supervision,mentoringand training, while championing diversity, inclusion, and trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practice to improve outcomes for service users and staff.

We arebased at WokinghamHospital but require the need for flexibility to support the delivery of our home treatment pathway.

Main duties of the job

• Assessment andFormulation: Conduct clinical assessments and develop clear and detailed psychological formulation of the service user's presenting difficulties.

Job summary

The Community Dental Service is seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Nurse (Band 4) to join our team on a fixed term basis (12-months). The post holder will provide high-quality clinical and administrative support to dentists delivering care to patients who are unable to access general dental services due to disability, medical complexity or the need for specialist care.

You will assist in a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring the smooth running of clinics, maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control, and delivering safe, patient-centred care always. The role involves supporting patients of all ages, many of whom may require additional reassurance, empathy and communication support.

The post is based at St Marks Hospital (until re-opening of original base location- Langley Health Centre), with regular travel to various clinics and sites across Berkshire, therefore flexibility and the ability to travel are essential.

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 and is ideal for a Dental Nurse who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a community setting. Opportunities for development and training are actively supported within the service.

Main duties of the job

• To provide comprehensive support to clinicians, throughout a wide range of different types of clinical treatments.
• To provide clinical support as described above within a wide range of settings - including fixed sites and clinics, and other environments which include patients' homes, residential care and nursing homes, hospices and hospitals.
• To support all patients as they undergo dental treatment responding to individual patient's needs.

Job summary

Are you an experienced Band 2 or Band 3 Healthcare Assistant looking for a change? Or maybe you are someone who has always felt you would like to care for others but have no experience?

At Wokingham Hospital, we have two wards within our Inpatient Unit, caring for adults of any age with a wide mix of health care needs. We are a 24 hour service 365 days a year, mostly nursing led with support from the medical and therapy teams. The role aims to serve our patients, promote their independence, and support the service and team.

In addition to ensuring you develop the skills needed to deliver a high standard of personal care to the patients on our wards, BHFT is keen to provide access to any additional training. A number of our current HCAs have progressed to achieve qualifications including NVQ, sponsored Nurse Associate Training, and overseas Nursing adaptation programmes. We recognise not all staff wish to pursue these qualifications, so will also provide access to shorter non-academic courses that will enhance the care you deliver on a daily basis too.

The unit is based in Wokingham close to shops and public transport for easy commuting, and Wokingham Community Hospital staff are eligible for 'fringe London weighting' under agenda for change, which equates to an additional 5% of your basic NHS salary, and free staff parking on our Hospital site

• Collaborate for better care: Work closely with the Therapy Team Leads to develop and improve patient care.
• Working pattern: Enjoy standard Monday to Friday hours (currently no weekends or evenings).

The ideal candidate will be a registered Occupational Therapist with an interest in the rehabilitation of older adults, have great organisational skills and enjoy team working.

Main duties of the job

• To provide clinical leadership and specialist advice, through supervision, education of students, Band 5, Occupational Therapy Assistants, support workers and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• To identify service developments, needs, contribute to the planning, development and evaluation of the service, and have responsibility for defined projects.
• To be responsible for a highly complex caseload using an interdisciplinary, patient focused rehabilitative approach.
• To provide highly skilled and specialist assessments of occupational performance, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based client centred intervention maintaining the associated records in compliance with the standards from the College of Occupational Therapy and the Trust.
