Main duties of the job
Provide a high standard of administrative support to the Workforce Team. To work under the direction of the HR Advisor and HR Manager, to assist in the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and effective workforce advisory service.
Working from the Trust's policies and procedures, provide basic advice and guidance to staff and line managers to resolve day to day workforce queries.

- To be the first point of contact in providing basic advice and guidance on day-to-day workforce queries, working within the boundaries of the Trusts Policies and Procedures, signposting when necessary and escalating to a senior colleague when appropriate.

- Copy and issue hearing packs by the required deadlines

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen with Blackpool Talking Therapies. We require flexible and highly motivated individuals to undertake a Trainee High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) role.
The successful candidates will work within the service providing high intensity interventions whilst undertaking a programme of training for this role. The training will include undertaking a Post Graduate Diploma delivered by the University of Cumbria. This training post will equip the post-holder to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interventions to clients with a range of complex problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective.
Candidates should have a recorded/registered qualification at graduate level in nursing, social care, occupational therapy, arts therapy or within a psychological therapy or provide evidence of meeting the Knowledge Skills and Attitude (KSA) requirements of BABCP at interview. The successful candidates will need to be well organised, hardworking and demonstrate the ability to cope with a demanding job and have the ability to meet specified targets in order to deliver a high quality service.

Main duties of the job

The Estates Shift Team is responsible for providing 24-hour on-site emergency cover and a comprehensive electrical and mechanical engineering, and building maintenance service, to the plant and equipment on the Blackpool Victoria Hospital Site. This will involve working with trade groups and contractors' staff to provide a professional, efficient and cost-effective maintenance, repair and installation service, which is responsive to the user's needs and will involve the planning and organising of maintenance activities. Out of normal working hours the Estates Shift Team has sole responsibility for ensuring that all departments essential services are maintained at all times, or an Estates Manager informed. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Integrated Community Stroke and Neurorehabilitation Service in Blackpool, supporting adults with stroke, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions in community settings.
As Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for people with complex communication and swallowing difficulties, alongside professional leadership and support for the SLT workforce. The Technical Services department within Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our Aseptic Service team. You will provide support to the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit by undertaking the manufacture and dispensing of ready to use, patient specific, aseptically prepared injections including cancer chemotherapy. Job summary
The post holder will work as part of the East Sexual Health Services Team in Burnley and its surrounding areas and will assess, plan, and provide sexual health advice, screening, and treatment (including contraception) to patients in a supportive confidential environment, recognising when to refer a problem onto a doctor or Specialist Nurse within the service.
The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating with the support of the Nurse in Charge and Health Care Support Workers within the clinical area.
The Nurse will contribute to the continued development of nursing, including the supervision and support of junior nurses and support staff.
There will be an expectation that the post holder will work across all areas of Sexual Health Services including all outreach clinics as required. Evening and weekends are included in a shift pattern.
Main duties of the job
To provide sexual health advice to patients following a positive sexually transmitted infection (STI) diagnosis, initiate treatments as per Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and implement partner notification measures as per local guidelines.
To have sound knowledge and experience to provide appropriate health advice and results management in line with BASHH guidelines.
To administer vaccinations and immunisations (e.g., Hepatitis A/B and HPV vaccines) in conjunction with clinical protocol and PGDs.

That all patients are provided with appropriate meals and beverages at regular intervals throughout the day.- To ensure the completion of menus are done in an appropriate manner, and cancel meals if no longer required.- To ensure that cleanliness of patient tables are maintained pre and post meals.

The Research midwife is a facilitator and collaborator within a team working on Commercialand NIHR portfolio studies within a number of clinical areas within Midwifery. Main duties of the job

2. The Research midwife is responsible for the planning and implementation of protocols inaccordance with research parameters as set out by the Chief and Principal Investigators.
3. The Research midwife establishes appropriate data collection systems for patient data and monitoring data, in accordance with the research protocol. This includes the creation and maintenance of databases for study progression.

This is a full-time Consultant post in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, created due to expansion of services. The successful candidate will work with the current cohort of Consultant Cardiothoracic Anaesthetists to provide care for patients admitted to the Lancashire Cardiac Centre.

The Consultant team oversees and leads in the daily reviews of the medical take through these areas supporting and encouraging patient care being provided in the right place, first time ensuring national and local targets are recognised and achieved.
The service is staffed by a large team of Consultants, Registrars, junior doctors, ACP's and Physician Associates. The medical on call service is also coordinated through here that is staffed by a mixture of trainees and substantive colleagues. Many students also have their placements in the service making us a busy, fast-paced learning environment.

Maintain the knowledge and skills essential for fulfilling the job plan.
Responsible for the timely review of all medical patients attending the services.
Responsible to facilitate a rapid triage, assessment and discharge for the ambulatory patients and coordinate a clinic appointment if required.
Daily ward rounds and identifying morning discharges ensuring the patient is safely discharged from the department.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Specialty Doctor to join the expanding Urology team at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This post offers the opportunity to work alongside a recently expanded consultant workforce within a purpose-built diagnostic urology unit located in the Trust's modern Surgical Centre. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to a comprehensive range of urological services, including diagnostic urology, endourology, stone disease, continence surgery, open and laparoscopic procedures, and emergency urology. The post holder will play a key role in delivering high-quality elective and emergency urological care, undertaking diagnostic procedures such as cystoscopy, TRUS biopsies and urodynamic studies, while supporting the ongoing development of the department's emergency urology service. Main duties of the job
- Deliver high-quality elective and emergency urological care, working both independently and alongside consultant colleagues in outpatient, diagnostic and surgical settings. [
