Job summary

We are a large, multi-site training practice with 16 GPs, 4 ANPs, 7 PNs, a large pharmacy team, 10 GP Trainees, 3 HCAs and a large, highly performing management team.
Main duties of the job
The Maintenance Assistant and Health Bus Driver will provide a practical, reliable and responsive maintenance, estates and driving service across the Practice
The postholder will assist in ensuring that Practice premises, facilities, fixtures, fittings and equipment are maintained in a safe condition, are fit for purpose and provide an appropriate environment for patients, staff and visitors
A key element of the role will be responsibility for the day-to-day operation, driving, preparation, cleanliness and routine checking of the Practice Health Bus. The postholder will ensure that the vehicle is maintained internally and externally to an excellent standard and that appropriate safety, maintenance, cleaning and operational checks are undertaken and documented.
The postholder will undertake detailed vehicle cleaning and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) activities, monitor consumables and equipment held within the vehicle and ensure that required vehicle documentation, including pre- and post-use checks, is accurately completed.
When not required to undertake Health Bus or other driving duties, the postholder will support the Compliance and Estates Manager with the maintenance and upkeep of Practice premises, facilities, fixtures and fittings.
The postholder will work within their level of competence at all times and will report or escalate work requiring specialist skills or appropriately qualified contractors.

The primary site is Retford, a North Notts market town, by the A1 with other sites at Misterton and Gringley (bordering SE Lincs ans S Yorks) and Harworth (ex mining town off the A1 nr Doncaster).
We are well within the driving distance of Newark, Lincoln, Doncaster, Mansfield, Rotherham and Sheffield.

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist in Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in Elizabeth Quarter. You will be responsible for assessing service users with complex mental health needs, designing and implementing person-centred occupational therapy interventions to support their recovery, and evaluating their progress. You will manage and deliver individual and group-based interventions, including designing and facilitating both face-to-face and online groups, while supporting service users with their occupational and vocational needs. You will also work closely with partnership agencies and community services to ensure effective coordination of care and promote meaningful engagement, independence and recovery within the community.
Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical practice within a defined clinical area or pathway, applying enhanced clinical reasoning and professional expertise. You will be managing and supervising junior staff, support workers and Occupational Therapy Assistants, providing regular guidance and professional development to enhance their skills and practice. You will be supporting the establishment and maintenance of effective links with statutory and voluntary sector organisations to strengthen local service pathways and facilitate safe transitions. You will contribute to the evaluation and development of practice within the specialism, ensuring compliance with national and local policies, guidelines and professional frameworks. You will also be responsible for contributing to audit, clinical effectiveness and research activity, applying findings to improve professional practice. In addition, you will be supporting clinical specialist OTs, operational managers and professional leads with the improvement, development and modernisation of services

Job summary
The Medical Records Department provides comprehensive clerical support to the trust in all aspects of patient records.
This post will be based in general records at DRI.
The post will be 36 hours Monday to Friday core hours 8am-5pm.
We securely store approx. 1.9 million volumes of patients records in 7 libraries on the three trust sites.
The post give the post holder the opportunity to liaise with multiple areas, departments and personnel.
By ensuring patients' casenotes are available, the service we provide plays an crucial part of patient care.
All aspects of the work must be carried out in accordance with Trust policies and procedures in respect of maintaining patient confidentiality whilst upholding the Trusts WE CARE values.
Main duties of the job
Ensuring patients casenotes are available at the point of care.
Pull and file medical records, using Terminal Digit Filing and location based filing systems; record casenote transfers on iFIT.
Responsible for locating, preparing (to a required standard) and delivering of casenotes for outpatient clinics according to departmental guidelines.
Merge and amalgamate casenotes to ensure the correct/relevant volume is available at the point of care.
Liaise with other departments, hospitals, GP Practices and external companies as necessary, particularly in respect of ensuring that data on Trust computer systems is correct.
Responsible for ensuring casenotes are tagged and associated correctly and correcting any errors.
Have involvement towards the culling of casenotes in line with the Retention Policy.

Main duties of the job
In relation to patient and public engagement and experience the post holder's main responsibilities will be to:

The Family Support Worker will work as part of an integrated team here in North Lincolnshire contributing to family health needs assessment. Working with families, children and young people age 0-19 (25 SEND) years. The post holder will work in partnership with the family and other agencies to develop, implement and evaluate packages of care on an individual basis and with groups.
The Family Support Worker will contribute to the wider public health agenda for Children and Young People through individual, group and community programmes of care.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
Main duties of the job

We are recruiting for a Specialist Recovery Practitioner with the North Bristol Assessment and Recovery Team.
We are a welcoming and supportive team based in The Greenway Centre. We cover the Northern area of Bristol localities and support a diverse local population presenting with complex mental health and social care needs.

This post is open to newly qualified social workers. In line with trust policy, all newly qualified social workers will be recruited initially at Band 5 level, regardless of advertised role banding. Main duties of the job
The support workers role in the team would be to work with other members of the MDT to create and deliver care.
The support worker will be using their skills & knowledge to help prevent admission and implement rehabilitation at home away from locked rehabilitation units.

Join our Neighbourhood Rehabilitation Service (NRS) which encompasses the Intermediate Care team & Long-Term Condition Pathway working across Barnsley Community.
The team provides rehabilitation to patients in their own home & residential care settings.
The service provides specialist community therapy assessment & treatment to improve health & independence. In addition, the service offers rehabilitation to enable earlier discharge from hospital or to prevent hospital admission.
The successful applicant will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside Physiotherapists & Occupational therapists across our Neighbourhood Teams.
Following initial assessment by a registered health care professional, you will exercise initiative & judgement in contributing to enabling service users to reach their potential & develop knowledge to promote holistic care. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating the duty rota, distributing shifts & daily visits to support workers within the team.

You will champion best practice, support and develop staff, and provide expert clinical leadership for people with complex needs. Main duties of the job
As a Substance Misuse Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, prioritising patient care to develop individualised packages of care through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
- You will deliver a range of treatment options including clinical and psychosocial interventions in both a group and 1-1 setting with recovery at the centre of our healthcare wellbeing model.
- You will monitor therapeutic responses to medication and potential side effects and liaise with prescribers.
- You will work with individuals, on a 1-1 basis, providing advice and information.
- You will support in group work delivery and liaise with prescribers and Recovery Practitioners on clinical interventions.
- You will occasionally be required to support dispensing.
- You will also encourage patient involvement in regime and therapeutic activities and create a physical and psychological environment conducive to high quality care.

We are excited to recruit an enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our 16-bed Higher Dependency Rehabilitation Unit (HDRU) in Doncaster, providing specialist mental health rehabilitation for adults from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The HDRU supports adults with complex mental health needs who require intensive rehabilitation within a structured, therapeutic environment. Patients typically remain on the unit for up to 12 months, working with the multidisciplinary team to develop the skills and confidence needed to progress to less restrictive settings and successful community living.
Occupational Therapy plays a central role in the rehabilitation pathway, delivering recovery-focused, person-centred interventions through meaningful occupation. Group based interventions are a key part of the role and you will be expected to plan and deliver a varied programme of occupation-focused groups alongside individual interventions. You will independently manage a complex clinical caseload using clinical reasoning to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate interventions that support recovery, independence and community living.

Main duties of the job
- Undertake comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessments using the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and other evidence-based assessment tools.
- Develop, implement and evaluate person-centred 1:1 and group intervention plans that promote recovery, independence and meaningful occupational engagement.
- Assess and manage clinical risk within OT interventions, community activities and rehabilitation opportunities.
- To work in line with service priorities and objectives and promote person-centred approaches and a culture of recovery, enablement and well-being.
- To assist in the supervision of Band 5 OT, OTA and students and contribute to the development of a range of inpatient based therapeutic activities in partnership with service users, carers and staff.
- To develop links with statutory and voluntary sector community resources and ensure that on-going occupational needs are addressed as part of a safe effective discharge and the occupational therapy pathwayprocess.
- The service is quite new and will be in Doncaster, High Dependency Rehabilitation Inpatient Unit. Staff may also be required to work in a variety of other settings dependent on patient needs, e.g. patients' own homes, community settings

The post holder will work in conjunction with secondary and primary care mental health teams (including crisis, Home Treatment teams and inpatient wards) across South Yorkshire (Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield) and work into RDaSH, Sheffield Partnership and SWYT NHS Trusts. They will provide specialist mental health assessments which incorporate deaf culture and communication, and provide specialist interventions that meet the deaf person's needs.
They will also have some responsibility for delivering, developing and supporting the equality and inclusion agenda as part of the Deaf mental health service. They will have a good understanding of deaf culture in relation to mental health and/or BSL skills and/or have worked with deaf service users previously in conjunction with the Clinical Nurse Specialist in Mental Health and Deaf People.
The post holder will provide supervision to the Deaf Peer Project Support Worker.

- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family and group work, for young people with eating disorders and their families.
