This is an exciting opportunity for a GP seeking a positive working environment and a chance to make a genuine difference within our patient population. We are a friendly, two-site training practice based in Thorpe Hesley and Bellows Road, Rawmarsh caring for 5800 patients.
Easily commutable from Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an innovative GP who is a strong team player and who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and someone who can contribute to the ongoing development of our practice and wider multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
This post is for a salaried GP to work 4 to 6 sessions per week.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role to clinically assess and diagnose patients.
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, dynamic, motivated and forward-thinking GP who wants to work within a small, supportive and friendly team.
We want you to have a good work life balance

Our team consists of a highly skilled team of 2 ANP's, 1 LTC nurse specialist, 2 experienced and supportive nurse practitioners and Practice nurses, 2 HCAs/phlebotomists as well as a full complement of care navigators and an incredible administration team and an approachable and forward-thinking Leadership Team.
In addition, we have a variety of ARRS roles to complement our provision which includes Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Physios, Mental Health team, Social Prescribers and Dementia nurse specialists.

Job summary
We are excited to recruit an enthusiastic Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our 16-bed Higher Dependency Rehabilitation Unit (HDRU) in Doncaster, providing specialist mental health rehabilitation for adults from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The HDRU supports adults with complex mental health needs who require intensive rehabilitation within a structured, therapeutic environment. Patients typically remain on the unit for up to 12 months, working with the multidisciplinary team to develop the skills and confidence needed to progress to less restrictive settings and successful community living.
Occupational Therapy plays a central role in the rehabilitation pathway, delivering recovery-focused, person-centred interventions through meaningful occupation. Group-based interventions are a key part of the role, and you will be expected to plan and deliver a varied programme of occupation-focused groups alongside individual interventions.
You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team including Nursing, Psychology, Psychiatry and AHP colleagues, embracing our "One Team" approach to delivering high-quality care.

Main duties of the job
- Undertake comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessments using the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and other evidence-based assessment tools.
- Develop, implement and evaluate person-centred intervention plans that promote recovery, independence and meaningful occupational engagement.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate a structured programme of occupation-based group interventions, using meaningful activities to promote recovery, skill development, social participation and independence.
- Support patients to establish healthy routines, develop life skills and build confidence in preparation for discharge to less restrictive environments.
- To assist in the supervision of support staff and students and contribute to the development of a range of inpatient based therapeutic activities in partnership with service users, carers and staff.
- To develop links with statutory and voluntary sector community resources and ensure that on-going occupational needs are addressed as part of a safe effective discharge and the occupational therapy pathway process.
- The service is new and will be in Doncaster, High Dependency Rehabilitation Inpatient Unit staff may also be required to work in a variety of other settings dependent on patient needs, e.g. patients' own homes, community settings

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners (apprentices) to join the ACP Team within the Division of Urgent and Emergency Care at DBTH.
To be part of our team, successful candidates will be an experienced nurse or allied health professional, have excellent leadership and clinical skills, as well as evidence of continuing professional development, have drive, ambition, passion, a flexible approach and be dedicated to working in a fast paced, challenging but exciting environment in a well-established and supportive MDT.
Successful post holders will undertake the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice masters degree programme (level 7 apprenticeship)) run in conjunction with Sheffield Hallam University and candidates must be committed to completing both the academic, clinical and leadership requirements of the programme. You will be required to fulfil the full apprenticeship and commit to three years of study.
Pay will commence mid-point Band 6; on successful completion of academic modules year 1&2 and completion of core competencies, you will then progress to band 7. Completion of programme expected within 3 years, unless exceptional circumstances

Main duties of the job
The trainee ACP will work within a defined scope of practice and to agreed clinical standards applied within a Trust wide and local setting.

The Trust are seeking one qualified trades person (Joiner) to join the Estates Maintenance Team working at our Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber sites. Main duties of the job
To carry out the repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, systems and building structure/fabric associated with all Trust properties. This will consist of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), testing and calibration, fault finding, emergency response, defect correction and minor works.
You will be employed to work appropriate to your core skills around building and engineering plant and equipment maintenance. You will progressively be trained, where required, to acquire other skills with the intention of reaching levels of multi trade flexibility and competence. You will work closely with the Senior Technicians to improve planned maintenance.

The service will enable people to receive an intensive community rehabilitation service closer to home in their own community. We are transforming with the NHS Long Term Plan (2019) for Mental Health at the heart of our innovations.
The community rehabilitation service will consist of a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency workforce, working collaboratively between Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and North Lincolnshire Council to share skills and specialisms to support individuals and improve their quality of life.
Main duties of the job
MAIN DUTIES
To work within an occupational therapy mental health pathway aimed at supporting people to achieve their recovery goals/ functional stability
To carry out assessments and interventions, utilising the OT process, from initial assessment to discharge planning and evaluation. Develop clinical formulation and apply clinical reasoning.
To undertake risk assessments; document, report and act on identified concerns.
Treat, monitor, develop each individuals OT programme, measure outcomes and discharge appropriately.
To use MOHO as a core framework for practice (including MOHO based standardised assessments and formulations for pre-post therapy outcome measures and patient-centred goal planning)
Educate, guide and supervise patient as individuals or in groups.
Educate carers on the support and management of the patients needs.
Negotiate, agree expectations and set appropriate, realistic and individualised therapy goals in partnership with the patients, carer and colleagues.
Participate in multidisciplinary case review meetings to discuss progress and to plan treatment and safe discharge.
Refer to other agencies as appropriate.
Communicate complex, sensitive, distressing and contentious information effectively and compassionately with patient, carers, and staff in the multi-disciplinary team and other agencies.

The successful applicant will support the Consultant Paediatric team in the delivery of Acute Paediatric Services. Alongside the Acute Services there will be the opportunity to gain clinical exposure in the sub-specialty areas available in the department including Paediatric Cardiology, Respiratory, Diabetes / Endocrinology or Neonatology.

Main duties of the job
The post will mainly involve working in the acute clinical areas including the Childrens Observation Unit (CHOU), Childrens Ward (CHW) and the Neonatal Unit (NNU) at Doncaster Royal Infirmary although there will be some cross site working. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior physiotherapist to join our Mental Health services at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to work at the forefront of specialist mental health physiotherapy, providing expert clinical input and leadership across Phoenix High Dependency Rehabilitation and Rotherham Acute Mental Health Ward. This will be 2.5 days at Phoenix High Dependency Rehab Unit and 1.9 days on the Rotherham Care Group Acute wards at Swollownest court.
This role will be part of a multi-disciplinary team assessing physiotherapy needs and providing clinically effective and efficient interventions on an individual and group basis for people with mental health needs.
Main duties of the job
To provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex physiotherapy problems as an autonomous practitioner for adults with mental health problems.
To manage a defined caseload using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions and record all interventions.
To provide clinical education and training.
To provide physiotherapy clinical input within the HDU Mental Health Team working as a member of the multi-professional team.
To complete home visits and outreach work to enable safe and timely discharge.
To be responsible for providing information to the Clinical Lead Mental Health Physiotherapist and the HDU Team Manager as needed.

To be accountable for a clinical caseload delivering appropriate and effective evidence based care to meet the needs of the individual.
To work collaboratively with patients and their carers to facilitate and promote rehabilitation and recovery helping patients to achieve and maintain their optimum level of mental health functioning and quality of life in the community.

Job summary
To join our services, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Audit Facilitator, who wants to participate and contribute to the Clinical Effectiveness agenda by supporting the development and implementation of Quality Improvement measures within the Trust, this will include providing guidance and assurance, support, advice and training to staff throughout the organisation. An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Audit Facilitator, to join the Clinical Effectiveness Team. Successful applicants will be offered a full induction into the service and Trust. The successful applicant will be a reliable, enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong communication skills with the ability to contribute to quality improvement across the organisation.
Main duties of the job
To carry out the implementation of the Clinical Audit and Quality Improvement Priorities throughout the Trust.
Follow and support the Audit Framework which incorporates Clinical Effectiveness, Patient Safety and Patient Experience.
Contribute to the review and development and implementation of policies and procedures within the Clinical Effectiveness Teams portfolio.
Work with colleagues in the Care Group Teams to identify SMART actions, produce presentations/ reports/ papers as required for Quality meetings and to keep an accurate record of any Action Plans associated with findings from projects.
To attend and participate in the Clinical Effectiveness Team meetings, Care Group Meetings including the Care Group Quality meetings, and any other relevant meetings, as and when required.
Attend any identified local, regional and national events to keep up to date with evidence-based practice, own development and regional and national developments.
Represent the Clinical Effectiveness Team at local, regional and national events as requested, to develop and maintain strong networks with other individuals and organisations.
Support professionals to undertake clinical audit associated with identified quality improvement. Work with colleagues to develop and implement tools and processes that enable a consistent approach.

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our already experience nursing team. Ideally we are looking for between 28 - 37.5 hours per week, and can be flexible for the right person. The role will include cross site working between The New Surgery and Barnburgh Branch.
Experience in Chronic Disease Management in particular Diabetes/COPD/Asthma is essential, holding a Diploma for some or all of the disease areas is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients including immunisations, cytology, wound care and other clinical duties. They should have excellent communication skills. A good knowledge of QOF is desirable. We would also welcome Practice Nurses with Non Medical Prescribing Certificate and Minor Ailments Certificate to apply.
Main duties of the job
You will provide a comprehensive nursing service to the practice population to meet healthcare needs. You will undertake a variety of activities mainly including managing long term condition reviews for Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, CKD, HF, CHD. Also other nursing duties such as cytology, immunisations, and dressings.

New Surgery and Barnburgh Branch has just over 10,000 patients very supportive and friendly practice. Multiple staff members have been with the practice over 30 years. We have a total compliment of over 30 staff over 2 sites including GP's, Nurse Practitioner's, First Contact Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Nurse Associate, HCA, Phlebotomist and Pharmacist.
We work with and are supported by numerous ARRS staff.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Specialist Speech and Language Therapist (Band 7) to join our Mental Health services at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to work at the forefront of specialist mental health speech and language therapy, providing expert clinical input and leadership across the trust. This will initially be 2 days in Phoenix High Dependency Rehab Unit and 3 days in other acute / older peoples mental health wards across the trust. We will work with the post holder to develop a working pattern which means that all of our wards will benefit from speech and language therapy input.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated clinician who is passionate about improving outcomes for people with severe and enduring mental health needs, and who is ready to shape practice, influence services and develop others at an advanced level. Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Specialist / Clinical Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
- Provide advanced specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention for adults with highly complex communication and dysphagia needs within mental health settings.
- Act as the clinical lead for speech and language therapy within the MDT, influencing care planning, risk management, discharge and service delivery.
- Manage the most complex and high-risk cases, using advanced clinical reasoning and high levels of professional autonomy.
- Provide expert advice, consultation, supervision and leadership to SLT colleagues, students, assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit and research, helping shape the future of mental health SLT within the Trust.
- Play a key role in developing communication-enabling environments and promoting parity of esteem for speech and language therapy within mental health services.

We are looking for a motivated salaried GP to join our supportive team, who can ideally work 4-6 sessions across 3 days per week which will include a Friday.
This job would suit a newly qualified CCT'd or experienced GP.
We are a two site practice with 10,000 patients, with good transport links via roads to surrounding areas in South Yorkshire.
Due to our recent merger of two practices [The New Surgery & Barnburgh] there may be a partnership opportunity in future for the right candidate to join our existing team.
Our working day consists of a mixture of 15 minute Face to Face and 10-minute Telephone consultations, as standard - mostly face to face with routine telephone follow-ups and administration time. Following the Modern General Practice, our GP telephone Triage sessions are currently morning and afternoon sessions daily, working along side experienced care navigators.

In this role you will work within a multidisciplinary practice team at both locations to provide general medical services for the needs of our patient population.

Our team consists of GP Principal, 2 salaried GP's, 3 Long term locum GP's, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioner's, 1 duel rolled First Contact Practitioner/Pharmacist, 1 Pharmacist, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse associate, 1 HCA and 1 Phlebotomist.
Our practice is managed by our Practice Manager along with a Receptionist Manager and Office Manager. In addition Clinicians are well supported by 21 admin staff.
We are part of South PCN Doncaster and work very closely, with a full compliment of staff to support our practice. Our ARRS team consists of a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, a Dietician, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioner's, Care Co-ordinators, and a Digital and Transformation Lead. All ARRS staff work on our practice sites to deliver patient care and form part of our practice team.
We are a Research ready practice, veteran friendly accredited and are working towards Pride in Practice accreditation.
The majority of staff have worked at the practice in excess of 20 years which shows the friendly welcoming environment we work in.
