Main duties of the job
As Deputy Outpatients Manager (Operations), you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of our outpatient services, supporting the delivery of safe, efficient and patient-centred care. You will work closely with the Outpatients Service Manager and wider leadership team to oversee multiple operational teams, manage patient pathways, resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement across services.
You will act as the primary escalation point for day-to-day concerns raised by patients, staff, clinicians and external partners, requiring excellent problem-solving, communication, relationship-building and people management skills. The role offers a varied workload including staff management, performance monitoring, incident and complaint management, governance activities, service development projects and the implementation of new ways of working.
Our clinics operate Monday to Saturday, and the post holder will participate in a rotational management cover arrangement on Saturdays, 1 in 3.

JOB SUMMARY

Job summary
The role of the Receptionist/Administrator is to provide reception services and administrative support to staff within the Outpatients Department. The team undertake a wide variety of admin tasks including, checking patients in for appointments, booking appointments, answering telephone queries and processing incoming post. The role would suit some one who is good at multitasking, problem solving with an empathetic nature, who has a passion for helping patients and providing excellent customer service.
The reception team is currently made up of 12 staff members who cover the Outpatients activity predominately based at Dorking & Redhill with travel to our other sites in Epsom and Warlingham. The staff work on a rota basis, which includes some evenings and weekends, Monday to Saturday, the shift pattern varies from week to week with no set days, only set hours.
The ideal candidate will have previous patient or customer facing experience and excellent communication skills. Within this fast-paced environment it is necessary to remain calm and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be able to help manage the workload efficiently and effectively on a daily basis to facilitate the patients care being as smooth and efficient as possible.

Main duties of the job
The role will be shift based at all sites, predominately based at Dorking & Redhill with travel to our other sites. To undertake tasks essential to the smooth, effective provision of quality care and efficient level of service for patients and their families. This will include covering the reception at DHC for some evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
It is essential that the post holder exercises initiative and judgement whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times without immediate access to line supervision.

Main duties of the job

These referrals will come from a range of sources, including those proactively identified in-house. Management of this cohort includes developing care plans for patients at risk of hospital admission and using your clinical skills to diagnose and treat patients accordingly in order to improve their care. Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly team in the beautiful village of Godstone. The position is part-time or full time, but a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This will be a combination of shifts, either 8.00am to 4.00pm or 10.30am to 6.30pm, with occasional late-night cover until 8.00pm on a Thursday.
Main duties of the job
The main responsibilities of this role include dealing with patient enquiries face to face, over the telephone, and through our interactive website or the NHS App.
You will manage patient requests via our digital triage platform, as well as communicate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure that a safe and efficient service is provided to our 7,000 patients.
Daily administrative tasks will include booking appointments, prescription management, registering new patients, managing the generic email inbox and scanning and coding all incoming correspondence, including clinic letters from hospital consultants and discharge summaries.
Managing appointment requests and queries via our interactive website is a key part of this role, as this is the main route of communication between patients and the practice. SystmOne is our clinical IT system, and Accurx is used as our digital messaging platform. Full training will be provided as part of the induction process.

DHC Talking Therapies is recruiting for an Operational Manager to join our successful Talking Therapies team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and manage working locations. This is a management and leadership role, and you will work closely with the Service Manager and Clinical Team Leads to support the design and implementation of the service.
You will have the ability to inspire, develop and support a team of therapists to ensure they deliver high-quality psychological interventions and work collaboratively to improve organisational performance. Main duties of the job
The postholder will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of vaccines to patients in surgeries and in their homes.

We are a dynamic, supportive and creative service who provide a high level of training and supervision to clinical practitioners at all levels.
Main duties of the job
You will be an enthusiastic, hard-working, positive individual and have a genuine interest in helping clients who have a range of moderate to complex Anxiety and Depression related presentations for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective.
The post-holder will work within the Talking Therapies service, providing high-intensity interventions and will be a valued member of our well-supported team of therapists.
We provide opportunities to be involved in innovative and new projects. We actively encourage new ideas and support our therapists to trial innovative ways of working with clients. We offer a mix of 1:1 and group work as well as core and LTC CBT (training opportunities if needed). Whilst this is an in-person role, there is an opportunity for some remote working if desired.
