Job summary
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary Estates team, the Estates Compliance Manager reports to the Associate Director of Estates.The post holder will require advanced specialist knowledge or healthcare design standards, construction legislations and NHS specific requirements, including Health Building Notes (HBN), Health Technical Memoranda (HTM), NHS England Estates Guidance, Building Regulations (Including Building Safety Regulator Higher Risk Buildings) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE), CQC and PLACE audits.The post holder will work closely with the Estates Contracts Manager to ensure all contracts are in compliance with the above requirements.The post holder will manage and chair the Estates Compliance and Safety Group meetings and attend divisional Health & Safety meetings, Infection Prevention Control meetings and others where necessary as the Estates representative and maintain the Estates Schedule of Derogations and Estates Risk Register.The post holder will work closely with the Authorising Engineers (AE) to ensure all systems are regularly audited and action plans are managed. The post holder will ensure the Authorised Persons (AP) and Competent Persons (CP) training and documentation is kept current along with a database for contractors' competency by means of a matrix or dashboard.The Post Holder will assist the Head of Estates and Associate Director of Estates in compiling and maintaining PAM and ERIC annual returns.
Main duties of the job
Take the lead in the management of Estates compliance.
Liaise with external agencies such as Water, Gas and Electrical utility providers, as appropriate, for project schemes and for the department where necessary.
Producing a dashboard to monitor Estates compliance, schedule of derogations and risk register.Manage Terms of Reference (TOR), chair and record regular compliance meetings and Estates Safety Group meetings.Produce and manage an Estates Compliance Policy and provide training and ongoing guidance to the Estates team.Develop policies and procedures in respect of design development and briefing procedures, Permit to Work schemes, Hazard notices, safety information bulletins, statutory insurance works, Health and Safety at Work Act and any other statutory legislative requirements.Interprets and implement all statutory, legislative and technical guidance including for example CDM, COSHH, HTM/HBN's as necessary.
Contribute to relevant health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments.Manage Estates related In-Phase accident reporting and loss of services duration / impact due to Estates issues and risk register.Ensure all policies and standard Operating procedures are kept up to dateManage the NHSE Premises Assurance Model data collection and ensure all policies and actions plans are in place and updatedMaintain a register of all leases including critical break clause dates and any associated risks such as backlog maintenance

Job summary
Come and join our enthusiastic, dynamic and flexible radiology team as a radiology porter based at Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital.Your main duties will include assisting with both patient and non-patient manual handling. You will be collecting patients from wards for imaging and returning afterwards, managing the workload within the demands of the department.
You must have good communication and organisational skills and be able to remain calm in a busy environment.

About us
Services are based mainly within the Royal Hampshire County Hospital (RHCH), Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital (BNHH), and Andover War Memorial Hospital (AWMH). Additional outpatient servicesare provided across Hampshire.
Maternity
There are 2 similar sized consultant-led maternity units at BNHH and RHCH which together deliver 5500 women. In addition, Hampshire Hospitals' Maternity Centre at Andover offers midwifery-led care and birth with a community birth rate above the national average. Antenatal care is provided within the hospital and the community by hospital staff, midwives, general practitioners and consultants. There are weekly antenatal clinics for diabetes, fetal and maternal medicine, specialist midwifery and external cephalic version.
Neonatal Services
Both acute sites provide Level 2 intensive care for babies above 27 weeks' gestation. Mothers who are less than 27 weeks are usually transferred antenatally, or if delivered locally, stabilised and subsequently transferred to a Level 3 unit.
Gynaecology
General gynaecology clinics are held on most days on all sites. The Trust consistently meets its 18 week RTT and cancer targets. Several of the consultants have established 'see and treat' services and the Trust wishesto develop this further.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic B7 Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our acute Speech and Language Therapy team working across both hospital sites. This is a time of change for our provision as our community service moves to another organisation and therefore a time of opportunity to establish this now solely acute service.
This is a development role progressing from a B7 to B8a. Clinical leadership skills are paramount, and support will be given to develop operational management skills. We are advertising for a Speciality Doctor in Emergency Medicine based at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The exact job plan will be negotiated annually with the post holder and take into consideration their career development needs and departmental needs.

Main duties of the job
We run two Emergency Departments on two sites - The Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital in Basingstoke and The Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.
We are renowned in the region for the excellent training and supervision we provide to our trainee doctors and in 2019 won the National Royal College of Emergency Medicine Award for Learning Environment of the Year.
The Consultant body has current RCEM examiners and a recently developed Clinical Educators programme. There will be training and teaching package for all successful applicants and the opportunity to develop specific skills or areas of interest such as ultrasound, simulation, paediatrics and quality improvement amongst many others. There are also established relationships with allied specialties and some experience with the CESR programme and we would be very keen to support interested candidates to achieve Consultant level recognition from the Royal College via the CESR route.

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Research Nurse to join the R & D team for 37.5 hours/week as maternity cover within the gastroenterology and stroke team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic Research Nurse with both relevant clinical and research experience. They need to be organised, self-motivated and aspire to further their knowledge and career in Clinical Research. Experience in gastroenterology and/or stroke is preferable. They will be involved in all aspects of the research process from study start-up, recruitment, delivery, study close out and archiving. Main duties of the job
The purpose of the job is to assist, coordinate and implement a variety of research studies conducted within the Trust.

This will involve recruitment, education and monitoring of trial patients and the collection and documentation of accurate research data, all of which must be managed in accordance with ICH, GCP and the EU Directive on Clinical Trials and local HHFT SOP's. Performs work including activities which are complex and/or non-routine. Job summary
The post holder is responsible for the operational management and delivery of high-quality, patient-focused domestic services across Hampshire Hospitals Contract Services (HHCS) sites and premises. The post holder will lead the provision of Domestic, Hydration and associated support services, ensuring ensuring services consistently meet statutory requirements, National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness, Trust policies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The post holder is required to assist the Service Lead in the day-to-day running of the domestic and soft facilities services team and undertaking general cleaning duties. They will ensure that staff are trained and equipped to deliver and actively maintain the high standards required.

Due to the nature of the work this role is set around a 7 day working pattern which means it is on a rotational shift pattern which includes weekends, nights and Bank Holidays. - Lead and coordinate daily domestic operations across the HHCS managed areas, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and maintaining service continuity across designated areas.

- Monitor service quality through audits, inspections and performance reporting to achieve agreed KPIs and standards.

Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a new Operations Director to our Family and Clinical Support Services Division. The Family and Clinical Support Services Division is one of three operational divisions in the Trust. It covers all aspects of Family and Clinical Support Services including Maternity, Child Health, therapies and private patients across the Trust's three hospital sites Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover. Total divisional budget to manage £168m and a staff group of 1900.
Main duties of the job
As the Director of Operations you will lead the day to day operational management of the Division, ensuring it meets the needs of our patients, and achieves set and agreed standards, financial targets and levels of performance. You will be responsible to assure performance in quality, operational standards and delivery by providing and ensuring robust and visible leadership to operational teams, ensuring safe, high quality and efficient service delivery. You will also seek, share and drive opportunities to deliver operational performance and transformational improvement, contributing to the overall success of the Division.
The successful individual will be an astute, driven, flexible and determined individual who has a proven history of successful relationship building in order to deliver our strategy. You will have a strong track record of delivery and be considered inspirational and engaging by both staff and external partners.

Job summary
Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust aims to ensure that all wards and departments are always adequately staffed, by providing a pool of experienced and passionate Bank Healthcare Support Workers to support our provision of optimal care, specifically for our Dementia Patients.
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work Bank shifts alongside the Admiral Nurse led Dementia Team within Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
After a qualifying period,our Bank Dementia Team offers extremely flexible working hours to accommodate a balanced home/work schedule - with a range of earlies, lates, twilights, nights and school hours - 7 days a week.
Main duties of the job
The individual, in their application, must be able to evidence and demonstrate previous experience of Dementia Care within a care setting, for a minimum of 12 months. You will have excellent communication skills to establish and maintain effective communications relating to complex, sensitive and potentially stressful situations on a regular basis.
You will be dynamic in your approach to delivering person centred care, offering physical and emotional support to patients living with Dementia and supporting their family and carers.
