30 hours over 4 days a week Monday-Friday 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs. No weekends or Bank holidays

Main duties of the job
Work as a key member and resource of the multidisciplinary (MDT) core team.
Aspects of the role would also include close working within the MDT, undertaking and supporting service users accessing the care of the team for recovery-focused interventions.
There is scope for professional development as the Trust has a repertoire of training available to those wishing to extend their skill set. Developing our workforce is important to us, and we are pioneering champion roles across the organisation.
Support registered professionals to deliver evidenced based interventions, managing a caseload of patients.
Supporting and signposting to community-based services to improve social isolation and mental wellbeing.
You will have experience of working with individuals who have mental health difficulties.
The ability to work flexibly as the need of the service demands is essential.
Attend weekly MDT meetings, participate in professional's meetings, refer and signpost to appropriate services dependent on patient need to improve overall recovery journey.
Provide support and guidance to the carers of patients accessing the services.

We have an opportunity for a full time band 6 mental health nurse. The Team works predominately with people aged over 65 who have dementia or complex mental health problems; the team covers all of Worcestershire.
The post involves working as a cohesive team to manage and triage the incoming referrals to the service, either signposting to other agencies or if appropriate assigning them to a community mental health team for assessment and treatment. The post also involves visiting patients that you have identified as requiring urgent input to complete an initial assessment and arrange appropriate follow up.
You will need to have experience with the patient group and community work, with a sound knowledge of risk assessment; you will be offered 1-1 supervision and ongoing support. You will enjoy working in a close-knit team and supportive team.
The 37.5 hours are to be worked Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although the team is flexible and supports work-life balance. For the right candidate we can offer part time hours at a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
Undertaking urgent assessments of mental health in various settings in the community to include risk assessment
Triaging paper referrals to include telephone triage to determine the most appropriate service for ongoing mental health support
Accessing various data bases to seek information to include Care Notes, ICE and Adult Social Care records. Recording on our Care Notes data base
Professional telephone conversations with partner agencies, patients, relatives, carers
Arranging admissions to hospital where any assessment you have undertaken requires this, this can include liaison with the Approved Mental Health Professional Service for anyone requiring admission under the Mental Health Act.
Liaison with the Community Area Consultant Psychiatrists as required
Liaison and referral, to include joint visits where indicated, with our Hospital at Home Team
Attending professional's meetings
The role does not involve holding patient cases for any prolonged intervention.

Main duties of the job

Your typical working day will include home visits for adults over 18 years needing a range of nursing interventions. We are seeking a Part-time Administrator, 30 hours per week to join our dedicated 0-19 Public Health Nursing team, which includes Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Health Practitioners and School Health Support Workers. 37.5 hours per week. Our service has bases in Tenbury, Malvern, Evesham and Bromsgrove and there will be an expectation of flexible working across the county to support service delivery to ensure continuity of care and equitable access for patients across all MSK clinic locations.
Main duties of the job
The role involves the assessment and delivery of physiotherapy interventions for adults across Worcestershire, working within a busy outpatient department based in a local community hospital. You will assess, treat, and manage a varied MSK caseload, with referrals received from GPs, acute services in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, and self-referrals. This caseload will include patients with acute conditions such as fractures and post-operative presentations, as well as those with longer-term MSK conditions including low back pain, osteoarthritis, and tendinopathies. You will be expected, when clinically appropriate, to refer on to other services such as Advanced Practice Physiotherapy, MDT pathways, strength classes, and the Functional Restoration Service. You will engage fully in supervision with senior team members and participate in our scheduled professional activity programme.
We expect the postholder to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care supported by evidence-based practice. You will also have opportunities to contribute to service development, support the teaching and supervision of colleagues and students, and play a role in shaping future service provision.

Main duties of the job
This busy role supports the purchase-to-pay process to ensure timely invoice payment, helping staff resolve PO and invoice notifications, receipting issues, order holds, and queries so payments meet BPPC standards. The postholder will manage complex staff and supplier enquiries, escalating when needed. Maintaining accurate accounts payable procedures aligned with Trust SFIs. The running and evaluation of key reports to support timely payments and work with stakeholders to prompt receipting. The role also acts as a central contact for invoice and accounts payable related enquiries.
They role will ensure long-standing invoices are identified and resolved, the review creditor payments and statements and investigation of discrepancies. Administration of the iProc system, including supplier data, user training and setups.

This exciting appointment is for a newly developed Consultant Psychiatrist (10 PAs) post working within the Herefordshire and Worcestershire CAMHS Learning Disability Service. The post-holder will provide a consistent and child centred provision into the CAMHS Learning Disability Service.

Main duties of the job

Although the team is a countywide team with a central base in Droitwich, there are several satellite bases across the county. This vacancy is for the North of the County being based at Kidderminster Medical Centre and Princess of Wales hospital in Bromsgrove. The base for this post is Kidderminster Health Centre.
The Team visits patients in their own home and support them in remaining at home and preventing admission to hospital and also supporting early discharge from hospital.
The post is all worked as unsocial hours hence picking up pay enhancements for all hours worked which makes this post more attractive. more money for less hours!!

Main duties of the job
As a HCA on the evening team you will be allocated via our electronic system onto a handheld tablet, patients to visit in their own homes, primarily across the South of the county. These would normally be within a geographic area, but some flexibility is expected to cover patients countywide. The role of the HCA is varied, in supporting patients in their own home with personal care, mobility, and simple wound care and catheter care. All appropriate training will be provided as part of the induction process. You will work independently but also as part of a team, with some visits requiring 2 members of staff. You will be supported during the shift by a senior nurse on triage.

Job summary
We are recruiting a full-time fixed term (24 months) Psychological Interventions Practitioner to join our Psychological Interventions (PI) Team, working with adults with learning disabilities across Worcestershire. We are looking for a registered professional who is skilled in positive behaviour support, with a passion for improving the lives of people with learning disabilities and their carers.
This is a fixed term post to provide cover for absence for specific purpose that we anticipate will be required for 24 months. We reserve the right to end this contract sooner with appropriate notice.

Our team includes clinical and counselling psychologists, behavioural specialists and an assistant practitioner and we are part of a wider multidisciplinary Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT). The team provides a safe and supportive environment to work in, encouraging team members to use their specialist skills creatively to meet our service-users complex needs. Our team meets regularly and we have a structured programme of CPD and reflective practice. There will be flexibility in agreeing a working pattern and official work-base, with some working from home.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will carry out evidence-based assessment and intervention for adults with learning disabilities who present with psychological and behavioural distress, holding a caseload of people with a range of needs. There will be an emphasis on Positive Behaviour Support and work will be with individuals, families and carers to improve their quality of life. The role will involve offering consultation to members of the MDT and other agencies as well as bespoke person-centred training.
The postholder will join the PI team in making referral decisions, reflecting on cases and contributing to team CPD. They will promote knowledge about well-being and positive mental health in people with learning disabilities and those who support them. As part of the PI team, they will represent the team in various forums in the wider learning disability service. They will have an individual development plan, which will identify other aspects of the post and we are happy to discuss this.

Main duties of the job
We are an enthusiastic and growing team at an exciting stage of development. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based, low-intensity CBT interventions to children and young people, both individually and in groups, within your allocated schools. Supported by an Operational Lead, Clinical Lead, and Senior Practitioners, you will manage a caseload, undertake assessments, develop care plans, and complete associated clinical documentation while maintaining fidelity to the low-intensity CBT model.
A sound understanding of safeguarding and risk management is essential. You will be supported through regular safeguarding supervision, alongside clinical skills supervisions and case management supervisions, to develop your confidence, knowledge, and practice.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a CAMHS clinician who is passionate about working with children, young people and their families who wants to develop skills in family therapy. You would be enrolled in the CYP-IAPT 12-month post-graduate diploma in Systemic Family Practice beginning in February 2027. Following successful completion of the diploma, you would be employed in the CAMHS service offering therapeutic work to children and the families, offering interventions for children presenting with a range of difficulties.
If you have a core professional qualification, 2 years full-time therapeutic experience in a mental health setting working clinically with CYPs, a passion for working with children and families and can commit to the requirements of the course then this may be the opportunity for you.
Due to the demands of the course, successful applicants will need to take up a full-time position. The post will be based in Worcester, Kidderminster or Redditch.

Main duties of the job
You must attend an interview and be enrolled at the University of Northampton. The postgraduate diploma is a full-time programme with 36-40 days of face-to-face/online teaching, 36 days of practice-based learning and 6 days of assessment. You would need 8 cases, and a minimum of 48 sessions and 60 clinical hours. The study commitment is 125 hours of independent study time.
The course requires academic study including writing essays, case studies and completing a portfolio. Students who have not completed a first degree may register for the PG Diploma as an associate student and transfer to full diploma once they have passed their first level 7 module.
You would work clinically within the CAMHS partnership / Family Therapy team, hold a caseload, attend MDT meetings and attend statutory & mandatory training. You would be supervised by a qualified family therapist from CAMHS and attend small group supervision at the University.

This role is for a Band 5 Qualified Mental Health Nurse for a full time 37.5 hours over 5 days a week (working hours and days can be flexible in the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday)

Clozapine clinic will entail the post holder to undertake 4 weekly blood monitoring for those patients that are on Clozapine medication, continual monitoring and ordering of the regular clozapine medication for patients, there may be some patients that have been on an inpatient ward and started on Clozapine or re titrated so may need weekly blood monitoring in line with our clozapine blood monitoring policy for up to 14 weeks to then reduce to fortnightly and eventually 4 weekly if all blood results are in range and safe to reduce to 4 weekly.

Main duties of the job
The role involves the assessment and delivery of physiotherapy interventions for adults across Worcestershire, working within a busy outpatient department based in local community hospitals. You will assess, treat, and manage a varied MSK caseload, with referrals received from GPs, acute services in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, and self-referrals. This caseload will include patients with acute conditions such as fractures and post-operative presentations, as well as those with longer-term MSK conditions including low back pain, osteoarthritis, and tendinopathies. You will be expected, when clinically appropriate, to refer on to other services such as Advanced Practice Physiotherapy, MDT pathways, strength classes, and the Functional Restoration Service. You will engage fully in supervision with senior team members and participate in our scheduled professional activity programme.
We expect the postholder to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care supported by evidence-based practice. You will also have opportunities to contribute to service development, support the teaching and supervision of colleagues and students, and play a role in shaping future service provision.

Job summary
This exciting appointment is for a newly developed Consultant Psychiatrist (10 PAs) post working within the Herefordshire and Worcestershire CAMHS Learning Disability Service. The post-holder will provide a consistent and child centred provision into the CAMHS Learning Disability Service.
The post is substantive with 10PAs per week being offered. The service operates Monday to Friday, with working hours primarily between 9am and 5pm. There is an on call rota associated with this post.
The CAMHS LD service is a friendly, multi-disciplinary team that includes specialist LD/CAMHS clinicians, psychologists and medical colleagues.
The base for this position will be discussed and agreed at interview and could be anywhere across the two Counties including Hereford, Worcester, or Kidderminster.

Qualifications
Essential
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- CCT in Learning Disabilities (or within 6 months of becoming eligible for CCT) or already included on the appropriate specialist register
- Current full registration with the GMC (or eligible for full registration with the GMC at the time of appointment).
- GMC Licence to practice.
- MRCPsych (or equivalent)
- Approval (or eligible for approval) under Section 12 (2) of the Mental Health Act.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Experience
Essential
- Provision of high quality mental health services, as trainee or Consultant.
- Previous experience of working in a clinical leadership role with positive relationships with team members.
- Substantial training and/or experience in learning disabilities
