Main duties of the job
As Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorshipto our multidisciplinary team. You will have direct line management responsibility for:

Your role will include:

Job summary
Larwood Health Partnership is seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our existing team of Clinical Practitioners to continue to develop our ways of working in providing timely, quality care for our patients. We are based over 4 sites in the Worksop and surrounding area with a patient list size of almost 35,000 and rated Outstanding by CQC. We believe in innovation and are always striving to find more efficient ways of working and improve patient care.
Main duties of the job
You will join a team of Clinical Practitioners from nursing and paramedic backgrounds dealing with many common health concerns, including minor illnesses and long-term conditions. You will have a prescribing qualification and a level 7 qualification such as APACS. We are a SystmOne user and use SystmConnect to provide GP total triage to patients for all appointments. You will assess, diagnose, treat, order diagnostic tests, make referrals and manage illnesses and injuries for patients triaged by the GP as requiring urgent care on the day, which may take the form of seeing patients face to face or over the phone. .

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated GP to join our team.
We are based over 4 sites with a patient list size of almost 35,000 and rated "Outstanding"by CQC.
- Total Triage
- Mainly 15 minute appointments
- 6 to 8 clinical sessions and 1CPD session per week (pro-rata)
- No Form Filling for Salaried GPs (e.g., Private Work/Insurance Forms etc unless desired and then reimbursed)
- 6 weeks annual leave and 1 weeks study leave
- Indemnity fully paid

Close to Clumber Park, A1 and M1 and within easy commuting distance from Sheffield, Doncaster, Chesterfield and Mansfield. London less than 1.5 hours by train.
