Job summary
The post of Compliance Assistant fulfils a functional role within the Estates and Facilities Department, to support the compliance team to monitor the Hard and Soft FM and Medical Equipment service provision at our Peterborough and Retained Estates sites.
This is an active role, with a requirement to undertake walking the floor exercises in conjunction with our clinical and non-clinical colleagues, service providers, Estates, Infection Control teams and external agencies. The post holder will be required to monitor the audit results, complete audit documentation, identify trends and performance failures in service delivery.
There is, on occasion, a requirement to travel to Peterborough City Hospital and Stamford Hospital to support the compliance activities, as well as attendance at out of hours audits, depending on workload and calendar arrangements.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a proactive and organised Compliance Assistant to support the monitoring and auditing of Estates and Facilities services across Trust sites. The role involves carrying out inspections and audits, analysing performance data, maintaining compliance records, and working closely with clinical teams, contractors and service providers to ensure services meet contractual and regulatory standards. This is a varied and active role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to service improvement.

The appointees will join with the existing Acute Physicians in the Department of Acute Medicine at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.Though this primarily post is based at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, cross site work may be required at Peterborough City Hospital.Specialists in Acute Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine recognised by the EEC are eligible to apply. Appropriate office accommodation, secretarial support and IT support will be provided. The post holder will work across our Acute Medicine department on Acute Assessment Unit (AAU), the Short Stay Unit and the Ambulatory Care Unit (ACU). The AAU sees, assesses, and treats patients in our acute unselected medical take. Ambulatory care is overseen by a consultant and staffed by specialty doctors and by advanced nurse practitioners, Short Stay Ward receives medical patients likely to be discharged within 72 hours of admission and achieves a high turnover of patients per day.We are particularly keen to recruit and support candidates willing to develop a clinical leadership role.

Our Paediatric Assessment Unit takes up to 9 patients and is where GP's and other health professionals can refer into for admissions and / or assessment, as well as taking patients on their journey from the Emergency Department.
Our nursing associates predominately work within our main ward and day surgery areas.

The post holder will provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice across paediatric respiratory care. Job summary
The post-holder is one of a team providing an efficient and effective Medical Records service to the Trust. Main duties of the job
We are a 19 bedded unit which includes one High Dependency bed. We can accommodate up to 6 children for day surgery and work alongside the Paediatric Assessment Unit. Outpatient clinics also run Monday to Friday from the ground floor of the unit.
As part of this role you will be expected to rotate to Peterborough City Hospital Children Wards when there is a clinical need and to offer opportunities to expand on skills and knowledge.
We are a busy department in what can be a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will need to be a good communicator, be innovative and self-motivated. They should be committed to the provision of high standards of patient care for our children and families.
Ensure that patient care remains a priority in inter-professional practice and that referrals to the MDT are timely and discharge planning takes place where appropriate.
Be aware of the safeguarding agenda, ensuring protection and identification of vulnerable patients.
Ensure effective working relationships are established and maintained with colleagues across the Trust.
We are looking for a flexible individual to workfull time or part time hours. Our current shift pattern is 11.5 hour shifts on internal rotation to cover evenings and weekends.

Job summary
We have the opportunity for a full-time Lead Emergency Practitioner to join our amazing team of Enhanced and Advanced level Practitioners within the Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) Directorate at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NWAFT).
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated NMC/HCPC Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist to lead our team of Emergency Practitioner's and work alongside our multidisciplinary team within the Urgent Treatment Care (UTC) at Peterborough City Hospital (PCH) and the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at Stamford and Rutland Hospital.
Please note:
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Lead Emergency Practitioner (EP) role. The post requires the successful applicant to work the full range of shift patterns: 08:00-19:00, 08:30-17:30, 11:00-22:00, and 13:00-00:00.

Job summary
The Acute Oncology Service (AOS) delivers a 7-day service to patients admitted to Peterborough City Hospital and as well as Hinchingbrooke Hospital (5 days a week) with complications of systemic anti-cancer treatments (SACT) and radiotherapy treatments.

Main duties of the job
As part of a dynamic clinical team, you will work alongside the Ward/Department Manager, Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse, Matrons, the Practice Development Team (PDT), and the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to provide exceptional care for patients throughout their care pathway. Your role will include:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to both trauma and elective patients, including children and adults.
- Supporting the smooth running of trauma and elective clinics, as well as the plaster room.
- Acting as a mentor to students and junior team members, serving as a role model and upholding Trust policies and procedures.
- Engaging in professional development to achieve competencies outlined in the 'Senior Band 5' competency pack, working towards becoming a Senior Registered Nurse.

Main duties of the job
