Job summary

The post holderwill need to workin aspecialistsystemsdevelopmentteamandbe responsible forassistinginthe development, implementationandtesting of Clinical systems and reporting tools to provide high quality clinical and management information to end users throughout the Trust. To provide testingsupportforenhancementsofcore hospitals systems.
Main duties of the job

Assistin the provision of specialist knowledge on system development and testing to a range of end users across the Trust

Assistin the development and implementation of robust systems for the collection of both clinical and management information to aid the smooth running of services and performance management

Provide training and support on newly developed systems and work with end users on developing enhancements

Investigate and develop new methods of reporting using the latest programming and analytical methodologies that are available

The hours available will be flexible depending on your circumstances between Monday -Friday 08:00-18:00, with a potential for weekend working 10:00-16:00.
The post holder will act as a point of contact for enquires for services users and external stakeholders and will need to ensure compliance with strict rules of Data Protection and Caldicott Guideline
Main duties of the job
1. Undertake the repair, maintenance, testing, commissioning & preparation of community equipment & wheelchairs, ensuring all equipment is safe, functional & fit for purpose.
2. Carry out routine preventative maintenance, safety inspections & essential repairs in accordance with planned maintenance schedules, manufacturers' specifications, Trust & Local Authority procedures & relevant legislation.
3. Undertake fault finding, testing & calibration of a range of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic equipment, including bath lifts, profiling beds & chairs, pressure-relieving mattresses, hoists, wheelchairs, chargers & transformers.
4. Following appropriate training & within agreed competencies, undertake Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), Hoist Safe Working Load (SWL) testing & service record checks.
5. Identify equipment that is unsafe or unsuitable for use, remove it from service & report or dispose of it appropriately in accordance with agreed procedures.
6. Request & obtain appropriate spare parts & ensure repairs & maintenance tasks are completed within required timescales.
7. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, safety checks, equipment status & stock information using the appropriate systems, including BEST.
8. Participate in stocktaking, equipment audits & other quality assurance activities as required.
9. An aptitude for organisational systems including document control systems & Microsoft windows

Main duties of the job
- As a Clinical Perfusion Scientist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the safe and effective management of patients' physiological functions. Two Band 6 (AfC) roles have been added to the safeguarding team to expand the successful Northbank ED Navigator programme across the Humber Bridge to our Emergency Departments on the Southbank.

The main aim of the ED Navigator project is to provide additional support for young people within the wider community that attend Humber Health Partnership, Emergency Departments who have experienced violence with injury.The objectives are to facilitate a reduction in hospital admissions, serious violence and domestic homicides especially among those aged 11- 35 years who have been identified as being impacted by serious violence. This will be achieved through support and guidance to encourage engagement with services and promote movement away from violence.
The post holder will offer specialist advice, advocacy, emotional support and information to victims of violence and their next of kin, dependents or associates when dealing with highly distressing circumstances such as issues around Safeguarding Children or Adults at risk. In addition to being emotionally available to offer support to the Emergency Department staff should using a trauma informed approach.

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen within the Pathology Department at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital to work as a Research Trials Biomedical Assistant, based in the Blood Sciences department. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work with both the Laboratory team and the Research Development Team in the preparation and testing of Trial samples.
Previous laboratory experience would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.
You will be required to have good communication and keyboard skills, along with the ability to work under pressure. Although supervised by Biomedical Scientists, once fully trained, you should be capable of working independently.

All work is performed under the supervision of a Biomedical Scientist and after appropriate training:
- Perform the accurate analysis of samples using automated instrumentation or 'manual techniques' and be able to troubleshoot any errors or failures.
- Daily laboratory checks, including: equipment, inventory, and temperatures.
- The use of calibrated pipettes in sample or reagent preparation.
- Undertake appropriate training and gain the necessary knowledge to use various laboratory software in order to: book in test requests, enter test results (where appropriate), file completed samples and monitor outstanding work.

H.S.A's are an integral part of the Hospitals operations, working on Wards and Departments providing all of our cleaning and catering responsibilities. If assigned to the catering element you will deliver beverages and meals to our patients and carry out kitchen duties, in ward catering facilities.
Whilst a comprehensive training package will give you the skills and knowledge to work effectively as a H.S.A, we want to learn from your application how you can meet the minimum of the essential criteria in our person specification, and perhaps even exceed this minimum standard. Job summary
The Community Equipment Store and Wheelchair Service is a frontline team that provides both a clinical service for wheelchairs and supplies equipment to patients in the community who need special aids to assist and meet daily living needs. The role involves picking and selecting items from warehouse and driving to deliver then fit in location in the community, in individuals homes.
Main duties of the job
To work well both independently and as a team member. To provide timely installation and collection of community equipment and wheelchairs, providing a high-quality rapid service for patients. To be flexible and adaptable, carrying out tasks that change dependant on service needs, keeping the client at the centre of this episode of care. Further tasks will include liaising with clinicians, therapists, carers and other services.

The facilities team are looking for several bank members of staff to join their team to support the cleanliness and patient feeding services on our wards.
Whilst you will initially be aligned to wards C3/C4, you may be required to work anywhere within the hospital. This is a contracted position working 4 - 8pm on a rolling 2 week rota. Shifts cover 365 days per year including weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
If successful, you will be required to complete an initial 4 week training period which is compulsory.

Job summary
The Senior Health Care Assistant is a member of a multidisciplinary Ward/Departmental team who undertakes duties in relation to patient care and ward/department administration, to support the 5 principles of the Nursing and Midwifery Strategy which reflect the organisations commitment to quality and the expectations of high quality nursing care in the Acute Hospital setting.
Delegated work and duties will be assigned and carried out under the direct and indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife as appropriate, in accordance with the Trust Clinical Competencies. Where additional skills training is identified as required in the job description the postholder will not undertake those duties until training has been undertaken (except as part of the supervised learning experince).
Main duties of the job
To maintain the highest possible standards of compassionate and professional patient care with particular attention to privacy and dignity. Assist patients with personal care, hygiene and sanitary needs, ensuring privacy and dignity is maintained . Ensure that patient's bedding, nightwear and clothing is maintained in a clean and comfortable state. Assist in the meeting of patients' nutritional needs, including non-oral nutritional and fluid intake. Where identified in the plan of care ensure that food and fluid intake and elimination output are accurately documented on appropriate charts. Assist in skin and pressure area care to prevent pressure ulcers developing. Under the supervision of registered nurses, ensure patients are helped to move position to prevent discomfort and / or pressure ulcers and promote effective respiratory function . Assist patients with safe mobilisation according to their plan of care and where appropriate seek help from other members of the ward team. Utilise appropriate moving and handling aids to reduce the risk of injury to the patient and themselves. Assist registered staff in the taking and recording of vital signs as per the patient's plan of care. Communicate to the nurse in charge any changes observed in a patient's condition.

Job summary
This is a demanding but satisfying role providing AAA surveillance screening, clinical assessments, health promotion and risk reduction advice to men with newly diagnosed AAAs and reviews of existing surveillance subjects.
The successful candidates will be a registered nurse, ideally, with significant experience in Vascular Surgery, AAA management and surveillance. The ability to perform ultrasound scanning would be advantageous, as would experience of working in an AAA screening programme, but not essential.
As there is a mandatory requirement to deliver face to face assessment clinics across the whole geographical area the work involves a lot of driving. This includes motorway driving.
If not already achieved, there is an expectation the successful candidate will complete the Vascular Specialist Nurse competencies within the first year of employment as well as commencing study for the Level 3 Health Screener Diploma (HSD) and completing this within 2 years. You will have a clean driving license and access to a car which is fully insured for business use. To enable maximum uptake of the specialist nurse assessment the hours will need to be worked flexibly across the month: Monday-Friday 8.00am-8.00pm. Shift durations may occasionally vary between 4 and 9.25 hours and there may be a future requirement to work Saturdays.
Main duties of the job
Provide health promotion by identifying and advising on achievable interventions with the screening subject on risk reduction strategies such as smoking cessation, initiation of/ compliance with secondary prophylaxis with Best Medical Therapy, compliance with any other medication they are on. Promotion of healthy lifestyle, exercise and diet. Check BP and BMI of subjects on F2F clinical reviews.
To scan surveillance subjects. If not already trained will need to undertake the Level 3 Health Screener Diploma (HSD) and maintain competencies.

The purpose of this post is to provide a high standard of Occupational Therapy service undertaking all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
You will work as part of a defined team of therapy staff at the Neuro Rehabilitation centre at Goole and district hospital.
You will be based within the Neurorehabilitation Centre (NRC) at Goole and District Hospitals (GDH). Here you will provide Occupational Therapy input for patients admitted for sub-acute rehabilitation following neurological injury/illness and for those requiring complex rehabilitation. Job summary
This role is to provide an efficient and effective account management service to end users, including processing of access applications, and troubleshooting access related issues.
This role requires close liaison with System managers regarding the access granted on their systems and with regard to streamlining the processes involved.

Main duties of the job
- As a Clinical Perfusion Scientist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the safe and effective management of patients' physiological functions. We are offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic registered Dosimetrist/Treatment Planning Radiographer to join our Radiotherapy Physics team, at the Cancer Centre in Cottingham, East Yorkshire.
The successful applicant will join the Radiotherapy Treatment Planning team, a section of Radiotherapy Physics that underpins the Radiotherapy service, which is located in an award-winning facility comprising 6 Linacs, 2 CT scanners, Xstrahl SXR, Papillon-50+ SXR, Flexitron HDR and state-of-the-art Varian (Eclipse) treatment planning system.
You will be joining an established team of Healthcare Science professionals, comprising Clinical Scientists and Technologists, and support staff. The team prides itself on high staff retention and has a pragmatic approach to achieving safe and effective service delivery. We are committed to providing a broad scope for the development of all members of staff.
The department was the first Radiotherapy Centre in the North of England to clinically implement the Varian Halcyon linac, to develop and benefit the patient service, and now has 2 of these units. A Varian TrueBeam has recently been installed, to bring the complement to 4. In addition the department has recently installed SGRT across the fleet.
Main duties of the job
Building effective relationships with the multidisciplinary Radiotherapy department, and supporting the Lead Dosimetrist and wider planning team in the provision of the Radiotherapy Treatment Planning and Mould Room service, will be fundamental to achieving the high standards expected from this role.
The department has long-standing evidence of research and collaboration, developments in equipment and clinical service, and high commitment to quality and governance; these include implementation of a new and novel image guided treatment for the direct irradiation of rectal cancers using electronic brachytherapy, innovative use of VMAT, 4DCT and image guided treatment techniques.
Our commitment to the utilisation of technology includes the advanced use of electronic quality management systems and extensive use of the Varian ARIA system, which have allowed us to implement innovative process management and paperless working. The department was the first Radiotherapy Physics service to gain UKAS accreditation to the emerging BS70000 MPACE quality standard, evidencing that commitment to the delivery of high-quality clinical service is a core value of the team, and we continue to maintain ISO9001 certification for the entire Radiotherapy service.

Job summary
Humber Health Partnership is implementing a major new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) that will transform digital care across our hospitals and services. To support this, we are recruiting a highly skilled Deputy Solutions Architect Integration to lead development of the Trust's new Data Warehouse and interfaces essential to a safe, modern EPR ecosystem.
This senior role is central to ensuring the Group's data architecture, warehousing capability and system interfaces are robust, future-proof and aligned to national and internal digital priorities.
You will:
- Lead the design, development and evolution of the Group's data warehouse, reporting infrastructure and interface solutions supporting the new EPR.
- Drive solution designs, technical specifications and integration standards to ensure safe, effective interoperability between clinical and administrative systems.
- Oversee change control, configuration management, system upgrades and interface testing to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Represent the Group in internal and external programmes, clearly communicating digital vision and EPR integration strategy.
- Provide expert oversight across complex digital projects, including data development, system deployment and solution design.
