Job summary
Spectrum Community Health CIC are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to be part of the Management Accounts Team.
This role involves providing financial support for the Corporate Services within Spectrum.
We strive to provide the most accurate and in-depth financial assurances for the Finance Team as a whole and the wider business.
Main duties of the job
o The post holder will be a CCAB part qualified Accounting member or equivalent having responsibility to deliver high-quality management accounting work which in-volves the analysis of financial information and preparation of financial reports.o Responsible for ensuring that financial information is processed in accordance with Spectrum's policies and procedures and ensure the work is completed in line with financial timescales.o The post-holder will provide vital financial management support for income across commissioned contracts, corporate services and projects.o The post will include monitoring of current and forecast financial position which will feed into the committee and board reporting.o To assist and support the Head of Finance in the execution of the Board's statutory financial responsibilities.o To provide comprehensive financial support, advice and information to Heads of Department, delegated budget holder and all other levels of the Boards Management team so that they can provide the best corporate services within the limited budgeted resources available.o Support the Head of Finance in detailed financial analysis in order to support Spectrum's CIP workstreams focused at delivering value for money on an ongoing basis.o Deputise for the finance teams Finance Managers as required.o Provide training and support to the Assistant Management Accountantso In addition, the post holder will be responsible for budget of junior staff within the Finance Department.

Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a consistent social prescribing offer across Spectrum's prison services, helping patients access the practical, social and emotional support that can make a real difference to their health and recovery.
As Social Prescribing Practitioner, you will work with patients, healthcare teams, prison colleagues, VCSE partners and community services to understand "what matters" to individuals, co-produce personalised wellbeing plans and connect people safely to meaningful activities, peer support and wider services. You will also play a key role in developing referral pathways, mapping local assets, supporting purposeful activity, strengthening through-the-gate links and using feedback and outcome information to improve the service.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone with experience in social prescribing, personalised care, health and wellbeing, community development, public health, health or social care. You will bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a compassionate and non-judgemental approach, and the ability to work confidently across organisational boundaries. You will be able to manage a caseload, undertake holistic strengths-based conversations, support staff and patients to build confidence, use coaching or motivational interviewing approaches, and collect and present information clearly to demonstrate impact.
Experience of prison healthcare, criminal justice, secure environments, through-the-gate support, co-production, peer support or VCSE partnership working would be helpful, but most important is your commitment to reducing health inequalities, improving access for underserved populations and working in line with Spectrum's values of Working Together, Integrity, Respect and Recognition, Compassion and Innovation.

We are a values-based company with the patient at the heart of what we do. We aim to achieve quantifiable impact and are looking for GPs who are committed to our cause to join us. We are looking for a salaried GP to join our MDT consisting of a variety of allied healthcare professionals (mental health workers, pharmacists, ANPs etc.) to deliver a primary care clinic. A session consists of 8 appointments (15 mins long) and are face to face. Presentations are as with community primary care as we are aiming to deliver 'equivalence of care' within our clinics. No prior prison experience is required as you will given the training required for the role although prior experience is preferable. Are you the right fit for this role? The GP most suited to this role is someone passionate about reducing health inequalities, empathetic, and enjoys working within an MDT. You will need leadership qualities and ready to explore a different, lesser known but more paced form of primary care.
Main duties of the job
Clinical services will include the following core responsibilities: Full clinical assessment of patients; Ability to formulate differential diagnosis and management plans; Pharmacological assessment and prescribing; Request and interpretation of clinical investigations; Appropriate referral on and follow up to other specialist areas and secondary care services; Information and advice and facilitation of informed choice for ongoing treatment and care; Medical assessment and monitoring of chronic diseases in accordance with NICE guidance and local clinical policy; Appropriate end of life care under clinical supervision from palliative care specialist services where needed. All GPs are expected to have an up to date working knowledge of the underpinning evidence base and clinical capabilities needed to formulate robust care plans to meet the full range of complex health needs of vulnerable groups with an emphasis on the substance misuse and offender health delivered in the secure environment setting. Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and management of prisoners with serious mental ill health will be the responsibility of the specialist mental health provider.

Main duties of the job
- Work as part of a team to develop individual care plans through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
- Manage a caseload of complex cases requiring NMP oversight of treatment- utilising a range of options such as methadone and buvidal.

Main duties of the job
In conjunction with the management team contribute to and deliver a comprehensive Health Service in partnership with mental health and key stakeholders as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the prison setting. The role of the Registered Nurse is to undertake health assessments, administer medication and treatments, perform diagnostic tests as appropriate and to provide and evaluate a range of health interventions to meet prisoner health and social care needs. The post holder will be required to work flexibly across the service to provide responsive, evidence based interventions working alongside physical, substance misuse and mental health clinical teams. Main duties of the job

This includes leading physical health services as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan, provide and evaluate a range of health interventions to meet prisoner healthcare needs and contribute to the wider continuous development of integrated prison healthcare services. Demonstrate knowledge, skills and understanding of health issues and evidence-based treatment options to provide primary care physical health, clinical and operational guidance to all staff on matters relating to physical health and wellbeing within the prison setting.
