We are seeking a weekend Advice Line Assistant to be the frontline voice for referrals and queries to St Catherine's.
Main duties of the job
The Advice Line Assistant role will bring:
- Handling calls from patients, families and professionals with sensitivity
- Providing customer service and administrative support to help operate our 365 day service
- Keeping accurate records of all calls and ensuring confidentiality
- Fostering positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues, supporters and the general public
