As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and helping ensure patients receive the support and care they need. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
At Elmwood Family Doctors, we pride ourselves on being a friendly, welcoming and supportive practice where staff are valued and encouraged to develop.

Main duties of the job
The role involves supporting patients with their enquiries, booking appointments, and signposting them to the most appropriate services.
